Ubicado al otro lado de la calle de la playa de Roads End ya pocos pasos de un fácil acceso a la playa pública, el Captain's Quarters es el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares. La cubierta cubierta única que se extiende por el frente de la casa es como su propia casa club, abierta al aire pero lo suficientemente privada y grande como para sentirse como una extensión de la casa. Es un lugar atractivo para pasar el tiempo ya que está amueblada con asientos. Una mesa y barbacoa. Una gran sala en el interior tiene muebles informales y cómodos que te animarán a relajarte mientras los niños van por debajo de la cubierta para jugar al futbolín en la maravillosa sala de juegos. Great space for two couples. Loved the front deck. Wish I had a squeegee for the front deck window barriers which blocked the wind beautifully but gathered salt spray. Like the view. Good beach access with short walk. Quiet.

We LOVED this beautiful house! Great location, with a beautiful beach just a 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed the open concept, beautiful views, large and comfortable bedrooms, spacious full baths, great all-weather deck. The hot tub was wonderful - with many deer, birds, and chipmunks scampering about. There were just three of us, but there is plenty of additional space for sleeping in the entry room/downstairs bonus room. Lots of dishes, cookware, BBQ, glassware, fluffy towels for a very comfortable stay. Just overall a beautiful house in a beautiful, private location, yet very close to stores, restaurants and all that Lincoln City has to offer.

Thanksgiving beach trip

Wonderful home in Roads End! Clean with great view & patio. Kitchen had all the utensils needed to get dinner on the table. Look forward to staying again!

Great location, perfect beach getaway. Loved the Deer coming to the yard. Beach access super close so could come back for meals. Hot tub was amazing.

Stayed here on way to Track and Field trials Clean property with lots of space and amenities including hot tub and washer and dryer. Good for families with separate up and downstairs spaces .

It was great stay. Nice hot tub and beautiful place. Kids enjoyed the games and close ocean entrance. Clean beds and enogh towells. Only bad thing is dishwasher didnt worked properly. Other than that place is great.

Great place but not enough hot water.

We had a blast and the house is perfect. Great area downstairs where the kids mostly played, comfortable beds and clean bedding. The whole house was very clean and inviting. We were bummed that there wasn’t even enough hot water for a bath, however. There was enough for one shower but the second person to shower got mostly cold water.

Great beach house

We loved our stay here. The big porch was great and the house was so comfortable and clean. We didn’t have our kids with us this time but planning on bringing them back in the future, as it would be a perfect house for kids, too! The kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs and the beds were comfy. The location is great for beach access and hiking up the hill.

Clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the deck with plenty of chairs and table. View of the ocean from inside or from deck. Nicely furnished. Beach access nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

winter getaway

This was a great property. I loved the deck which has clear panels to keep out the wind and rain. This is a great place for family groups which we will do in the future. Kitchen was well stocked. house was comfortable.

Home didn’t appear as it did in the photos. The ants in the kitchen were a bit surprising. Beds and rest of the house were good. Loved the deck.

Pictures don’t do it justice

We rented last minute and didn’t have a lot of options. This place is far nicer than we expected. Spacious, comfy beds, great deck with view of the ocean. Best was the backyard which was well landscapes and felt private. Sunny back patio sheltered from the wind. Truly a find!

As promised

Very clean and very nice. Everything was as it was promised. The beach is just a very short walk and it's a nice beach with lots of walking opportunity and some tide pools and rock scrambling. Easy access. The covered deck is large and very very nice to have. Lots and lots of space inside and out. The hot tub was clean and worked. Nice beds and bedding, bathrooms are very nice and everything works. The kitchen is very clean and nice, but small and doesn't have a great stovetop (burners are all crooked so nothing lays flat) or set of pans (small and very scratched up) but it works and is clean. If you are bringing a lot of people and want to cook large meals, bring your own large pans. No griddle either. But, all that is small compared to all the great features of this home. We would definitely come back.

Awesome location, great for family get away

Perfect set up for family gatherings with 2 bedrooms upstairs and one down. Hot tub worked great, BBQ was easy on the large deck with plenty of seating and amazing view. Beach right across the street. Would stay there again.

Great little beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house looks just like the photos, and was perfect for our group of 8 adults. It is right off the beach (just walk a few meters down the road and there is a beach access point). Wifi worked great. Weather was a bit cooler than we expected and often foggy, but that is the coast for you. It was nice to take a break from the heat wave in Seattle. Kitchen was well-stocked as far as cookware and utensils, paper towels, dish detergent, and coffee filters. We used the last trash bag on our last day, so that cut it a bit close. Be sure to bring all cooking oils and spices with you though. House was nicely decorated with a beach theme. Hot tub was huge and accommodated all 8 of us. The beds were okay. I think the mattresses could all use updating. Friends who stayed on the futons downstairs said they weren't the most comfortable, mattresses were a little thin and worn out. My husband and I stayed in one of the king beds upstairs, which was adequate. However I sat on the end of the bed while putting on shoes at one point and sunk into a big dip on the end (maybe the box spring was broken?). We were disappointed to see that the owners don't recycle. There were two trash bins, but both were unmarked (maybe one was recycling and we couldn't see the label?). They offer bio-friendly dishwasher detergent but don't recycle. The only other thing that was a little weird was they only supply a finite amount of TP. We got down to one roll on the morning of our last day and consulted the guest book, which stated that they supply an "initial supply" and that we are responsible for buying more than that when we ran out. They knew we were 8 adults for four nights, and for what we were paying for the place it just seemed a little cheap to not supply a few extra rolls of toilet paper. Overall, we would rent this place again. We loved the location and the house was a good layout for 8 people. Very clean and well kept up aside from the matt

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great two nights in the Captain's Quarters. It was the perfect size for our group of 6. Close walk to the beach and nice view of the ocean. The only dissapointment was the cleanliness of the hot tub. There was sand in the bottom, a bottle cap floating, cloudy water, and there were no pillows on the sides for head rests. A hot tub is a big selling point so that was it was disappointing to see that it hadn't been cleaned or serviced at all.
