This updated 2BR vacation condo is within a 3-minute walk of postcard-perfect St. Petersburg beaches. Enjoy your stay in the popular Waves complex, offering a heated pool and outdoor lounge. Bonus: a pool chiller provides a refreshing and enjoyable experience during the summer months.

Inside, the condo is freshly renovated with all-new furnishings and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.

Find landmark seafood restaurants dotted along the white sands of St Petersburg Beach and art museums galore nearby.

INSIDE THE CONDO

An inviting tiled open-concept living area features a comfy couch and love seat arranged around a 50' flat-screen TV with DVD player.

Newly updated throughout, the kitchen boasts granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker to get your morning started right. Adjacent, a cozy dining nook has a wooden dining table for four and casual bar seating for two.

The master bedroom features a plush queen bed and wall-mounted TV. In the second bedroom a large window spills light over two twin beds. The well-appointed bathroom holds an elegant river stone tub/shower combo.

A comfortable queen-size air mattress offers space for additional guests.

The complex offers a heated pool, sun loungers, and a grilling area with charcoal grill. A game room features a nice spot to watch TV or gather with friends.

Extra perks at your rental include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and reserved parking for two cars (parked in tandem) in the outdoor lot.

Please note that the owner of this rental is allergic to dogs and cats. No pets are allowed on-site.

The window blind fell and hit my daughter in arm, needs to be more secure. Could have hurt a small child. Twin bed room , we got it hung back up. Was a nice unit enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beach getaway

The unit was clean and well stocked for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and even a wagon to carry all the stuff. It was a 3-4 block walk to the beach which wasn’t bad bc of the wagon. Plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee and ice cream options within walking distance. Would recommend

Great location! Building was pretty quiet for our stay. Walking distance to Upham Beach made it great for a beach day and to come back later and watch the sunset. Whole place was clean and cozy. The bed was too stiff for my liking. Aside from that, everything else was great

Great stay

The location and stay were great. The only thing that could use improvement were regarding details about arrival and departure (we received conflicting information in emails) and the light in the condo at night made it difficult to sleep. The place could use better shades or drapes to mitigate the light.The place was great and location was perfect.

Good location but had some issues

The condo was clean and in a great location but unfortunately that was all the pros we could list. The TV in the living is pretty outdated and we couldn’t get the cable to work. We reported this as soon as we knew and no one addressed it for 3 days, right before we checked out- and I followed up. The beach chairs are pretty dated and one was already broken but still in the closet for use. I also asked ahead of booking the unit if the pool was open as we knew many were still closed from the hurricanes. Which is completely understandable! They assured me it was open but when we got there it was ‘open’ but not usable. The water was extremely dirty and cloudy. Wish we had had a better experience!

Long weekend getaway

Overall it was an “ok” property. The pool was not heated as it says it is. Check in was later then stated as the property was still being cleaned. Layout was nice, proximity of property to beach was fantastic, but there were cockroaches. We alerted the property management company, but nothing was done while we were there. We killed lots of them and had to adjust how we stayed in the property due to the bugs. Unless the bugs are taken care of I would not recommend you stay here.

This property is not handicapped accessible. Pool was not heated. Wi-Fi network was not available. Property was clean and in a good location to the beach and street. If you can walk up stairs and don’t mind a cold pool then this property is recommended.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. It really needed to be cleaned! Siri out stay the staff picked up pool floats and toys daily, but the pool remains very cloudy.

Best vacation ever!

We absolutely loved the unit. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was super nice and stocked with anything you would need. Having a washer and dryer was a great bonus! We stayed a week and it was probably our best vacation ever. We felt right at home. Location is close to everything and the walk to the beach is an easy one. The kids loved the pool. It was always clean and never crowded. The area was quiet and family friendly. We will definitely be returning for many years to come.

The stay was great! The condo was clean, spacious and had anything that we needed right there. The location is one of my favorite spots on st petes beach as it has lots of great places within walking distance. The only issue that we had was the the pool barely got any sunshine. There was only one little spot for about an hour or so a day that the sun hit and there were so many people trying to sit there that we barely got to enjoy the pool. If more sunlight came into the pool area, this would be a perfect location.
