Remodeled condo on PGA West's Stadium Golf Course
The PGA Resort located in the heart of the Coachella Valley 2 bedroom/2 bath on the 12th hole of the Stadium Course. Great fairway from the patio. Remodel includes new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, custom lighting, granite countertops throughout plus new Alpine Snow colored laminate wood flooring and new tile flooring in the bathrooms. Very tastefully decorated with custom wood encased mirrors running the length of the living room plus New Decor/furnishings
The condo is a single story unit approximately 1330 square feet with an east facing patio off of the living room overlooking the tee box and a private courtyard off the kitchen with gas BBQ.
PGA WEST is a private 24 hour guard gated community with 6 golf courses (3 public) and 2 public clubhouses with pro shops and great dining. Also the Silver Rock Golf course is right next door!
Our unit has everything you will need for a great vacation complete with flatscreen TVs, DVD player and a DVD collection. A heated community pool with spa is just steps away.
The unit sleeps 6 (King bed, Queen bed and pull out sofa)
The Coachella Valley is a great family vacation destination and in addition to golf and tennis the area features world class dining, excellent shopping along El Paseo, (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), for both shopping, restaurants and works of art, 5 star spas, local zoo, casinos, entertainment and more!! Also just minutes from the world famous Coachella Music Festival, Stage Coach Festival (country stars) and Desert Trip Festival featuring Paul McCartney , The Rolling Stones, The Who, Bob Dylan and more

Owning several rentals throughout their life time, Fred and Chris enjoy making their home somewhere people will enjoy to stay, whether thats for a week or over a month. Invested, and time committed they will answer to all your rental needs.

Golfing all of their life, Brothers, Fred and Chris have wanted to enjoy more time to golf in the winter but due to the weather where they lived, Washington State, they were unable to play in the cold conditions. Finding a condo on a course was something they have always dreamed of since they were kids, and now their dreams are finally coming true.
