Cabaña vintage, filtrado vistas al lago, se admiten mascotas con aprobación previa, excelente ubicación

Volvimos al alquiler vacacional, después de diez años de ocupación. Esta cabaña vintage es limpia, acogedora y está cerca de todo en Kings Beach. Estamos ubicados a dos cuadras de North Lake Boulevard.
Nuestra cabaña tiene dos habitaciones con loft en la habitación principal. Dos baños completos.
El dormitorio principal cuenta con un conjunto de dormitorio de pino queen size. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial. El loft cuenta con dos camas individuales con TV / DVD. Para dormir adicional, hay un sofá cama queen futón en la sala de estar. La cocina está completamente cargada con las necesidades de la cocina, cafetera, tostadora, sartén eléctrica. Tenemos juegos de mesa, cartas, películas para el entretenimiento. También tenemos un pozo de herraduras en el patio trasero.

Walking distance to King's Beach and all the restaurants on the strip. Service dog friendly with a big back yard. Cool little loft for the kids. Big living room and dining area. Nice house for the family to rest at night after long days at the beach. Lots of fish decorations around the house!

This is an older home that is a dated but we definitely enjoyed the closeness to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was nice. Needed some more kitchen items and the grill struggled a bit, but we made do! My daughter stayed in the attic. It's definitely snug and someone older may not feel comfortable getting up there. Otherwise, we had a great time in Kings Beach - rented a boat, parasailed, rode bikes - and the cabin met our needs as a home base!

It was a quaint, rustic cabin. It was a very short walk to the beach and short drive to hiking trails. Although King’s Beach was bustling for the summer weekend, the area around the cabin was very quiet. We had some trouble with a couple amenities. The backyard grill was a big selling point. But when we got there, the grill hadn’t been cleaned and was covered in sticky barbecue sauce. We cleaned it as best we could, but the burners weren’t working properly. Also, the downstairs shower didn’t work at all. All in all, I had a great weekend here. There were just a couple features that needed cleaning and fixing.

We had a fantastic time!

We did love this property! Easy walk to the beach, although casinos weren't within walking distance. We did cook for ourselves but ran out of propane & left spices for the next guests, as there was only salt & pepper in the cabinet (no biggie, we had brought our own, just in case). The owner's were way to reach & talk to but the trash fills up easily, although I don't think that's the property owner's deal. I think the neighbors use their trash can. 9/10 would use again!

Great location

It’s close to shops and restaurants, very close to the beach. It’s an old house and solid wood, it has its charm but it’s not good for families who want to cook or spend time in the backyard. Spiderwebs everywhere, old furniture, old tvs, and old beds. I think if you plan on eating out and are skiing it’s good for a few nights. But not a comfy place to relax or bbq. There are no real comforts here. No extra blankets and the tvs are 30 years old. It’s ok - great location. The kids didn’t mind but cooking here was really not pleasant either.

Great location!

You can't beat the location for this cabin. We brought kayaks and paddle boards and had excellent beach time just 1.5 blocks away at Kings Beach. The only reason for not 5 stars is because my daughter freaked out about wasps and spiders on the top floor and refused to sleep up there. I noticed the screen on window had a few holes which is where they must have been coming in. Oh well, it is a rustic cabin out in nature -- and in the woods and honestly, to be expected, lol! There were no extra blankets, but we shared and she was able to sleep on the futon couch so all was well. If you book this cabin, bring all condiments and seasonings. Everything advertised was in great working order (toaster, coffee maker, grill, dishwasher, laundry). The water from the tap was A delicious. Missing that already!Thanks for sharing your cabin with us; we really enjoyed our stay!

Short walk to the lake

This was our second stay because of the location and unique character of the cabin. Nice kitchen and fenced backyard. A cable box wasn't working, the host responded quickly and a technician changed out the box.

Lovely cottage

My stay at the cottage was lovely. The house was clean and within walking distance to the beach. Ample parking for me and my friends. The owner even let me extend my stay at last minute, because I just didn’t want to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant stay, amazing location.

We had such a great time at this cabin. It has all you need for a great stay in the North Tahoe area. Very centric location. Would recommend staying here. We are thankful that the listing allowed pets. Thanks to the Duncan family for all the hospitality.

Comfortable stay

We didn't plan for skiing, just wanted a relax getaway with family and friends. This cabin was one of the best parts of this trip.The hosts were very friendly and easy going. They replied messages promptly, picked up phone quickly, and answered all my questions patiently. The check-in and -out were easy and smooth. Kitchen was well equipped.When we went in the first time, I was worried the rooms were cold. I gave a call to the host and they told me where to turn on the space heaters. We stayed two warm nights. Great!I will definitely consider this place in my future Tahoe trips.

Friends getaway

Two night stay but wish it was longer!!! House had that cabin-y, cozy feel!! Bed upstairs was so heavenly. The distance to kings beach was right around the corner!! Breathtaking day at the lake. Laughter at the table and we got "all our words in" More than we hoped for! Thank you to our hosts!! We will be back!

Overall Good and the Location was great!

The stay was great, the host was solid and the property was ok. For the price and the location it was perfect for us, but the tub leaked and the toliet ran and ran. Overall clean, but my daughter found food in the kids rooms games and their was a smoky smell and dusty. Overall happy, but eish the TVs were updated.a

Great place!

1 adult, 3 teenage boys in town for a baseball tournament. Plenty of room for us all. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Just a couple blocks to Kings Beach.Easy to walk to markets, restaurants, beach, etc. The house was clean and had all supplies we needed. Tahoe summers are warm and we found 2 big fans that helped tremendously. Bedrooms have ceiling fans which were nice for sleeping. Easy to find, easy parking. The driveway was big enough for 4 cars (friends met us to walk to the beach). It's very busy there in the summer and we did have someone block one entrance of the driveway for a day. Inconvenient (and rude!), but not the owner's fault. Just a heads up for summer beach goers. 15 minutes to Incline, 20 to Truckee. 5 minute walk to the beach. Really great house, thanks for a nice visit!
