Experience not good at all. Great house but the bedding was terrible. Had to go and buy our own.

The house is in a good location and it's nicely designed and done inside. The space was good, the pool was great, wifi worked perfectly and the owner was very welcoming and cooperative. The bedding was the exact opposite. Lots of stains. One bed broken and fixed following day. The owner tried to address the situation by bringing someone to clean but nothing could change much as the bedding was the same quality. We ended up going shopping and buying complete bedding for all beds. That cost us more in buying and luggage flying back. If all bedding could be changed and the upkeep improved, this would still be a good place to stay.

Warmer for Thanksgiving

Just came back from Vegas to South Jordan, Utah. And it was perfect weather over there. The house was great! Though the weather was not warm enough to use the pool, some of my grandchildren jumped in. Our stay was everything I wanted it to be. The only thing I could say I did not like about the house is that the lights were almost useless. If I turned on a light it would almost And if that's the worst thing I can say about the house, I consider it a darn good place to stay!

Wonderful!

Was very satisfied with the property. It was very clean, well equipped kitchen, beautiful appliances, easy access to the strip (only a $10. Uber trip), nice and quiet neighbourhood, spacious, amenities close by.....Was pleasantly surprised that there was Wi Fi as it wasn't expected based on the description. There was a nice supply of essentials such as bathroom and kitchen supplies ie., soap and lots of towels! The pool was beautiful and well used. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative comment would be that the BBQ while functional, is due for an upgrade. Overall, very satisfied! One of the nicer properties we have stayed at.

The property was amazing!

The stay was amazing! The owner was amazing and he even had cake and drinks waiting on me and my guest upon arrival for my birthday!! The property had everything that we needed and was clean! I recommend this property to anyone traveling to Vegas!! Awesome stay!

Excellent Owner, location and hoiday house

Owner was very hands on in making sure we were well catered for and that everything was up to scratch prior to our arrival. He even bought a crib for my newborn, he really went out of his way to ensure our trip went along smoothly which it did to a tee. Thanks again and see you next year.

GREAT MINI VACATION

The listing was perfect, good location, very easy to get to the Strip, grocery stores (Smiths, Walmart & Sam's) easy to find. The layout of the home was great, enough beds and room to meet together and have lots of fun, very modern Kitchen with two large eating areas. Pool was nice and lots of sitting area to spend time with the family. The neighborhood was nice and easy to find. Property was very clean. And well equipped for our needs. The owner was very helpful with getting with us prior to arriving and making sure everything was ready and easy to get into the home. Definitely recommending this property to friend & family, and we are talking already about returning to the same location on the next visit if available. I would recommend this for everyone and all ages, the only concern was we had a 1 year old very active little one with us and all the floors are tile or wood. But she made it fine with no incidents, so all was well. We really enjoyed this listing and give a big THANKS to Arthur for making our MINI VACATION AWESOME!!!

Nice house but….

The house and the overall experience was nice. The only problem that we had was the bad sheets. The sheets did not look washed and had stains. The house is nice and very modern, the owner was available for any questions. Like I mentioned, a little more attention on the beds and we had everything perfect.

Amazing home and hospitality!

We came in from an intense hike in Arizona, the owner was very responsive. There was never a moment of doubt, we arrived and the house looks exactly as advertised. Everything was well kept and modern. We didn't find propane in the grill but it was no big deal, we went to the local Walmart for some. Any question we had, we had an open flow of communication. What struck me the most was the amazing hospitality. Someone in our group forgot a pair of jeans in the home and most of us had already flown back out to New York. A couple of us stayed behind on the strip and the owner took time out of his day to drive the jeans to us. I wouldn't expect it, comes to show there are still people who care. I personally stayed in the room downstairs, which we appreciated in a big group. There was more privacy. We had rented two vans, the driveway was big enough for both. The kitchen was fully loaded, never mind pots and plates, there was spices and snacks, not to mention the 6 pack the owner left us as a welcome gift. Overall great experience.

Awesome Stay

This house was perfect! And close to the strip. Myself and 6 other girls really enjoyed the house. Really cute decor and quite neighborhoo. Art made checking in and out the house very simple. Thanks Art! I will definitely be back again!
