This was our second visit, and once again, the experience was spectacular from beginning to end.The property is truly special. Its beautiful location, attention to detail, and incredible facilities make it the perfect place for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Everything is designed to help you slow down, disconnect, and enjoy quality time with your family.After our second stay, Mainsail has definitely become one of our favorite places to stay on Anna Maria Island. We loved our time here and are already looking forward to returning.One suggestion that could make this exceptional experience even better would be to provide a beach wheelchair for guests. Given the beautiful beach right in front of the hotel, this would be a wonderful addition and would make the beach more accessible and enjoyable for guests with mobility challenges.Overall, another fantastic stay at Mainsail Beach Inn. Fabulous location and facility

Everything about this stay was perfect. Everything we could need was provided. Easy check-in and out, you walk right onto the beach, we had our own designated parking spot, and clean and beautiful rooms. Easy location to get to either end of the island. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great area of the island. I'm guessing, but maybe 30 steps (if that much) to the beach from the front door of Mainsail?!! No long hikes to the beach! It's as close as the pix on the webpage depict. Cleanliness of the unit was excellent. And the walkway into the front door was maintained well...Julian kept the sand swept away regularly, hats off to him! Just imagine how many guests are staying there and they all come in the front door. Being that close to the beach, sand comes with you, but he did a nice job of keeping it under control. Beach lounges & umbrellas at your disposal. Sunsets are legendary on AMI and this beach is fine for viewing them. 2 couples in my group and the other couple was very satisfied too.

Awesome property

The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s a lot bigger and was plenty of room for 6 people to feel comfy. The place was clean and staff extremely helpful. The beach is just a few steps which we spent majority if our time but the pool area and hot tub were really great. Thanks snd hope yo stay here again next time in Florida!!

Family Wedding on Anna Maria Island

We initially thought we had ocean views, but discovered months after reservations that we misunderstood in expectations and did not. Even though we did not have a direct view of the ocean we LOVED our stay at Mainsail!! It was so nice to have umbrellas and chairs at our disposal in addition to beach loungers so we could arrange our own beach experience. We saw many who had paid for concierge service only to have others set up closer to/in better location to the surf. I appreciate choosing my own location. The Inn had everything you could ask for! All was so clean, homey, and welcoming and when we recognized the beachfront miscommunication they were so accommodating and remittance in response. If you want a true ocean side location we highly recommend this! And to know they will stand behind their reputation in miscommunications is huge!!

Great stay and staff

Matt was always around for help when needed and we felt very secure. Really the only complaint was the TV is small and older (not a smart tv) and we typically enjoy movies, Neflix etc in the evenings which we werent able to do.

Great location, well maintained property

We stayed at Mainsail with our two kids (10 & 8). Our unit was spacious and clean. Pool is nice, large, and clean. Fantastic & direct access to the beach including beach chairs. There's a bunch of pool/beach toys for kids' use. Cental location in AMI. Just a few mins to Pine Ave or to Publix. My only note is that while the kitchens have the basics (plates, glasses, cutlery, a few pans) - they are pretty sparse. If you plan to cook, you'll need to buy everything. But overall, we had a fantastic time and plan to return.

It was the perfect location -- we could step outside and walk just a few steps to the pristine white sand beach. The unit was extremely clean and well-stocked. My only complaint would be the early check-out time (10:00am); although Mainsail was kind enough to allow the two of us access to the beach, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for the entire day of our checkout. We loved our stay and only wished it had been longer.

This place was a great stay for my wife and I with our two boys aged four and two. The beach near the unit was exceptionally family friendly, and the staff was more accommodating than most I’ve ever encountered. We stayed in unit three which was just a few steps from the pool and maybe 40 to 50 steps to have your feet in the ocean. With two young kids, we found this place to be both clean and convenient. Next time we’re back in the area, we will certainly stay again!
