Un estudio de arriba están bien equipadas con una cama king size, baño completo con ducha y tina de baño, un bar con una mini-nevera y microondas y un balcón privado con vistas a la piscina comunitaria. No busque más, si usted está buscando un gran valor a su próxima estancia en La Quinta. El balcón privado con vistas a la piscina comunitaria con vistas a las montañas de Santa Rosa, al sur. Parrillas de gas de la comunidad, jardín hamaca, casa club y gimnasio también están a un corto paseo. La Quinta Resort está a sólo 10 minutos a pie si tienes que asistir a una conferencia o en busca de una noche en uno de sus restaurantes. La unidad se puede combinar con LV105 para crear una lujosa villa de dos dormitorios.

El chalet está situado en el Legacy Villas en La Quinta. Legacy Villas es una comunidad de 280 condominios resort y complejos. La comunidad se encuentra en una cala de la montaña en el lado occidental de La Quinta con vistas a la Santa Rosa y montañas de chocolate en toda la propiedad. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great place !

Comfortable King bed … spacious suite. Just needs one thing . Freezer in the fridge or some type of ice bucket/ cooler . Found the ice maker in the clubhouse but a grocery bag was not a convenient option to store ice … we managed to enjoy our Bombay gin & tonic on the lanai eventually ! 😎🍹🍹👍

I loved the studio, grounds, and location! Also loved the flexibility with the dates. The only 3 things that could be better:1. Needs new bed linens and PILLOWS. Pillows are pretty old (Felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls.)2. I felt a bit unsafe with the Lock-off door to the adjoining unit. Would be nice if I could lock my side manually, but unsure about safety regulations. 3. Bathroom door doesn't have a working lock. Kinda goes along with not feeling super safe because of the lock-off door. Otherwise, I'd absolutely stay there again! Thank you for your delightful hospitality!

These doors are securely locked from both sides and are commonly used in resort-style layouts to offer flexible rental options. Rest assured, there’s no way for anyone in the adjoining unit to access your space. That said, we also manage over 75 units in the area, including fully private options that do not share a wall or have any adjoining doors—if that's your preference next time, we’d be happy to help you find a more secluded fit. Pros: The unit was perfectly located above a quiet lap pool which didn’t get the activity/traffic of the large pool. It had a furniture face lift since the online listing which was great. Check in was easy and requesting late check out was also simple. The property was impeccable and beautiful. Minor Cons: The bed was a bit lumpy, the bathroom a bit worn and walls a bit dirty. Also, not being able to bro g A/C below 73 wasn’t great for us. But overall a great experience!

Disappointed

I have stayed at The Legacy four times and this unit certainly was not up to the quality of the other units. Mattress didn’t fit the bed frame, rug outside was unravelling and outside table had cracks. There was no light bulb over the door when I arrived at night and it was hard to see the key pad. Bath towels were worn out. Shower was just a weird spray and water was not hot. Just wasn’t a quality unit for the price.

The housekeeping was satisfactory (ie. attention to less obvious ares like vacuuming under desk and in bathroom drawers would have been needed). Although the furniture looks newer, the unit itself needs a facelift (ie. paint, refinish worn cabinets etc). Also, it is a bit peculiar that the temperature in the room as well as the refrigerator are controlled/limited. For the price paid overall, this isn’t necessarily a complaint, more a perspective that the unit doesn’t do justice to the quality of the larger lovely property overall.

Location and property is great!

Room is small and you are not supposed to run the AC lower than 73! If that was written in the property details I would not have rented the room. Didn't sleep well due to it being too hot so we left a day early.

Perfect desert getaway

I stayed in the suite while visiting my daughter and her family. It was perfect for me: light and airy with everything I needed. I asked for extra blankets and for the fireplace to be lighted, and the owners were responsive and pleasant. I'd stay here again for sure.
