El ático abierto impresiona por sus acogedoras y modernas instalaciones.
La sala de estar tiene un sofá de cuero, un sillón de relajación y una pantalla plana con DVD, al igual que el comedor con capacidad para 2 personas en la sala de estar, desde donde se puede disfrutar de la vista de las montañas. El área para dormir está delimitada por un armario empotrado y una cómoda, hay una cama doble con un tamaño de 180 * 200 cm hecha de madera moderna: la vista de las montañas también es posible desde allí.
La moderna cocina de campo tiene un horno con vitrocerámica, microondas, lavavajillas, frigorífico con congelador, cafetera de filtro y un café Jura (grano) totalmente automático. La cocina está totalmente equipada y equipada.
El baño tiene una gran ducha a ras de suelo y está equipado con un inodoro y un área de lavado.
El balcón profundo y protegido ofrece tiempo para desconectarse.

A real gem!!

In all our years of renting from VRBO, this is probably the best place we have ever stayed! Extremely top end and up to date property. Frau Ridel is fantastic!! Great location to enjoy Garmisch. Highly recommend!!

Great apartment

This was a really lovely apartment and exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It was recently renovated and is modern with all the amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and pans you'll need as well as a high end coffee and espresso machine. The bathroom has a beautiful glass enclosed shower with funky LED lighting. She has also provided plenty of plush towels, bathrobes and flip flops. The bedroom has plenty of storage and beds are comfortable with cozy linens. Even the pull out sofa in the living area is comfortable to sleep on (not typical). I'm not sure if there is a German equivalent of Martha Stewart is- but I think Daniela might be it. There are thoughtful details everywhere and it was tastefully renovated and decorated. The view from most windows was also grand- especially the skylights in each room. I would highly recommend this unit and we had a great vacation here. - A happy renter from Boston, MA

Spa Quality

We spent 4 nights at this apartment and, wow, were we impressed. Daniela thought of everything! It's a very modern, clean, and well-equipped apartment. (The photos were accurate!) Perfect for two people and a perfect location for sightseeing in Bavaria. Daniela's mom met us and explained how everything worked. She was so friendly and helpful. Special amenities were provided such as a bowl of fruit, champagne, chocolates on our pillows, and a vase of peonies. We had a safe place to park our car and great views of the surrounding mountains. Garmish was a mere 10 minute walk. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking with grocery stores nearby. We especially liked the Jura coffee machine. After a day of touring, we'd come 'home' to a fresh cup of coffee. How wonderful is that? The bathroom is spacious with a huge shower. Just can't say enough good things about this place AND it's very reasonable priced. A superlative place in every way.

Sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung mit der wohl besten Ausstattung die ich bis jetzt in einer Ferienwohnung haben durfte. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist vor allem bei guten Sichtverhältnissen wunderschön, das Bett sehr bequem und die Wohnung allgemein sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und man ist nach ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg im Ort. Frau Riedel hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet :)

Superschöne Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Die Wohnung ist genauso schön, wie man auf den Bildern des Inserates sehen kann. Die Ausstattung ist top - es fehlt an nichts. Selbst Seife, Waschlappen, ausreichend Handtücher und Geschirrspültabs werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Putzutensilien und Staubsauger sind vorhanden, falls man doch mal selber eine kurze Zwischenreinigung vornehmen muss. Der Esstisch ist groß genug um daran zu essen oder zu spielen. Informationsmaterial rund um Garmisch-Partenkirchen inspiriert zu Unternehmungen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es an einigen Tagen sehr warm draußen. Natürlich merkt man dies im Dachgeschoss, aber mit dem vorhandenen Standventilator kann man ein wenig Abhilfe schaffen. Am Morgen sowie nachmittags und abends kann man es sich auf dem Balkon gemütlich machen und die Gleitschirmflieger über den Bergen beobachten.Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich auch sehr als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge z.B. an den Kochelsee, Walchensee, Benediktbeuern, Ettal u.v.m.Der Kontakt zu Frau Riedel war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich/herzlich.Wir haben uns in den 10 Tagen pudelwohl gefühlt.Wir werden die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen!

Eine tolle Wohnung in der nichts fehlt. Super Lage, da man direkt im Ort ist und zu den Bergen/Liften in Garmisch ist es auch nicht weit. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung stand. Kleine Afmerksamkeiten runden das positive Bild ab. Also ein traumhafter Aufenthalt von Beginn an. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen 😃

Wohnung war einfach nur super. Sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, von einer Ersatzzahnbürste bis zum Rucksack sowie Einkaufskörbchen und Wanderstöcken. Egal was gefehlt hat, es war alles da. Frau Riedel hat uns die Wohnung übergeben, alles erklärt und sich zwischendurch gemeldet ob alles ok ist. Check out hat auch wunderbar geklappt. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Balkon

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Frau Riedel empfangen. Die Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen. Es fehlt nichts. Mit viel Liebe ist dieses Feriendomizil für seine Gäste vorbereitet. Die Wohnung strahlt eine Gemütlichkeit und himmlische Ruhe aus. Und dann der Blick auf die Zugspitze. (.....wenn keine Wolken sind ) Grandios. Gelegen in einer sehr hübschen Wohngegend, fussläufig zum Zentrum. Für uns war es ein ganz toller Urlaub, man freute sich nach den Ausflügen immer auf's Heimkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts und man fühlte sich gleich wie Zuhause. Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Liebe Frau Riedel, wir kommen wieder!

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung macht den Urlaub doppelt schön !

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung , welche keine Wünsche offen lässt. Schon beim Betreten empfängt einem ein wunderbarer Duft. Für Erfrischung wurde gesorgt. Betritt man den Balkon ist man überwältig von einem tollen Ausblick. aber auch im Bad genießt man diesen Ausblick. Dieses wiederum wurde mit allen Bedarfsartikeln ausgestattet. Gleich nebenan die Küche , mit genau diesem tollen Ausblick, sämtlichen Geräten und ebenfalls mit Lebensmitteln befüllt. Diese tolle Wohnung verwöhnte uns mit einem sehr hohen Standard. Danke an eine nette und freundliche Vermieterin. Danke Frau Riedel Wir sehen uns wieder !

Enjoyable stay in GAPA

The property is a spacious apartment for two with wonderful views of the Alps from the balcony. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom of a high quality. The apartment was well stocked with a welcome pack and the essentials which can easily be forgotten and which make a self-catering holiday so much easier. Parking is clearly marked.The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The town centre is a pleasant walk across the fields. There is plenty to do within Garmisch Partenkirchen for various levels of activity. Thoroughly recommended as a holiday destination, and the apartment is the best we have stayed in during our holidays in Europe.

Sehr gemütliches Appartement, geschmackvoll mit vielen liebevollen Details geschmückt. Selten haben wir eine solch famos und hochwertig ausgestatte Ferienwohnung gesehen. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und wir staunten jedes Mal beim Aufziehen diverser Schubladen und Schranktüren, was sich so alles dahinter verbarg. Leider holperte das Wlan des öfteren. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unsere wertvollen Urlaubstage im "Zugspitzblick" sehr genossen.

Great views & very well equipped rental apartment

We stayed here for 6 nights. The apartment is modern, spacious, and clean. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The hosts were very friendly and nice to work with. There is a washer and dryer for use in the basement for an additional small fee. It is conveniently located to nearby towns and hiking trails. Spectacular views of the hills/ mountains in every direction. There is a parking place on the property if you have a car. We really enjoyed enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Amazing!!

We had a wonderful stay. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at while traveling! The flat is beautiful, extremely clean and over the top comfortable in every way! Ann met us when we arrived to show us the home , she explained how things worked in the flat ... Lights, built in stereo system, cappuccino machine ..she even gave us a ride to the grocery store! While we drove into town she showed us the walking path through the park so we would be able to find our way back! The flat has every thing you can even imagine that you might want and then some! We not only had a cheerful welcome from Ann but a bowl of fruit, beer and wine were also waiting for us! I loved that the flat was stocked with condiments, coffee, tea, dish soap, garbage bags, re-usable grocery bags, tin foil etc.. The bath had extra toilet paper, Q-tips, soap, lotion, make up wipes , shampoo , conditioner.... Etc... It was so nice to have these little things left in the home so we did not have to buy all those little extras... We ran out of coffee beans so we took the opportunity to fill the canister for the next guests! We really can't say enough wonderful things about the flat and the owners ! Any questions we had were answered quickly by e mail, phone or in person! Thanks again! Tena and Scott ( from Utah)

Große, schöne, saubere, mit Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtetes, voll ausgestattetes Appartement

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alleswas man benötigen könnte ist vorhanden. Kaffeeautomat, foundue-zubehör, und vieles weiteres Küchenzubehör ist auch da. Restaurants und die Innenstadt von Garmisch sind fußläufig( ca. 12 Minuten) zu erreichen. Die Vermieter ist sehr nett und ihr liegt viel daran, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Dies merkt man auch an der schönen u des sauberen Einrichtung der Wohnung. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Garmisch. Bei guten Wetter empfiehlt sich eine Besuch der Zugspitze. Die neue Seilbahn ist sehr schön und mit dem Auto innerhalb 20 min zu erreichen.
