Great stay in beautiful, spacious home!

This property is beautiful and so spacious! There was more than enough room for our family of 7. The view is beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place for family or friends. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Comfortable stay

I had a great stay at the property. It's a bigger house than I realized from the description. My group consisted of 7 adults, and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the ocean and neighborhood.

Great space and location

Group of 7 adults, we had a great time on the big Island. Convenient to everything and we gathered on the huge lanai often for meals and in the evening. Could have used shelving or drawers in the bedrooms and bathrooms but that was a minor inconvenience. Would stay here again!

Large Kona Home

Property is very big. Views were great from the upper deck. All the toys in the garage were very helpful. Location is perfect.

Very comfortable home with lots of space

My 3 sisters and I enjoyed our stay at this home very much. A little far away from the beach, but the view is wonderful. We ate every meal on the lanai and enjoyed the theater area every night watching movies and TV shows. So you know, the features say "hair dryer" singular. Even though there are 4 bathrooms, there is only one hair dryer. We liked the location because it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go.

Two week stay

We enjoyed the location of the house as it is walkable to the shore and to close by locations. Also a good location for activities on the west side of the island. Relatively easy drive to Hilo area as well. The house is an unusual layout with plenty of room to spread out and even a theater which we did not utilize. The lanai or patio is very large and provides an outstanding view of the ocean and the evening sunset. Each bedroom is air conditioned but the central area with the kitchen facilities is not and can be somewhat warm in the afternoon. The kitchen is reasonable equipped, though a dish drainer would be a welcome addition. The lower level kitchen has a refrigerator and sink but no microwave or stove. A microwave would be a nice addition. We enjoyed our stay and had excellent response from the property managers when questions arose.

Refused to stay even 1 night

Pictures were not accurate. There was a hole in the ceiling, duct tape on fridge. Mold on 1 of the bathroom baseboards, rotting wood, electrical wires hanging out, some of furniture was used and worn and really bad shape, cobwebs, that’s not even all of it. Very, very disappointed. Did not stay the first night - left after checking out the place- probably was there for 1 hour and we just couldn’t stay. Discussed!!
