Este lujoso condominio River Park de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en una ubicación envidiable en el corazón del centro de Leavenworth.
Esta brillante unidad de esquina del segundo piso de 1320 pies cuadrados está situada a una cuadra de todas las actividades y festivales en Front Street y adyacente a River Park Waterfront y al río Wenatchee.
El condominio ofrece estacionamiento subterráneo seguro y privado para un vehículo.
Ideal para familias, parejas y amigos, el condominio fue construido en 2008 con un estándar extremadamente alto con pisos de madera noble brasileña, chimenea de gas, cocina moderna con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito.
El condominio duerme cómodamente 4 personas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen size con baño contiguo con baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha grande separada, tocador doble de granito y amplio armario con vestidor.
El segundo dormitorio también cuenta con una cama queen size frente al segundo baño completo.
El gran balcón cubierto con vistas a las montañas y al pueblo de Leavenworth ofrece un excelente refugio para relajarse con muebles de patio al aire libre.

The condo was beautifully designed and well appointed in a convenient location.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our 3 day, 2 night stay. The only regret was that we wish it could've been longer. The condo is beautifully designed, well appointed and the owners have furnished and maintained the property to match the price point. The cleaning service was well done and we felt at home instantly. David communicated instructions and expectations very clearly. I appreciated the underground parking and a very short 'to do list' upon departure. Leavenworth had so much to offer - we didn't get to do it all, so we'll be back and we will stay here!

Great place to stay and within walking distance of town.

Me and my family had a great time in Leavenworth. We came to enjoy the Christmas Lighting Festival and was very pleased to learn that this condo was located, basically 2 blocks from the main activities, which made it great, because you could walk to all the events, stores, and restaurants . The condo was very clean,and had all the necessary supplies needed to make this a wonderful time , without having to go purchase additional items for the stay. The owners were great and the communication and the details, between myself and the owner was great, so it was very easy to locate the condo and to understand all the details of the condo and the parking arrangements. I've couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, for our trip to Leavenworth. Thanks !!!

Love this place. Perfect location too

Perfect place for the Leavenworth experience

What a lovely condo right in the heart of downtown Leavenworth. The condo was beautiful and so well equipped. The owners were so easy to communicate with, and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful, including arranging an extra parking pass for the second couple staying with us. I would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous condo

Everything about the condo was outstanding. The location is right in town. There is no need to drive anywhere. There is a secured underground parking lot, and security into the building and elevator. The condo itself is perfect. Immaculately clean, and stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, including keurig pods, spices and ever utensil/dish necessary for a meal. The decor is warm and inviting with comfortable furniture and a charming gas fireplace. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. The owner was great with communication when I had a question during our stay. We will be back!

Leavenworth in the Winter!!

The condo was beautiful. Nicely appointed for a home away from home. The location is spectacular with just a short walk to downtown shopping and dining. Everything was as advertised... clean, comfy and new! Would definitely stay again. We had 4 people with us and it was perfect. Nice and quiet!

Perfect location, very comfortable condo

We (2 couples & one small child) loved our stay here! Leavenworth is a fun winter town and almost everything in town is easily walkable from this property, including sledding in the park! Kitchen is probably the best equipped I have ever encountered at a rental property, and I have stayed in many. With Dan's Food Market only a 10-minute walk away, it is easy to cook almost any meal. Along with washer/dryer, 2 full baths, wi-fi, and roomy, light-filled living space, an extended vacation here would be very comfortable. Minor quibbles: master bed too soft for anyone with back issues (like me), and noisy trash trucks rumble down the alley outside the windows starting around 6:30 am. However, the trash trucks were actually quite an exciting attraction for the toddler in our party! On balance, we loved the place and hope to return on a future trip to Leavenworth.

Wonderful location and property

This is the second time we've stayed at this property in the last year or so. We will definitely book again when we visit Leavenworth if available. Well situated and nicely equipped. The owner has thought of just about everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Thanks Dave!

Beautiful rental in the perfect location!

We could not have asked for a better condo! The owners were friendly and always happy to help. The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could ever need and more. The location is ideal for enjoying Leavenworth and all it has to offer. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything you need in a perfect location

This is probably the best equipped VRBO/Home Away or timeshare space we've stayed in. Truly generously supplied to meet most every need. Location is great; easy walk to all of central Leavenworth. We'll be back.

Great property!!!

My wife and I had a great stay here. Everything was clean and well kept up. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was that the image showed a grill on the balcony and there wasn't on there. We understand that it does not say there is on in the description, but the photo was kind of misleading. Thanks for the stay!

Great location!!

This property was perfect for my family! A wonderful condo - fully equipped with everything we could ever need. Very comfortable and perfectly located right near downtown and next to the Waterfront Park! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Loved this condo!

Wonderful property in the middle of downtown Leavenworth

Had a wonderful time at this rental. The home is beautiful and well equipped. So close to both town and the parks. We walked into town for food and spent the rest of our time hiking and sledding in the parks. Owner was super communicative both before our stay and during. I had one minor question and he responded immediately. As it is in the middle of it all, you can hear noise from people outside the condo, but we had no problems (and our kids slept through everything.) Would happily stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great!

The town was beautiful and the condo was great. We had 5 people and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of everything for cooking. We are a two minute walk from everything going on in Leavenworth. We would recommend this.

Perfect Stay !!

You couldn't ask for a better location for Leavenworth. You are a couple blocks off Front Street and next to a beautiful park with walking paths on the Wenatchee River. David was very responsive with questions. The condo was great, secured garage parking, nice living space and the beds were comfortable. We will be back !!

Very nice condo in downtown Leavenworth!

We stayed in the condo just after New Year's. All aspects of the transaction were a snap - owner was extremely responsive (we booked last minute, but still managed to get cleaning crew in well in advance of our arrival and condo was ready earlier than promised). The condo itself is clean, nicely appointed (made several very nice meals in the kitchen), and super convenient to all Leavenworth attractions since it is right in the heart of downtown. Perfect weekend or midweek getaway location for one to two couples or a small family.

Perfect location and new!

The condo was just perfect! It was a great location where people in the party could go into town and if need be run back to the condo to warm up. The layout is open and everything is/looks pretty new. The only problems we had was the bed in the extra room (its mattress was a bit sunken in) and in the morning after only one person has showered the hot water ran out. Other then that I love the place and would most likely stay again next time we are in town!

Beautiful clean condo!

This condo is in a great location! It looks just like the pictures, and is very clean and organized! We have stayed in many different places in Leavenworth and this condo is one of our new favorites! Our group of 6 had a great stay here for Oktoberfest and can't wait to come back!

Girls weekend away for half marathon

This is a great property in downtown Leavenworth. It is close to everything and it is very nice to have a designated parking space. The owners are very cordial and easy to work with and were very good at helping us. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Leavenworth.
