Great family vacation

The condo was perfect for 6 adults. 3 bathrooms was great for privacy. Close to shopping if we needed snacks. It was so well stocked with things we needed for beach days! Coolers, chairs, snorkels, even water shoes!!!

Perfect location close to Kona. This condo was well supplied. The kitchen had everything you could need. They also supplied plenty of beach towels, and beach supplies. We enjoyed our stay.

The townhouse Na Hale O Keauhou was amazing! Fantastic location close to the beach, lovely grounds and pool, great amenities. The house was clean and well-supplied, and the owners were incredibly helpful and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!!

Comfortable Condo

The property was just as nice in person as it showed online. It had all of the amenities that we wanted, and the kitchen was well-stocked with extras. The location was central to many of the activities that we planned while on the big island. The complex as a whole was very clean and quiet also.

Great choice for family stay

Excellent communication w the host: attentive without being intrusive. Large condo with plenty of room and everything you might need. Appreciated the giant stack of beach towels and all beach stuff (chairs, matts, umbrellas). Would definitely stay again.

Golf Trip

For 3 guys on a golf trip this this 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome was great. After golf the pool and jacuzzi was a welcome relief. And the BBQ kept us well fed. Wonderful accommodations. I wish I was still there.

Great place to stay! Would highly recommend it.

When my family and I were in Hawaii, we really enjoyed staying at Na Hale O Keauhou, Townhome K-1. The location of the place was very convenient where some of the best beaches for snorkeling, and the convenient stores are within walking distance. The townhome inside is nicely furnished and well stocked with home necessities that saved us money and time. Also, the townhome has access to the pool and gym making our stay more enjoyable. My family and I would definitely want to stay at this place again when we return to Hawaii.

Wonderful condo in great location

Very clean, tastefully furnished, all the comforts of home. Bright and spacious within walking distance of Keauhou shopping centre, a great snorkelling beach and the Keauhou harbor. Kitchen very well equipped and had " extra touches" such as shampoo, cream rinse in all the bathrooms, laundry soap, spices etc. Owners were very accomodating and helpful no matter how small the issue. Would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Trip

We enjoyed our trip a lot. Clean and nice property. Helpful and fast responding property management.I think it was perfect timing too. We enjoyed the sun and had only one rainy day out of a week but it was beautiful too. We visited the water falls and had done Kona coffee tasting and zip lining. We enjoyed the clear water. You need to have sand shoes to be able to walk on lava beaches. Every thing was great 👍

All the essentials you need for your stay

This unit had all the essentials you would need. All we had to do was buy our food/beverage. All the bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/hand soap. Beach towels, snorkeling gear (we bought 4 sets of water socks, some available were too big or old and left them there for others to use), boogie boards, condiments in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable. It was the perfect place. The neighborhood was quiet, easy access to everywhere you needed to go. The KTA was just up the hill. We visit Kona every year, as my husband went to school there.

Nice but lacking

the condo is nice as the complex. The condo lacks seating and light. The dining chairs are so heavy you have a hard time moving them. We had to buy coffee tables and a lamp.

Hawaiian Dream 🌺

Great central location to travel all over the Big Island from. Less rain than the Hilo side. There’s a great beach only two blocks away perfect for snorkelling and sunsets. KTA Grocery store had the best Poke selection we’ve ever seen! And the bakery’s Bear Claws were delicious for breakkie. The townhouse is perfectly designed for sound proofing (never heard neighbours), bedrooms all felt private, wonderful views, comfortable beds and furniture. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple tv’s, colourful stoneware dishes, heavenly garden, ensuite laundry…just can’t say enough! ! All the bells and whistles! You honestly couldn’t dream up a better base for a Hawaiian holiday!!

Aloha Christmas

The condo was very comfortable and clean. Well stocked with what we needed. Appreciated the numerous beach items such as towels, snorkle gear, boogy boards, umbrellas, etc. Communication was good. On the downside, there was no water to the entire condo upon our arrival. After a long, delayed flight, arriving at 2:30am, needing to clean up before bed, it was disappointing. And we could not reach any one of the after hours contacts, even in the morning. Fortunately, my husband is an early riser and found a neighbor who lives there full time who helped us out. Also, the tub/shower in the upstairs room with the twin beds wouldn't drain. Overall, a great place to call home for a week. Would recommend to others.

Na Hale O Keauhou Townhome K-1

This townhome is very nice, clean, updated, and the complex is quiet. Location is close to the beach and stores. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom of this unit and the bed is surprisingly comfortable. Our son stayed in the upstairs master bedroom and said it was comfy as well. The kitchen is well equipped and air-conditioning works great which is important during summer months. We sat on the patio every morning and had coffee. There is a peek a boo view of the ocean from the patio and the master bedroom lanai upstairs. The pool, which we used, and the grounds are clean and well maintained. One issue, it was a little hard to do the laundry as required, sheets and towels, before our flight so make sure you let the property manager know if you have an early flight and they will do the laundry.

DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE

Our family absolutely enjoyed everything about this townhome . We have stayed in many different places on the Island and this was definitely the best home away from home. Our grandchildren were thrilled with the beach toys, boogie boards, pool noodles, water shoes, masks and fins. We made good use of the cooler as we packed a lunch each day as we explored the island. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and an umbrella . We also made good use of the drying racks in the garage for our life jackets. The kitchen is so well stocked we were able to easily make meals and enjoy them on the lanai which is very private. The washer and dryer were a bonus too! Really, all you need to pack is your toothbrush and swim suit! We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and conversations with other guests. The booking process was very easy and the communication couldn’t have been any better. Sarah and Tom, we can’t thank you enough for sharing your home with us. Sarah, your kindness did not go unnoticed and was so appreciated. Thank you.

Will come back time and time again!

BOOK IT. I cannot begin to express what an amazing time we had. You can tell that the homeowners either live here part time or travel here often (this is a great thing). What I mean by this is that the house is so intentionally furnished and stocked with everything you can possibly think of. Stay at a place owned by an investment group, and you'll find everything lacking plus crappy furniture. I would say this is one of my top rentals. Others have mentioned how well stocked the beach supplies are, but it goes beyond that (although, that too is amazing). In each bathroom, they have a large carton of Q tips, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and blow dryers. They supply a huge laundry detergent, trash bags, dish detergent, new soap sponge. They have lots of seasoning in the kitchen and all your basics in the fridge (ketchup, mustard, ranch, salad dressings). They even have frozen water bottles for the beach cooler. It's just so thoughtful.The location is perfect! Literally minutes from a great beach state park to snorkel and Magic Sands. Barely 10 minutes into the seaside downtown area where everyone eats and hangs out.If you like to workout while you're on vacay, a few tips: there aren't floor mats in the workout room and the carpet is killer on your knees. Bring leggings/pants or maybe a towel from the condo (they have plenty). If you run outside, you'll want to wear one of the gold keys around your wrist to get out. Took us a few days to figure that one out!!We will be back!

Wonderfully Appointed And Comfortable Townhome

We found Na Hale O Keauhou to be conveniently located just a few miles South of downtown Kona near the Kona Country Club. We took advantage of that location to explore the area, golf, snorkel, and enjoy the beaches and restaurants. We were within walking distance of a small mall area with some shops, restaurants, and a grocery store to meet all basic needs. Unit K-1 was clean and well appointed with all the basic necessities we needed to enjoy our trip. The unit was spacious and we found the beds to be very comfortable. We utilized the large walk in Master closet as a small bedroom for our infant and placed a crib there which worked great as a nice quite place for naps and sleep just off the bedroom. We loved being close to the pool so we could get there almost daily for a swim. We also took advantage of the beach equipment in the garage that is available to renters. We grabbed some beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler and packed up lunch and snacks for a morning at Kua Bay. We would absolutely stay at Na Hale again and have already recommended the townhomes to friends!

It was awesome!

We loved the house and it even had two bonus stray kittens that we got to love on and feed while we were there (and we left food for the next visitors hoping they would continue to feed them)! The house is equipped with everything we needed for our stay...a great grill outside, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and lots of beach equipment (umbrellas, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkels and masks, boogie boards). The condo is very close to the pool so it's an easy walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Na Hale O Keauhou, Townhome K-1

This was our 4th time staying at Na Hale O Keauhou and the first time in Sarah and Tom's unit.We were booked to stay a few years back when the volcano erupted and I greatly appreciated being refunded our deposit due to poor air quality in Kona. This trip, I was looking forward to the early check-in but that didn't happen due to the airline rescheduling our flight to a later departure and the chaos at the car rental facility. But once we arrived, we found a clean and spacious unit and immediately went to the pool. (So close - nice!) The beach amenities - plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler were a great addition as well. My only suggestion would be to have a coffee table in the living room but apart from that, top notch! Thank you Tom and Sarah for making your beautiful Hawaii home available to us! Mahalo, Terri

Na Hale O Keauhou, townhome K1

We stayed at townhome K1 for 1 weeks. It has everything we needed, kitchen is well stocked with all kind of spices, water shoe, snorkel gear, libeach chair, umbrella etc… Check in was smoothly with details instruction and directions. Nice decor, clean, quiet and safe gated community. Will definitely stay here again next time. Thanks for hosting us.

Great vacation rental

Great location for a vacation on the Big Island. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood with good access to the main highway. The nearby Saturday Farmer's Market is a good source of local fruit, food and craft items. A nice beach is within easy walking distance as well. Would definitely stay here again.
