Esta nueva casa moderna se encuentra en lo alto de las colinas de Culebra que rodean la hermosa Ensenada Honda. Esta joya está a pocos minutos de la playa Flamenco y del pueblo de Dewey. Cada habitación de esta casa ha sido diseñada y decorada profesionalmente para ofrecer la experiencia de alquiler más sorprendente en Culebra.

Hay tres unidades independientes dentro de esta casa, todas las cuales se pueden alquilar como una unidad o de forma independiente de acuerdo con el número de invitados. La casa principal tiene tres dormitorios y 2. 5 baños con capacidad para 7 personas.

Studio # 1 es una unidad de bloqueo conectada a la casa principal. Cuenta con cocina y baño totalmente equipados y tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Studio # 1 tiene acceso directo al área de la piscina.

Studio # 2 es una unidad independiente con capacidad para 6 personas. Cuenta con zona de cocina totalmente equipada y baño. Se incluye una parrilla de barbacoa en el área de la piscina y también en el área exterior del estudio # 2.

La casa está ubicada en el sector de La Romana, a solo cinco minutos en automóvil de Dewey, la única ciudad de Culebra (terminal de ferry), el aeropuerto y los restaurantes. La mundialmente conocida playa Flamenco está a solo unos minutos, al igual que todas las majestuosas playas de Culebra.

Hay dos compañías de alquiler de autos en Culebra donde los huéspedes pueden alquilar un Jeep, una mini van o un carrito de golf para moverse y explorar esta increíble isla. Ambas compañías están ubicadas en el aeropuerto, pero recogerán a los huéspedes en la terminal del ferry.

Los taxis están por toda la isla y lo llevarán a la mayoría de las playas.

Hay dos supermercados en Culebra donde puedes encontrar casi todo lo que hay. Milkas y la Costa del Sol están ubicadas en el centro de la ciudad, a unos minutos de distancia entre sí, si necesita hacer una carrera hacia cualquiera de ellas.

Rafael is fantastically responsive and helpful and his property is beautiful. We had rented the house for a two-family vacation to celebrate my and my fiancé’s engagement. It was a phenomenal time due in no small part to this wonderful home. We have been coming to Culebra for more than 30 years and will hope to rent from Rafael for future visits. I would very highly recommend to anyone staying on the island!

Great house! Beautiful view of the bay from the patio. Pool was great. Everything listed was available. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc., for cooking. Easy drives to town and beaches.

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa del Alba.The house is stunning and was exactly as described. The weather didn’t allow for as much beach time as we had anticipated, but the house made up for it. It has a super comfortable sitting area but still felt outside due to all the glass sliders.Rafael was super attentive to any of our questions.It is in walking distance to Blacflamingo a great coffee shop, D’s for fresh vegetables and the new liquor store which had everything.If we visit Culebra again we would definitely stay here.

Beautiful home for our large family of 13. Looks better in person. Two separate living quarters from the main house each with its own kitchenette. Central location easy to get to from town, airport, short drive to beaches & ferry. AC in every room was critical. Probably the best rental in Culebra.

Perfect getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 14. The stairs were a little tricky for our 2 and 5 year old, but nothing a little supervision won’t fix. It’s decorated beautifully and has everything you may need. The pool was perfect. You’ll see many animals around the house but they’re harmless.

Best rental ever!

I can confidently say that this is one of the most amazing properties that we've ever stayed in. This house had everything that one could need right from kitchen to pool accessories, just everything. Raf was constantly in touch with us and helped us with everything. The house views are breath taking! I am so glad we got a chance to stay at this amazing house!

One of the best ever!

Our stay in Culebra was simply outstanding. This is a modern, beautifully appointed, and very well located property. It has a very welcoming common area where it’s easy to relax and have a couple of “Medallas” with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The pool area is beautiful and very conducive to lounging and just plain relaxing. In the first level of the house there is a huge room (affectionally called “the bunker” by the owners) which is essentially a wonderful apartment of its own. The property manager, Mr. Rafael Rachid, could not have been more responsive and helpful. Definitively a place to visit again!

Beautiful views in Beautiful Culebra

We had an amazing stay at Villa del Alba. We had a girls trip group of 9 women to celebrate my sister getting married in May! We had never spent any time in Culebra and Rafa's place was the perfect spot for our first time. Very centrally located and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go! Very safe and felt comfortable. Check in process was simple and smooth and Rafa was quick to answer any questions we had. THE VIEWS are incredible so beautiful being high up and watching sunrise and sunset. Loved watching the boats come in an out while sitting in the pool. House was very clean with every appliance/accessory you need. Nice beach towels, beach chairs, speakers, coolers you name it! We rented the main house along with Studio apartment 1 (which is a great layout!) and it was perfect for our group. Town is a 5 minute drive (if that!) and is adorable. We were lucky enough to get to visit Culebrita which I would recommend to anyone that visits along with Zoni Beach. Thank you again and we are already trying to plan a trip back - one for the books and Rafa's house was PERFECT!

Beautiful house and pool in a perfect location close to town. The house and kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Amazing sunsets every night by the pool. Our group of 11 had an amazing trip and would love to stay here again!

Sewage overflow

It was pretty hard to enjoy our trip for combatting the totilets that was just start over flowing with raw sewage or to only being able to access 1/3 of the house after paying for the entire house

First of all, this was a group of young people in their low 20’s which knowingly reserved and paid for 6 guests for the main house only. The listing description is clear with regards to the spaces provided and the number of guests but we explained to them what areas would be available for the amount paid prior to booking. Their stay was uneventful for the first 3 nights but on their last night before departure there was an unfortunate situation with a clogged toilet which overflowed and we immediately responded to their call until the situation normalized. Trevor contacted VRBO to claim a full refund for the entire stay which VRBO rightfully denied. He never contacted us directly about a refund, we would have refunded for the last night as could be expected.
