Vivienda de lujo de nueva construcción con vistas impresionantes

Este alojamiento de lujo fue diseñado para dar cabida a las comodidades de nuestros huéspedes. Las cuatro unidades de dormitorio individuales permiten a cada pareja o individuo viajar cómodamente con su familia o amigos, manteniendo un sentido de privacidad.

La gran zona común tiene un estado de la sala técnica de cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Tres grandes puertas plegables se abren para dejar afuera hacia adentro y crear un traspaso sin problemas a la barbacoa y la piscina.

Hay cinco baños completos en la propiedad, una en cada dormitorio y otro en el salón principal.
Además hay cuatro duchas al aire libre, una en cada uno de los dormitorios principales, uno en el salón principal y uno en la parte superior de la gran entrada, junto con un lavado de los pies para los pies de arena de playa.

Hay dos master suites, y una jr. satisfacer cada uno tiene una cama doble, el cuarto dormitorio es un dormitorio con cama hecha a la medida sobre el matrimonio y total sobre literas completas.

En el gran vestíbulo una escalera de caracol conduce a una planta de observación al aire libre donde se tiene una vista sin obstáculos de la playa de Zoni a St. Thomas, Tortola y más allá!

We had a great time at this house.The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a big group dinner. Views are stunning and rooms are very comfortable.

A really nice house - but not the A++ level matching the pricing

We love Culebra, and this looked like a nice location and a truly first class property in the listing. Happily, we know the island and had reverse engineered the house location off Google earth before we arrived because we never really got directions after arrival (despite trying). I am glad we had already figured it out within a half block. There is no hot tub. So ignore that a hot tub was included in the listings. The fridge had no working freezer. We had to use an ancient floor freezer that happily was working. There was no ice maker at all. So - pretty ok kitchen, but not the A+ level stainless cooking and appliance experience that is in the pictures and that we expected. The property is kind of like four separate cabanas with a central kitchen/LR and collective pool and deck. There are no keys to any of the locks in the entire house and no key code system. That meant the entire house was open and we had to trust no one would break in. This would have been nice to know. There also were multiple sliding doors and windows without working locks. This meant my teenage daughter was very uncomfortable in her cabana and felt unsafe. In the end, nothing happened but kind of surprising for a super expensive resort location that looked A+++ level in its sales pitch and that included no prior notice. Overall, a nice property but way too expensive and kind of a let down.

Exceptional Property

Culebra has few properties that can comfortably accommodate six adults and five children, but Jennifer's property does exactly that. Spacious, built of quality materials, well designed, the house allows privacy and quiet spaces, but promotes community in the kitchen/great room. We were disappointed that there was no wifi or satellite TV, but the island's natural beauty makes those elements of civilization seem less important. The close access to Zoni is a real plus as well.

Wonderful

Wonderful. Secluded and walking distance to Zoni Beach. Great views every AM. Jennifer is fantastic. She responded very quickly to every need and when a pump went out went to San Juan to fix the issue even over New year's. The place is as pictured in the website. Stay here to get off the grid for a bit. BBQ on the pool deck and fully equipped kitchen was very nice. Would stay again and have already recommended this beautiful house.

Amazing luxury property with an awesome host!!

As soon as we landed the owner Jason was waiting to collect us from the airport great attitude very nice fellow indeed. When we arrived at the property it was way above what we expected.. it was really lovely, clean with a touch of class.. you can see the care and time these owners put into the property in order for their guests to enjoy! I can only say that this is a slice of heaven !! Worth every penny. We shall return next year.. thank you for a fantastic stay!!

Beautiful house but the owner was breathing down our necks

The house and pool were gorgeous, and very expensive. We had everything we needed except internet and phone service which was ok but Jason, who hung around like a bad smell, couldn't answer any of our questions about the island. Paradise

A group of us were in need of escaping to an island paradise. I had been told that Culebra was the perfect spot, so after a long search we came across this amazing property. From the moment we landed on the island, Jason was there to make sure we got everything sorted and brought us to his place. He went above and beyond and made sure we were comfortable. This place has amazing views, great private rooms, amazing outdoor showers. All in all it was the perfect spot for a nice long get away. Thanks again for everything Jason and Jennifer!

Perfect vacation home

We just returned from a week stay at this property. We've rented several great properties near Zoni Beach over the past 10 years, but this is definitely our favorite. The home is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The property is quiet and private, with amazing views. Zoni Beach is just a short walk away. The owner, Jason, met us at the airport and took us out to the house to get settled. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit. We look forward to future stays!

SSSHHHH!

So we had a hard time making ourselves write a review, because we really want to keep this secret paradise all to ourselves. After all- if I let it be known how terrific this place is it will be booked all the time, right? We have been coming to Culebra for 20 years and it is still a hidden little gem. Our last visit included a stay at this beautiful home. Our trip was very last minute and Jennifer and Jason went out of their way, not only to make it possible, but make it great. Jason flew down to meet us and ready the house. This is by far the most beautiful home on the island. It is new and clean and has high-end finishes. It catches a breeze and the view of the Caribbean is fantastic. We are already booked for another visit. If you like a low-key low-tourist beach vacation this is your destination. Thank you Jason and Jennifer for making our favorite vacation spot in the world even better with this luxury accommodation offering as well as your very welcoming hospitality!

AMAZING!

Sergio, from Air Margarita, flew us over to Culebra on a beautiful sunny day. It was so nice to be met by Jason, the owner of the house, at the airport! We carried our bags outside and he walked across the street to get Michelle, at Jerry's Jeep, and we signed for our jeep rental. We followed Jason into town to pick up some groceries at Milkas, and received a warm welcome from the owner, Hector. Back through town and out over the hills we drove to the house. WOW!! The house is beautiful, the view is stunning, the breeze felt wonderful, and we settled into our home for a week. Jason even provided a Christmas tree, with lights!! The house and property are very well taken care of! A kitchen with professional appliances and clean linens and plenty of towels.The main house has the common area - kitchen, dining room, living room in an open floor plan. You walk across the limestone patio, past the pool to get to a master bedroom suite in a seperate building, our older children had roomy bedrooms on the other side of the main house. 5 minutes down the road is Zoni Beach where we walked each morning at sunrise and swam there late in the afternoon before dinner. Beautiful! We went snorkeling everyday, rode bikes and kayaked to an island. We enjoyed dinner at Susie's, El Edon and Mamacitas. Jason was kind and attentive, he provided great guidance and was endlessly patient. Culebra is a quiet place and everything we hoped it would be...scenic beauty, lots of opportunities to be active, good food if you go out, wonderfully comfortable around the table at the house, or with feet dangling in the pool. The sunshine and breeze all day, the stars at night! We could not have found a better place to bring our family together for a week at Christmas!

Best Vacation EVER!

Culebra is so great and such a good alternative to Caribbean resorts where everyone else goes. It is really charming without trying to be. It really doesn't feel touristy. And so beautiful! The property is on the other side of the island from the town and most of the houses in the area are usually unoccupied so you really feel like you are in your own private paradise. But if you want to make the short drive to town in your rented Jeep or golf cart, that is fun. We saw iguanas and wild chickens and had a nice dinner at Susie's Restaurant. Zoni Beach is a 5 minute walk from the house and I couldn't believe how few people were there at any given time. We visited Flamenco Beach, which is rated as one of the top beaches in the world. I honestly liked Zoni better however, because it is just as pretty without all the people. Also, it is a hatching ground for giant leatherback sea turtles! The house is perfect. The view is Friggin' Amazing! When you walk up to it you see the tower above you and it looks really impressive. You can see the blue sea and St. Thomas from the deck, but when I walked up the stairs to the tower I got a 360 degree view that just made me just want to spend the rest of the evening with a bottle of Cabernet, gaping at the vistas- which I did! Family members visited me throughout the night (and the week) up in my "perch" :) We came with my brother's family and my cousin's family and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was so good to catch up in a stress-free way over the leisurely days. Between the pool and the beach and the big common room the kids were happy the whole time. It was the perfect tropical vacation. I almost forgot I have a job.

Vastly Exceeded High Expectations

Having read the prior reviews, and stayed at many nice vacation homes, I had high expecations for this home... they were exceeded. We were a party of 10, 5 adults and 5 kids, and the house fit perfectly. The layout is spectacular, it is clear that Jennifer and Jason put a lot of thought and care into the design and construction of this home. It is beautiful, but not the most beautiful part, that is the views, the views are the type you can sit and enjoy day after day and never tire. From a top the hill you have spectacular blues of teh water at Culebrita and great vistas of St. Thomas and the surrounding islands. Zoni beach is a short walk (walkable with young kids) or a 2 min drive, which is a great secluded beach. Highly recommend the house, I'd venture to say it is one of the best on the island.

I have rented many homes before in exotic locations and this one rates as one of the best. The house and owners jennifer and jason were great, even before we arrived. Jason was very helpful in making suggestions regarding activities and arranging off island trips. The house in wonderful, on a hill overlooking the Caribbean sea and the view was great, especially from the wonderful swimming pool. The house is new and was very clean and fully stocked, with all you need. Zoni beach was only steps away and we visited it every day. The island is great, the house is great, th eowners are great, the weather was great, the food was great. sound like we had a great time? We did. We hope to return. I wholeheartedly endorse this house. One tip, have jason arrange for the short private trip to Culebritta, a small island a few miles off shore with the magical bay and beach

Saving a vacation and making great friends

First of all the owners of this property are the Appitomy of trustworthy!!! Our vacation was ruined do to a different home owner lying about his property and its condition my family was crying because we rented a cockroach infested house and we spent 9000 on its so its not a case of getting what u pay for. We contacted Jennifer on Saturday at noon asked if her property was available she said yes but no one was down hear to open the house because her husband and herself are the only ones that do it. Trust me with this quality I can see why. After telling Jennifer our situation she informed me Jason would be on the next flight from Massachusetts and would land at 7 am if we could pick him up. Well we had our doubts but at 657 am our angel touched down and we were on our way to what can only be described as paradise!!! I travel twice a year with realy no budget I have the highest standards possible and trust me those standards have been surpassed ten fold the pictures are 100% accurate and do the property no justice! Jason went out of his way to make us feel comfortable in our new home and this amazing island! For a family vacation that at the same time feels like a romantic getaway this is the place.privacy when you want it also amazing gathering places this is it! Superb place to stay!

I cannot say enough about how absolutely beautiful this property is. The views, the pool and the BEDS are amazing. Not to mention it is on one of the true jewels of the Caribbean! Just a few minutes from Zoni Beach and with stunning views of St Thomas and Culibrita. The stars at not are out of this world. Enjoyed ever minute of our stay here and you will too! You really could not ask for more in a luxury get away. You may never even want to leave the property!
