Completamente remodelado condominio de 3 recamaras y 2 baños, con jacuzzi en la suite principal. A una cuadra de la avenida, no podría ser más conveniente. Tenemos una piscina y un jacuzzi en la propiedad y el río está detrás del siguiente edificio. Ascensor de acceso a condominio para hacer entrada Seemless. Estará a poca distancia de muchas tiendas, el centro de convenciones LeConte y muchos restaurantes, así como de varias atracciones para niños.

Great location

Host is incredibly quick to answer and help. Right in the middle of pigeon forge. Would definitely stay there again.

VERY MISLEADING

The inside had obviously been updated, however, not well. The ceiling fan had a cord hanging across the ceiling and plugged in to an outlet on the other side of the room. The building was extremely old and worn. There was a roach motel literally in the parking lot that had extremely sketchy people hanging out at all hours. The pictures are NOT of the grounds as indicated and there is absolutely ZERO "Luxury" about this place. We arrived late in the evening and did not feel safe staying here. We notified owner and management next day we had left the property and found somewhere else to stay. Of course no offer of refund of any kind, not even in part, despite the false advertising of the unit and property. Do NOT recommend!! EXTREMELY overpriced for what it is.

Mixed Feelings

I stayed here with my 3 kids and my spouse. The inside of the apartment is clean and has everything you need besides toiletries and laundry detergent. The location was our problem. It’s at a complex that looks like a truck stop motel. We would have been better off at a hotel. We didn’t feel safe there at all. They had people outside that caused us to worry. I’m not sure if the complex is an apartment building or a place for suspicious activities. The pictures of the pool area is extremely deceiving. The pool was shut down and pool area didn’t even look anything like the pictures. It was dirty and small. If it was open, I wouldn’t let my kids go in it. If you’ve seen the Netflix series Ozark, the motel the family stayed at when they first ran, then you have an idea what I’m talking about. We needed up cutting our trip short and left.

This property was exactly as listed. Very clean . A minute walk from the strip. The owner was very nice and check in was a breeze. My family loved it so much they didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Great Location

I recently stayed at this property with my girlfriends as my daughter was playing softball at the The Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge. My interactions with the property manager were great. They responded quickly to my questions, and check-in was effortless. The property manager provided the key code prior to our arrival. The building itself is deceiving as it's in need of an update and/or facelift. Further, it was April so the pool was closed...which made the property look even worse. The pool had a cover over it and was filled with dirt, leaves, debris. I'm sure it's much more appealing when it's open and filled with fresh water! The condo itself was beautiful. There is an elevator that takes you to the condo, and there are two residences on each floor. The condo was clean and spacious! There were 4 of us, and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, and the unit has a washer and dryer. This condo is a GREAT location!! We were able to walk everywhere. There were restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were also able to walk to both The Island in Pigeon Forge and the Old Mill area. I would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Time

Very well stocked kitchen and linens. Everything we needed to have a fabulous time with our grandchildren. Located very close to Dollywood.

Perfect weekend getaway

Totally enjoyed our first VRBO experience. Outside, hallways, and elevator could be updated but our condo was very nice. Host replied and have us contact information for assistants if it was needed. We would definitely do it again!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very conveniently located. The exterior of the complex could use a little maintenance, but inside the unit was very nice. Check in & out was a breeze. No problems at all.

Don't judge a book by its cover

We were a little worried based on some other reviews we had read online and are so happy that we proceeded and stayed here. The location was ideal and the unit was VERY clean, linens were fresh and nothing was out of place. Would definitely stay here again.

Not Sure...

As soon as we walked in we could smell a variety of odors. There were many candles and an air freshener in one of the AC vents. After two of the four of us got headaches we assumed it was mold. The owner was very apologetic and communicated with me about getting it cleaned up, but no one could come for a few days. We left after one night and the owner refunded us fully. Disappointing and in my opinion it was preventable with proper maintenance.
