Si bien esta suite es nuestra unidad más pequeña, ofrece un pequeño patio en el primer piso, muy cerca de la piscina y un valor increíble. Los muebles y las citas en su alquiler privado de vacaciones en Holmes Beach son elegantes, frescos y luminosos. El refugio de dos dormitorios y dos baños está decorado de forma atractiva, con paredes blancas, pasteles frescos, obras de arte locales, pisos de pino pulido y muebles cómodos.

La cocina gourmet totalmente equipada cuenta con encimeras de mármol, gabinetes de madera personalizados, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una barra de desayuno elevada con capacidad para cuatro.

Esta residencia de dos dormitorios tiene capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente con un total máximo de 6 personas.

The property managers Matthew and Dominic were easy to work with and right on site if you need help with anything. They wanted to ensure we had whatever needed to make our stay better. The condo was a great location in between both Holmes and Anna Maria town centers. Easy golf cart rides to either spot. The beach is right outside your door. We had everything we needed for a great vacation with our toddler.

Excellent vacation

We had a great time on vacation! Everything we needed, easy check in process, great location, beautiful beach, chairs on the beach (umbrellas in the closet), comfy beds and we even rented the bikes. Thank you enjoyed it!

Right on the beach and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas to use so you don’t have to pack or rent any for your stay. All the staff were so friendly and quick to reply with any requests we had. Unit 10 was perfect for 2 couples traveling together. We will book at Mainsail Beach Inn for all our trips back to AMI!

Location was gorgeous, beds were very comfortable, unit and property were clean, and it was so nice to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Unit was just steps to the beach and the pool. Only downside to the first floor is that it was a little noisy above us.

Good but disappointing

Was disappointed about the lock on the front door. Not functional nor secure. Patio door not easy to use. It kept falling off the track. Dishwasher was not in good shape. Price per night is a premium cost. One expects basic things to work. Onsite staff were embarrassed about the condition of this unit. Most likely will not stay here again. Sad, because we loved it last time we stayed in a different unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought our family including a toddler and the unit we stayed in was perfect! The location was steps from the pool and the beach. The unit had everything we needed. We did use a rental service that brought bed rails and toys and they were in the unit when we arrived. The best part besides a dreamy stay at the beach was the STAFF!!!! I have never been somewhere that some one was always around to answer questions, fix a problem, or chat. We will be coming back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and is was a great location. My mom is on a walker and I was told it was about 6 steps to the beach from Unit 10. It was more like a 100 steps. The beds are very high. The master bed was about 30 inches high and the other bed was around 26 inches. A little high for an elderly person. The unit is very spacious and a nice large patio. Very clean and the pool was great. The cleaning staff is apparently allowed to park in the handicap spot even though they don't have a parking permit for it.

The unit was clean and the staff, Rhoda and John, made us feel like family. It was just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone considering a stay on the island and will definitely consider going back again next year.

Recommend Mainsail Beach Inn for a relaxing, quiet stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay. Quiet atmosphere, clean uncrowded pool, beach access just a few steps away. So close to see the Beautiful sunsets. The unit was clean and quiet, helpful to have washer & dryer, unit provided plenty of beach towels and shower towels. Comfy beds. Could use more chairs inside the unit. Restaurants & coffee shops not within walking distance. Without a car, the Golf Taxi and trolley are good and free ways to get around the island, with tips for driver. The on-site staff, especially Rhoda, were very helpful and friendly, providing lots of helpful information.

They were very communicative prior to arrival about check in/out process, amenities, location, etc.. The unit itself was okay. They size and layout was perfect for two couples. Some of the furniture such as the barstools were worn and could use an upgrade. Our shower head could use a good cleaning, and the showers didn’t always get good and hot. We did have a bit of a bug issue the first night, but I chalk that up to the hurricane stirring things up and management was attentive and kind about the situation. Actually management was just great overall. My friend dropped her purse in the parking lot the night before and the next day, Matthew from the office was knocking on our door returning her debit card that he found in the lot! I would recommend staying here, but would say that it was a lot of families and kids, so if you’re looking for a party pad, this is not your spot! We didn’t mind as we are all parent (although we left our kids behind), and weren’t trying to rage at the pool. All of the other guests were very sweet and respectful. Being steps away from the beach and a short distance from restaurants and shopping also made for a great trip!
