Great stay at this home!!! Well-equipped and Ana was always attentive if we needed something. The kitchen had new stainless steel appliances which was a great asset!!! Also all the supplies you would need were provided!!!Hope to stay at this location again.

Good Location, Needed Cleaning, Very Responsive Host

We enjoyed our June stay very much, in spite of the lack of clenliness. There were several issues we encountered but the host was prompt in addressing them. Having ceiling fans in each room was nice given there was no air conditioner. The temps did drop at night so open windows cooled the house nicely. Beds were comfortable. The guest room had it's own private bathroom. Kitchen was stocked well. The location was fantastic and very quiet. We loved the private back patio. I was informed the owner plans to make some needed updates to appliances and bathrooms, which will only make the place that much nicer.

Nice except for a few areas needing cleaning

Overall enjoyed our stay. Disappointed that the back patio was so dirty, we had to sweep it in order to enjoy sitting out there. Also, there were dirty rugs in the house with visible stains. The area was great and very peaceful.

Relaxing, quiet neighborhood

The home is well equipped and offers everything you will need for your stay. Neighborhood is great for walking your dog and also yourselves. The weather was very cool, so there was no need for air conditioning which this property does not have. Description online wasn’t completely accurate but after contacting our host, corrections will be made. Hjjoping to return again next summer.

Nice property - plumbing problems

Nice property, beautiful back yard. House/floors could use a thorough cleaning. There was a plumbing issue and we unfortunately experienced the brunt of it - which created a very uncomfortable situation, put a damper on our stay, and took away time from our own planned activities. Ana was initially reluctant to pay for a hotel for us to go to until the plumbing could be repaired the next morning, but in the end she made it right and also refunded one day's rental for our trouble. I wish I could give a higher rating but sadly, it was just not a good experience with that plumbing issue. Once the plumbing was repaired, the rest of our stay went smoothly. We enjoyed the area, it is beautiful.

Our 3rd Stay

We have stayed at this property 2 times before and hope to do so again. What we like best is the neighborhood.....very quiet.........and the privacy of the backyard. Ana is an excellent host.

Christmas get a way

We traveled from Phoenix hoping for a white Christmas in Pinetop. We got what we wished for. The house was a nice cozy warm home- equipped with all the things that we needed, however convenient stores are always within 5 miles if we needed anything- location is great and the neighborhood was beautiful. The gated wood fence was wonderful for my 2 little dogs (who just loved the freedom and decent size yard) i would recommend this home ;) and thank you And for sharing your home. Julie

Wonderful Getaway

Renting this property was extremely easy. All notices came through promptly and the owner answered questions very quickly. The property was in a very nice area and very private. It was clean snd very well stocked. We loved everything about it.

Very Peaceful

We have stayed here before and will stay here again. It is very peaceful and has a private (fenced) backyard. The neighborhood is excellent with more people taking walks than cars going by. All the conveniences included.

Horrible do not rent

The worst experience ever ,the cabin was so dirty, couches and the carpet full of dog hair , had hair on the bathroom floor .really bad smell all over , very old furniture They also kept part of our deposit money, charged for a dog pee Even though we DID NOT not have a dog. Never heard back from the manager of the property. Do not rent this place

Pine Top retreat

Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed waking the neighborhood. Plenty of room inside and nice sized enclosed yard. Garage to keep the frost off the windshield. Would definitely stay here again.

Good time had by all

We greatly enjoyed our time there; location and neighborhood are great and home had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Our dogs loved romping in the fenced back yard and taking walks with us around the community, which is beautiful.

Pinetop Area Beauty

Very nice property! Beautiful neighborhood and location. We really enjoyed having meals on the back patio everyday. The price seemed reasonable for 4 of us but it would be even better if we had more travelers with us. We definitely recommend this property and Ana as the manager/owner! We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!

Wonderful Place to Stay

The home was more than we expected. The photos were a little old and did not do justice to this rental. Some backyard furniture (table and chairs) have been added. Also a larger TV and entertainment center are new. Great location. Spent 4 weeks here in August 2019. Thanks ANA for a great time!

Nice weekend get away home but a well lived in house

The location and neighborhood was great and getting checked in was super easy. We enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood. The house was pretty clean except sheets and pillow cases weren’t on the beds when we arrived. The backyard was overgrown with weeds unlike the photos in the listing, which our dog didn’t enjoy too much but it was nice to have a fenced in yard. The property has been well lived in so don’t expect everything to be immaculate (older bedding, chipped dishes...). The guest toilet didn’t work, however the property manager was very responsive and willing to get it fixed right away. Overall the stay was very relaxing and a great get away from Phoenix during the hot summer months.

Quiet house in good neighborhood

We enjoyed staying in the quiet house in the quiet neighborhood for 6 weeks. This house satisfactorily accommodated our rest and recreation with access to the nearby recreation center.

Great location for a Sunrise ski getaway

Our family enjoyed staying at this cozy home during our recent ski vacation. My 11yo loved sleeping in the loft and we all enjoyed gathering around the fireplace in the evenings. Sure appreciated the generous supply of firewood!

Amazing

This Home was very welcoming! They had Christmas lights on the front door for us when we arrived :) it was very clean and had everything we needed ! We felt at home . Even had WiFi . Everything was made really easy for us. Our family was very happy staying here . The home owner Ana is a very nice lady too!

My family has enjoyed the convenience and comfort of our home. The house is located only 30 mins from Sunrise Ski Resort, lakes, Hiking trails. Only few minutes from Restaurants and Down Town Pinetop. Perfect home away from home.

As you make yourself at homes, the homes opens to a great room with a fireplace ready for your family to be entertain. Vaulted ceiling with large windows to enjoy the tall pines from inside the home. Split floor plan. Master bedroom on the back with sliding doors to the cover patio with skylights. Backyard has pines, apple trees. Fully furnished and equipped for your enjoyment.
