Esta maravillosa casa se encuentra en el sur de Venecia, a pocos minutos de la playa Manasota. También se encuentra al lado de Shamrock Park, que es un centro natural con muchos animales diferentes. Este parque también incluye muchas actividades para niños, como un centro deportivo y un gran parque infantil que acogió a todos.
La playa de Manasota, que se encuentra a pocos minutos en automóvil o en bicicleta, se considera una playa agradable y relajante con 4 áreas de picnic. Es muy familiar.

We loved this place!

We were all very pleased with our experience at this location and agreed that we would try and reserve that house again for future trips to Florida. The location was great. The neighborhood was great. Highly recommend.

Loved the layout of the house. The patio needs upgrading. The backyard not welcoming. The outside front door light needs replacing. Bicycles to use would be nice a bonus.

We had a great stay. House is nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Good location. My daughter forgot her stuffed dog that she has carried with her everywhere she went for 11 years. The owner was very helpful in finding it and helping use get it back.

Great Location

Had a great time satying here. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also in a great location, close to a lot of public beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Close to Manasota Beach

The rental was clean & check in was seamless. The large TV in the living room was great. It had large new refrigerator & new dishwasher. I enjoyed the beach chairs & numerous beach towels. It was a short drive to Manasota Beach which I visited several times a week during our 4 week rental. Both bathroom outlets weren't working & manager responded to this but weren't able to repair them or the bathroom shower light before we left. I recommend this rental.

Where's the furnature

Everything went well to check in via email. They gave us all the information we needed. When we opened the door we saw a huge house and next to no furniture! The was a couch (not as shown, but pretty big anyway) and a dinette set in the dining room - That's it. There was a small coffee table and some upsidedown wastepaper baskets used as small tables. An easy chair, a real table to set things down - forget it. Be careful to check the pictures as they show things from the best angle to make things look normal. If you sit on the couch it is so far away from the TV that you almost need binoculars to see the screen (an over emphasis, but you get the idea). When it comes to putting away your things, more problems. There is plenty of closet space, but nowhere for folding clothes. There are a few shelves in the Master Bedroom bathroom and that is it. No dressers! We had to put our suitcases in the spare bedroom and use them for holding our folding clothes. The shown garage is used to store building materials and not for your use (darn). Another item not mentioned. Now, the house is large and nice except EMPTY. There is a 50 inch smart TV that works ok if you know how to use those things. No local stations available. The fence around the yard still has hurricane damage as do many local properties. The neighborhood is great for a walk or bike ride (bring your own bike) and very secure. Just don't look for an easy chair when you get home.

Clean and spacious

The house is clean and provides plenty of room for six people. We enjoyed sitting in the lanai and listening to and watching all the birds and squirrels. Early risers can catch a quick glimpse of the neighborhood armadillo as he comes home and disappears under the neighbor's fence. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly; a great place for taking walks. There is a playground/park nearby. Toilet paper and paper towels were provided in previous years, but this year the pantry was empty. Walmart is close by. A beautiful new king bed is in the master bedroom, and pretty mirrored sliding closet doors have been added in a guest bedroom. We enjoyed our stays here for the past three springs, but are disappointed in the new 30-day minimum booking requirement. Overall, it was a lovely place to relax for a few weeks. We will miss it.

Cute and comfortable!

We loved the location of this property with its bikable access to Shamrock Park and the wonderful trails there, as well as close access to beaches! The house itself is very cute and kept up well. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Great location

The location is close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The house is equipped with kitchen utensils, paper products, linens, etc. and comfortable beds. The screened in back porch is very relaxing. We enjoyed our time there!

The house was clean and very large. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very updated and nice. A few suggestions we left with the managers was that we needed a second key to the house and we were not notified that they had brought it so we found it when we left. Communication was not that great with the managers. The front screen door is still in need of repair as was noted in a review last year. The ice maker was not connected and it would be nice to have ice cube trays along with more dishes and glasses for 6 people. No cookie sheets or pizza pans were available. The manager appreciated our suggestions and stated she will follow up on them.

Cozy home

We enjoyed our brief visit. Propertywas close to the beach and convenient to shopping and restaurants. the only frustration was the TV did not have local channels and we could not watch football on Thanksgiving.

Vacation shortened by COVID-19

The property was as advertised. However, the tile floor had hair on it. Likely the result of a dirty mop. The master bath drain was clogged with hair. We did our own deep cleaning of all surfaces due to the COVID-19 virus. Other than that the house and the furnishings were very nice. The house is located deep within a older residential area. Beaches were relatively close ;within a half hour drive. Plenty of restaurants close by, as well as supermarkets. Due to the President’s proclamation and the fact that restaurants and eventually beaches were closing, we left after three days into an 18 day stay. That was not the fault of the owner. We would have appreciated a portion of our rental rebated to us, but understand the owner was under no obligation to do so.

Great location as long as you have a car buy needs some upgrades

Love the location as long as you have a car but these are suggestions to make it better. Great location as long as you have a car to get to places. We needed a bigger lockbox so we could read the letters at 3:45 am after 18 1/2 hrs of driving If possible, a towel bar on the side of the sink cabinet is needed to dry the towels and near the door of the walk in closet in the master bedroom. The handle on the outside screen door fell off and there needs to be a new one to replace it. There was only a used sponge in the kitchen. It should be a new one so we do not get someone else’s germs. There was a lack of containers with covers to put leftovers in and not enough dishes to run the dishwasher for 6 people. We were only 4 people and we washed the dishes by hand and there was no dishwasher detergent. There was no cookie sheet or cooking pans to make quiche or cook pizza. Perhaps some hooks to hang your hats and keys in the front hall. More oilet paper should be given if guests stay longer than a week and basic condiments like cooking oil should be supplied. More bowls and our plate that are ceramic and one glass container to heat up things in the microwave would have been appreciated too. There was no recycling box until one day it appeared but was not there when we arrived. Great tip sheet on the fridge but I called the property management twice about the screen door and there was no response but only when we were leaving did we got a response only from them when we were leaving. We left the place tidy and neat.

A Relaxing Stay

The house is clean, nicely decorated, and in a perfect location. Restaurants, stores, beaches, downtown shopping all were within a few minutes drive. Marina was quick to answer our question about the water softener. Having soft water was a plus. We are looking forward to staying next year!

Family fun, good location!

Thank you for a lovely stay in your quiet, clean, and nicely decorated home. It is close to many beaches, Manasota being one of our favorites as well as Caspersen. we had breakfasts at home, picnic lunch on the beach, and cooked in several nights. Everything was comfortable and simple to use. The beach chairs were a plus. Great family time for 3 couples and one kiddo. Only advice- get to the beach before 10 for parking.

Great Location close to food and beaches!

Overall this was a nice house, it was recently “flipped” all new floors and paint and appliances. It’s nice and open and the screened in porch was comfy. The only thing that needs work is the 2nd bathroom, but I’m sure they’re getting there as this is a new rental. I would recommend this house to everyone!

the nice affordable home

A very nice place. it was clean and recently remodeled and updated. The tile floors throughout made it simple to clean and worry free if you did spill something. we had all the amenities there that we needed including good wifi. A fairly quiet neighborhood that was close to many beaches , shops and restaurants . Very affordable when traveling with a family of 5. I would rent again
