Hermosa casa pequeña en Newburyport. Caminar a la ciudad, frente al mar y pista de ferrocarril. Tome 5 minutos en coche y se llega a Plum Island Beach, o dar un paseo en tren 1 hora para Boston. Very nice comfortable cottage.

Great location in a very quiet area close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Cottage has a really nice kitchen and common area. Stairs are really steep but signage was clear and helpful.

Long weekend visit

The property and grounds were quintessential Newburyport. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything that you could think of to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The location is fantastic, especially if you have kids; a stones throw from Cushman Park and just a quick walk down the street to Cashman Park. Morgan and Lisa are fantastic hosts and were quickly willing to help however needed. Would absolutely recommend this property and come back again.

Wedding weekend

This was gorgeous. I actually feel the pictures don’t even do it justice! Huge downstairs, we had our bridal party over for pictures and makeup etc and there was plenty of space. Lovely kitchen and back patio. Close to downtown but we drove as we were lazy. Super responsive.

Nice Property

Really comfortable and well appointed cottage in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. Nice little private patio out back. Parking not an issue. Less than a mile walk to downtown/waterfront, but honestly, my favorite places to eat were a couple blocks away (Park Lunch, Nick's, Otto, Cormorant). 5 minute drive to Plum Island, but I recommend driving a bit further to Sandy Point. Great property, great location, great management! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Great In-Town Cottage!

Had a great trip and loved the cottage’s in-town location and amenities. Just the right size for our family of four. Walked to downtown and the riverfront. The courtyard/garden is kind of beachy and was in full bloom, beautiful! Owners were very friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back!

Cozy Cottage

The was an amazing rental. Off the charts for cuteness and cleanliness. Couldn't have been better. As noted in the description of the property, the staircase is not really child friendly. But what a wonderful escape for a couple. Close to everything. Had a great time and would definitely rent it again.

A fantastic stay!

This is such a special spot - we rented on a visit to family in Newburyport. The location is a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood just a short walk to everything in town with a shaded family park a block away. The cottage itself is beautifully renovated and has everything our family of four needed for a comfortable stay, including an outdoor patio for morning coffee. Host was a great communicator. We are frequent vacation renters and this is a gem that we will absolutely book again on our return trips!

Awesome Location

Very quaint home located within walking distance to playground for kids, waterfront, shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood which I love for rest and relaxation. Highly recommend for a small group of folks.

Excellent!

A very nice little cottage with everything you could need. The location is close to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to the beach and nature preserve. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future! One note, climbing the stairs might be difficult for someone disabled or elderly, but shouldn’t be a problem for most.

Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend and only wish we had planned to stay longer. Cottage was very comfortable and in a perfect location!! It was wonderful to return to Newburyport.

Wonderful little cottage

We really enjoy the charm of Newburyport and this cottage is just lovely. A newly remodeled bathroom and everything that you need for a getaway. Convenient location for walking to town and getting to the beaches and Boston! We look forward to returning!

Another great week long stay

My adult daughters and granddaughter are repeat customers! They love the quaint comfort of the cottage and are happy to return for the forth time. The cottage is well equipped for their mandatory beach outings, grilling/eating out on the patio (kitchen is a cooks dream) and the location is perfect to reach all things NBPT easily by foot or car. Always well managed, clean and cozy.

Immaculate, charming, great neighborhood, great host.

I had a lovely time working from home for a week while trying on Newburyport for size. I had friends visit and all commented on what a great place it was with a lovely seating area outside. M, the owner was super responsive when I had questions and great to chat with in person. I walked for coffee every morning to get out in the neighborhood. The Rail Trail is super close and fun to discover. I would stay again.

Fantastic Place

We had a wonderful time in this extremely well taken care of cottage. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items. We were there with very very hot temperatures. The AC worked perfectly to keep us cool. Margo was great when we had questions or needed anything. Thanks again.

Charming and Spacious

Best VRBO host we have worked with. Repeat customers—back for third stay with this host but in the larger house next door to the smaller cottage. Home is amazing with awesome options for cooking, gathering and enjoying outdoor dining. Variety of bedrooms and extremely comfortable beds can easily accommodate a family. Perfect location for enjoying the waterfront, restaurants and the Clipper Trail.

Comfortable house

The house is lovely and is as described On the VRBO site.The location is great, close to wonderful walking areas. The mattresses are comfortable, which is a huge plus for me. The only downside is the staircase, which is a little scary for a senior like me. But the pluses definitely outweigh that one issue. I would certainly stay here again!

Perfect Newburyport Cottage

I’m a repeat customer! I rented the cottage again for my two adult daughters and granddaughter for their annual NBPT vacation. They (and I) could not have been more pleased. We like to cook together so the kitchen is perfect—well equipped and inviting.—with dining out in the garden our preferred option given the challenges of this pandemic. The cottage is attractive, comfy and clean. As many reviews say, the location is also ideal being In a residential neighborhood but still close to the waterfront, the Clipper Rail Trail, and all downtown NBPT has to offer. Lisa is an amazing host too. We’re looking at dates for next year!

Newburyport Summer 2020

We thoroughly enjoyed our second vacation at this beautiful cottage close to the heart of stunning Newburyport. The accommodation is spacious boasting a fantastic kitchen & we love to spill out onto the pretty garden. Bed linens are always immaculate & the washer/dryer a must. The property owners are super responsive. . A short walk into town will land you amidst fabulous restaurants & exquisite shops. Just the best location from which to explore the beauty of the local area. So looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent accommodation! Exceeded expectations.

We stayed for the Newburyport half marathon and never have we been able to sit around drinking tea in the last hour before go time. The property is very comfortable and suited the three of us very well. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of green space and close to the water. Loads of charm and within walking distance to it all including local trails and train station. Margo, the property manager was on top of everything, proactively communicating with us and even asking about our run. Loved it!

Comfy cottage

We came to Newburyport for a wedding. This little cottage was the perfect place to stay. It’s very close to town- we were able to walk to everything. The cottage itself seemed bigger than in the photos. Lovely large kitchen. Beds were super comfortable too! We really enjoyed our stay.
