Really great townhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great experience for our family vacation. Communication with alpine lodging was seem less (we checked in after business hours). I also needed to communicate about parking our larger sized vehicle and received accurate and timely communication. The unit was very clean, easy to find and the amenities were excellent. My kids made great use of the clubhouse (pool, games room) as well as the elkhorn pool which was very close by.

We loved location and it was very clean. Interior was remodeled and looked new, enjoyed all the walking paths and how peaceful it was. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean and a nice place to spend a long weekend with my family. Does unfortunately have a year round neighbor that was rude and felt the grass areas were hers to use only but then she was upset if we walked in the grass areas even just twice to get to my car. We were nice and walked around but did see others playing in the grass areas so racked it up to not staying there again!! Sorry maybe talked to her about her poor behaviors and her puppy that constantly barked.

We truly enjoyed our time in Sun Valley! The apartment itself was so comfortable and well stocked. Although the fitness center is small, we appreciated having access to the machines. We would love to stay again.

Happy with our stay

We spent two full weeks here and the property was as described, well-kept and appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed the use of the pool & poolhouse. Location was great, nice neighborhood too!

Alpine Lodging does an excellent job in making their guest feel appreciated. They insured the condo was spotlessly clean. The information they provided about the rental prior to booking was 100% accurate. The condo itself was exceptionally clean, in a great location and had all the comforts we needed to enjoy our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was very clean with a stocked kitchen; you don't always find this in a rental property. There was not a lot of space to put away your groceries though. As far as the bedrooms go, the bedding was nice, but the beds were extremely hard. The master bathroom was a tight fit, the TP roll needs to be placed else ware, so you can sit on the toilet comfortably.In reference to the amenities: pool, hot tub, etc., we couldn't use, as they were closed for the season, but we did not know this before we arrived.The location was great; the manager was made aware of some issues.I would, however, recommend this property to family or friends. There are many walkable trails nearby, that are paved, so you can ride a bike as well. The towns Ketchum/Sun Valley are nearby and have some GREAT spots to eat. I would recommend going to Enoteca, Fiamma, and Cookbook, to name a few.Ketchum is a wonderful place to visit and vacation, if you are a lover of the outdoors, it's beautiful here.

Great family stay

It's a great condo and was perfect for our family of 3. Location: backs up to the tennis courts, which was great. 2 pools within walking distance. It was pretty quiet during our stay but keep in mind this is ground floor and you may have people walking right by your windows. Natural Grocers was about 15 min away and the town of Ketchum was also a short drive. IF you're a golfer, I recommend playing Trail Creek. Wifi was solid but there isn't a desk in the house so youll need to use the dining room table or a make shift one in the guest bedroom. The one thing we didn't like was the heat. It was relatively hot and with no AC and almost no breeze....it was impossible to cool down the unit. There are fans but they didn't do a ton for us. We had a few nights of less than stellar sleep b/c of the heat.

Cozy Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The condo was nicely updated, clean, and the beds were really comfortable. It’s small, but easily could fit a family of four or five—it was spacious for 3 of us! It looks out onto a grassy field and the tennis courts, which was great for us with a 5 year old who likes to run around. It’s definitely not in town and it would be a stretch to say it’s walkable, but we didn’t have a problem with parking at the condo or driving into town. We will definitely stay again!
