Perfect for our family! Very clean and quiet. We had a nice stay. I recommend! The retractable baby gate at the steps was the best. Everything was very thought out.

If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be Fantastic! I felt at home the minute I walked through the door. It had EVERYTHING I needed for a vacation with my family. The downstairs rec room was a hit! The location was quiet and we enjoyed watching the deer walk past the deck every morning and night. The fire pit was a great place to gather. We walked everyday into town to do things. The food is delicious in ALL the restaurants. There is so much to do! My family and I already want to come back next year!

This house was as listed- well maintained, clean, and well stocked! We loved the downstairs game area! Make sure to bring bug spray if you’re spending time outside.

Everything was great - the house was perfect for us. It was clean, and in a great location. We loved the game room and fire pit. Just need to add a hot tub lol, but we will definitely be staying at this house again !

Great house in a great location

Home was perfect for our group of friends. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the game room was awesome. It's close to Big Boulder and Shenanigans. The steep driveway was a little intimidating in the snow but we made it ok.

I can’t say enough about this property. The house is immaculate. The game room downstairs, and the games outside were awesome. We only left the house to go to the Lake and to do some hiking. We will definitely be back.

Room for recreation and relaxation

The house is clean and very welcoming. The decor is simple but very tastefully done for all the rooms. The large deck was accommodating for meal time as well as play area for the kids in our group. The property is somewhat secluded with mature growth of rhododendron and ferns gracing the landscape. Our group enjoyed the games provided with room for added outdoor games we brought.

Went away for a friends weekend, house was great. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also if you play the Mega Touch Aurora, one of our party had the high score of 765,000 on ice driff. If you happen to beat it reach out to me,

Overall a decent stay

Upon arrival trash was scattered at the top of the driveway from the bears. Timely response from property manager on the issue but still not picked up by the end of our stay. Inside and outside of house could use a thorough cleaning of spider webs. Other than that is was a nice stay. Lots of games in the basement that made our stay enjoyable.

The house itself was great and as expected. However, the driveway is extremely treacherous to navigate and would have been impossible without 4-wheel drive. The end of the driveway and walkway was not salted and was a sheet of ice in the morning, leading one person to fall. One car got stuck trying to go up the driveway trying to leave. I would not recommend this place for inexperienced drivers or in winter.

Drive way is impossible to get up or down

Be wary. If you have sedans in the winter you may experience some difficulty getting out of the driveway.

After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to address the items that you mentioned: We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues with gaining access to the driveway in your sedan. The listing does state that "4-wheel drive/all-wheel drive is recommended during winter months" which guests can read before they book the property. We are taking steps to improve the winter driveway access for future guests to enjoy their stay!

Ladies weekend

Perfect get away in September for kayaking and hiking with my training partners from Conshohocken area. Beautiful, Fun, comfortable and convenient. Would absolutely stay again.

The Perfect House

My wife and I and our two young daughter stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend. The house is perfect for any vacationer to the area. It is sparkling clean, completely updated and modern, contains many activities and games, private yet also not too remote, and located walking distance to the lake and town within minutes. The house is equipped with every amenity to make your stay as convenient as possible! Having two young kids, we appreciated the extra steps taken to make the house very safe (fire extinguishers, discrete window escape ladders in the basement, traction strips on the outside steps, etc.). Not to mention all switches and thermostats are labeled to eliminate any ambiguity. Everything about the place was convenient. We will definitely be renting this place again.

The house was clean, modern and had every convenience we could have needed. Really set up perfectly for accommodating travelers. The owner was so flexible and helpful navigating the PA restrictions and changes we had to make. Looking forward to renting here again
