Condominio costero completamente remodelado

Relájate en las playas de la encantadora St. Simons Island en esta tranquila y bellamente renovada casa adosada de dos pisos. Tenemos colchones y ropa de cama nuevos y cómodos, hermosos gabinetes de cocina con encimeras de granito, pisos y alfombras de tablones atractivos y nuevos tocadores de baño con accesorios atractivos. ¡Todo está fresco y limpio y listo para que lo disfrutes!
La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluso tiene una lavadora y secadora si las necesita durante su estadía.

Diviértete en la piscina del vecindario o pesca y alimenta a las tortugas en la laguna de nuestro vecindario. Tenemos una ducha al aire libre privada y cerrada para lavar la arena a su regreso de la playa o como una ducha adicional para bañarse. También hay un cobertizo de almacenamiento al aire libre para almacenar todos sus equipos de playa y pesca. Traiga sus bicicletas si lo desea, ya que esta es una unidad de almacenamiento cerrada.

Nuestra casa adosada se encuentra junto a un campo de golf y respalda a un gimnasio que acepta membresías diarias y semanales. También estamos en los senderos pavimentados para bicicletas que conducen al área de Village y otros destinos en St. Simons

En cuanto a los arreglos para dormir ... Una habitación tiene una cama Queen size con un colchón nuevo y una cubierta de gel de 3 pulgadas. El otro dormitorio tiene una cama King size también con colchones nuevos y sommiers.

Tendrás 2 espacios de estacionamiento marcados individualmente justo en frente de la casa adosada.

Great rental

This was our first time to St Simons Island. The condo is in a quiet area with short drive to the beach. Nice pool on the property. Owner was very informative about t he best beaches and favorite restaurants. Condo was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable townhome

The property was clean and comfortable. It’s a great location for getting off the island quickly. The online description said there were two parking spaces for the unit, but we only found one space?

Birthday trip

Older property but recently renovated condo. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Property owner was wonderful to work with. She was very quick to respond and gave many recommendations for dining and beaches. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Process was easy and well explained. Property owner called and gave us tips on eating and sightseeing. Only suggestion is for a more comfortable mattress. But we were so relaxed, we slept wonderfully.

Last minute honeymoon

We had to switch our honeymoon plans with only 24hrs notice. Cathy was amazing at helping us with recommendations of place to eat and visit. The place was amazing to stay at and we will be back 😃

Great value

Owner called us to touch base about places to see and do while at SSI. She answers all questions in a print manner. The pool is not heated but we used it to lay out and relax when weather permitted us to. Because if weather forecasts we didn’t rent bicycles but they would have been great for the week in good weather. Mallory St us very nice and close to the ocean. The condo unit was very clean and comfortable. If we come back to SSI we would come back to this place.

Pleasant Experience!

Awesome Stay!

The condo is AWESOME! It was clean and cool upon arrival, which was perfect after a day of adventures. The condo is close to everything! Shopping villages, multiple piers, multiple beaches, attractions. It is situated in a perfect spot. The condo is right along the main road to go EVERYWHERE, so that made travel super easy. If you get lost, don’t worry, it’s just a circle! :) Ms. Cathy called me prior to my arrival to see if it was anything that I needed to make my stay one to remember. She recommended great restaurants in the area. When I return, I will definitely stay here. It was like a home away from home!

Great Rental!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this rental! Our 5 year old enjoyed the pool, my husband and I appreciated the ease of load-in and out as well as the cleanliness of this place! The owner was very knowledgeable and gave great restaurant recommendations. We loved our time here and can't wait to come back!

Cozy, Clean, Comfortable

Condo is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Has everything you made need. Location is great being away from the crowds and only minutes to local restaurants and beaches. Would recommend adding more cable channels, other than that very pleased, Thanks Cathy.

The condo was very clean, and decorated nicely. It is easy to get from the condo to areas for sightseeing, and convenient to needed shopping such as grocery stores and pharmacies. There was some confusion with VRBO about the dates we booked, but the owner Cathy was very helpful and got things straightened out.

Nicely equipped Townhouse

This unit was very clean, nicely updated, and very well equipped for our stay on St. Simons Island. There were many nice touches throughout and starter products that were very helpful. This unit has a nice new kitchen and a very private back deck. I have stayed in other units in this complex for our yearly school trip to the island and this one is, by far, the quietest as it is in the back of the complex. The owner was very thoughtful and easy to work with and I would highly recommend this unit to friends.

I am a native Georgian and have owned our place on St. Simons for 31 years. 3 generations of our family have enjoyed this gorgeous island and I hope to retire there in the near future.
I also love to travel and have been all over the the Far East to the Middle East to Europe and throughout the USA and Canada. Having rented many apartments overseas, I feel like I know and appreciate what other travelers desire (like decent sized kitchens and bathrooms :)
I'll be happy to assist you with any plans for your Island getaway and can let you know where the locals eat and fun places off the beaten path.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I bought this townhome as a single person and loved it as a getaway from fast paced Atlanta. Then, I had children and loved it as a second home - a place for them to have idyllic summers. Now, I'm semi-retired and love it even more. Each period has been the best!

I like the fact that the unit is a 2 story townhome. No on is above or below you so it is very quiet. It is more spacious than apartment style condos and has 2 private parking spaces so there is no wandering through a parking lot looking for your car.
Also, we are located near the only road to the mainland so it is very convenient to shopping, medical facilities and I-95.
