Wonderful Stay

Everything was wonderful. The property manager Terry was great and attended to all of our needs. When we checked in the pool needed cleaning due to lots of rain prior to our arrival so we called Terry with our concern and immediately he sent someone to vacuum the pool. Other than that everything was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely visit again.

Pleasant Home near Disney

We have stayed at a number of properties over the years and have come to expect a certain level of home accommodations and owner communication. We found both the home and the owners to be exceptional. Communications were always quick and clear. They went out of their way to ensure we understood how the alarm system worked and answered every question I sent. The house is a very pleasant home that met all of our vacation getaway needs. It is only 20 minutes from Disney and 25 from Universal. The restaurants in the area were great. Ovations Bistro and Giovanni's offered great steaks, ribs and Italian fare. Plenty of chain fast food near as well. 5 minutes away was a sparkling polished grocery store name Publix. We stocked up on all our breakfast needs. Walmart and Target were 15 minutes away. The home is very clean and well appointed. The two master bedrooms are unique and worked out very well for our group of six. The kids and adults loved the swimming pool and the ability to access it from the master bedrooms or the living room. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast every morning and ate out almost every night. The house is just off a highway yet secluded in its own well trimmed quite beautiful neighborhood. We felt very comfortable and safe returning to what felt like a secure home in the burbs. There were some pool toys, plenty of towels and even a high chair. Which worked out great for our 1 year old grandson. There are TVs and cable in every bedroom and even found game consoles. Both were a pleasant surprise for my HGTV addicted wife and gaming kids. The washer and dryer are of the newer type that my wife and daughter were used to running. Plenty of ice in the ice maker and coffee in the coffee maker. We would stay in this home again if were in the Orlando area.

Not Happy

I have rented several homes in Lake Wilson, this is the first one that I wasn't satisfied with. When arriving back to the house one day I was greeted by an exterminater coming out of the home. The thermostat had been locked at a very low temperature for my second week. There were so many smoke detectors, that I expected my family was on camera. Pool cover was covered with mildew and couldn't be used. The property manager showed up at the end of first week to ask me to turn the pool water off for her, and the pool cleaners never cleaned the build up from the sides of the pool.

Lynn, thank you for your feedback, both privately and publicly. Like I said to you, I wish you had brought your concerns to us and we would've addressed what we could promptly. We checked in on you the morning after you arrived and a week into your stay to the house for your 2 weeks and both times you said all was well. We make ourselves readily available, I get messages directly on my phone as if you're texting me and reply almost immediately. Smoke and fire detectors are installed for your protection and the protection of our home. Cameras are illegal and we have also no interest in seeing what guests are doing. Pest control is also performed so you can stay in a clean, pest free environment. We have a company that cleans the pools in all our homes on a scheduled basis and as needed. You also never mentioned any of this mildew to us, or we would've asked them to go clean the pool right away. Our homes have been maintained by the same property management and pool maintenance companies and we never had any complaints. We also maintain close to 100% occupancy and hear nothing but compliments from our guests. I'm sorry that you only enjoyed part of your stay, I highly suggest that next time you give the owners a chance to make amendments and make your stay better. You're paying for it so do yourself a favor and speak up next time. Thank you!

Lovely clean, modern villa with everything provided in an ideal location for visiting Orlandos attractions. Very well equipped with everything you may need and local supermarkets and restaurants only a few minutes drive away.

Awesome!

The house was LOVELY! Completely what we expected and the kids LOVED the pool! Perfect location 20 minutes or less to pretty much all the major amusement parks... and those BEDS - a dream to climb into every night! (us and the two kids fit comfortable LOL). Grocery store close by had amazing selection, cheaper option of Walmart was a little further but great deals! Definitely would rent this place again for our next visit to Central Florida.

Beautiful & cozy home

We rented this home in March of 2019 for 10 days, and it was perfect! The home is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Everything is fresh & updated, the bedrooms are beautiful, with a decent sized closet off of the master bathrooms. The beds and pillows were very comfy, and so is the couch! The pool deck is large, with lots of furniture for lounging. It is in a great location, with quick access to the I4. A grocery store, liqour, gas station, fast food, etc is just minutes away. The road behind the home can be busy at times, making it a bit noisy but nothing major. The alarm system sounded a bit intimidating to use upon arrival, but very clear instructions & videos were provided, so it only took a couple of times to become familiar with it. The pool alarm also took some getting used to. The owners and management company were very quick to respond to any needs. I would highly recommend this home! Thanks again Carlos & Kamyla for the lovely stay!
