El interior y el exterior se combinan a la perfección con la enorme sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina de planta abierta que se fusionan con el gran balcón cubierto al aire libre, creando un ambiente de vacaciones relajado perfecto con vistas ininterrumpidas y bañadas por el sol de la playa y el océano desde todas las áreas.

Este apartamento vacacional en la parte superior de la línea inferior se encuentra en Ettalong Beach, una comunidad tranquila junto a la playa, ideal para aquellas personas que buscan alejarse del ajetreo y el bullicio de la vida cotidiana, a solo 1 hora y 20 minutos en automóvil de Sydney o 30 minutos desde Palm Beach en ferry.

We stayed here over Christmas and overall had a good experience. The location is great, very close to the beach and easy to get around Ettalong and the property itself was clean and well presented, which we appreciated.The original Wi-Fi in the house was not working during our stay, and we were given access to the Wi-Fi from the upstairs property instead. While appreciated, the signal was very weak in the back half of the house and not reliable enough to use properly. A few other basic items were also missing, including coffee pods, dishwashing pods, and spare garbage bags for the internal bins, which would have been helpful, especially over the holiday period.With some improvements to the amenities and Wi-Fi setup, this place could be much better, but overall it was an good stay.

What a view!

What a great place for a girls weekend! The balcony looking out onto the beach was amazing and the house was a short walk to restaurants and cafes. There was plenty of room and the house was perfect with parking for 4 cars in the garage. Would definitely recommend!

beautiful house

Everything was clean and neat except for the cockroaches in the rooms and inside the dishwasher..I didn't use the dishwasher for this reason . I recommend mats in the toilet and bathrooms so less mess. the bed rooms are big and plenty of wardrobes..i liked the big dining table so it fits big family..the bar stool are stainy and not safe for the kids..the backyard is amazing and safe for the kids.

Great location, but needs some extras in the house

The layout was great and the view was amazing, but it was missing lots of very easy and simple things like there was no high chair/travel cot, no plastic plates for the kids, not enough toilet roll, no spare bin bags, only one dishwashing tablet. All small things, but for a short stay with kids it was annoying to have to buy so much stuff. If I were the owner, I’d spend a few hundred bucks in Kmart and the house would be so much more suitable for families with kiddos”

peaceful, serene, clean

It was so beautiful to spend a few nights at the Jewel property. It is super clean, seems it may be newly renovated. The kitchen items supplied were very handy. If I was to change anything it would be maybe a larger shower head in the showers as the space is big and you feel a bit of a draft while showering. Maybe extra toilet rolls could be supplied as one in each bathroom for a group of 10 people is a little unrealistic (though I believe majority of Stayz properties do the same thing). The location is fantastic although the amount of unavoidable pot holes on the street made it difficult to travel to and from with the car. The council really need to get on to this. As for the property itself, there is no complaints at all. The spaces and rooms are very clean and spacious. My 12 month old loved walking around and exploring and I was comfortable as there were minimal to no hazards or areas I had to worry about her hurting herself. The heating worked wonders allowing her a good nights sleep in winter in turn allowing mum and dad a restful getaway. I particularly loved that the outdoor furniture cushions were stored inside additionally adding to the cleanliness and thoughtfulness on the property managers part. The property is easy to access and provides extra comfort and security knowing that we were the only ones who could access the property. We were across the road from a wonderful view and the entry to the beach and down the road from an awesome cafe where we could grab our coffee and walk along the beac. The neighbours are quiet, respectful and polite. I could not recommend this property more for a peaceful getaway with your family and children or a wonderful catch up with a group of friends. We will definitely be back to book the Jewel for future getaways :)

Clean and spacious apartment with a view

Clean and spacious with an amazing view. The basics in terms of kitchen items but overall a lovely 4 bedroom two bathroom apartment. Description stated introductory welcome pack which unfortunately was the leftover sugar at the bottom of a 1kg bag from previous owner, a handful of pods and no tea bags. Also an almost empty jar of vegemite in the pantry which went straight in the bin. A little pack on the kitchen bench is always a nice touch. A couple more platters and replacement of some old cooking pots/pans would be good. Overall though, a pleasant stay. Walking distance to nice restaurants and bars.

A perfect fit

The property is well located across from the beach, has a generous verandah and the 4 bedrooms are extremely spacious. A great fit for our extended family. The few minor issues raised with the owner were being addressed when we were checking out. Very impressed.

Excellent

The property is very spacious. There was 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children, ages 11 down to 3. We all had plenty of room. Pleasant walk to shops and ferry and the beach across the road. Our stay was very memorable.

Awesome location

Stayed at the Jewel with a large group of friends. The location is perfect being across the road from the beach. The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!
