The layout worked out perfectly for our family having two levels and two living areas and two expansive decks. The whole house was so well equipped and the kitchen had absolutely everything to enable you to prepare whatever meal took your fancy. Would definitely stay again.

Very relaxing, perfect views, and everything we needed was provided. But didn't have a dishwasher for entire stay!

Great property with a couple of simple things peventing 5 stars

We really enjoyed ou weekend at this property, was well set up and generally well fitted out. Great relaxing envionment with extras like board games that the kids really enjoyed. However the owners it seems where being very generous in many areas (Cutlery, kitchen items) were really stingey with a couple of really silly things - the one roll of toilet paper, the no paper towel, the one set of keys for a 4 bed property (with no key lock either. It seems they are trying to save money on a few small things that really make it inconvenient when you stay. Otherwise as mentioned it was great. Really nice outlook - sitting on the balcony with the beach view and kookaburras was awesome. Thanks again for having us.

Just a few things for future guests. There are no plugs for the kitchen sink and laundry tub. Would be great also to have two keys for the house as it will usually have two families staying. Always our favourite destination. A pity there were no fish to catch!

Great bathrooms and kitchen also. One small suggestion is to have an extra fridge for drinks as the main fridge is quite small for a big group of people.

Lovely property

Beach Bouys is a lovely property situated in a very convenient position with excellent views. The house is very user friendly with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and some nice touches that make your stay very comfortable. Despite a few communication hiccups our stay was a close 9 out 10. Highly recommend this property.

Great family holiday

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved our stay at Beach Buoys and would book again.Negatives - We were disappointed with our arrival day, waiting over 30 minutes after the entry time (2pm) to the property as the cleaners were still there. The floors were still quite dirty with sand under beds and while the tall ceilings were great, there were cobwebs everywhere up high. The screens fell out of windows and one of the doors on a few occasions and could be seen as quite unsafe.Positives - the views were fantastic (the whales were non-stop), great location, the property was very well appointed with a fabulously stocked kitchen and the bathrooms were modern. Loved Straddie and we will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely week in this home despite the rain. It was pet friendly and very comfortable. Had nearly everything we needed.A few suggestions though - there was no heating other than a fireplace on the top floor. We had to get the wood and it didn't stay on all the time without attending to it. Downstairs had no heating at all. We had some elderly people with us so was a little uncomfortable for them.Would be nice to also have an outdoor fenced area for pets to stretch their legs.Having said all that we would definitely book it again with all the other pluses considered.

Stunning home, breathtaking views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best home we have stayed at on Minjerribah. We love a beautiful view and this was the most spectacular view of the ocean I think we have ever enjoyed. Hours were spent on the deck when we weren’t at the beach. The home was large and perfect for our family and will see us well into the future as the kids grow into teenage hood. The kitchen was stocked with all the things you could possibly need. An easy drive to all our favourite beaches. Only thing to note is that the floors were quite gritty and sandy to I vacuumed and mopped and they were fine. I’m not sure if the previous holiday era were taking advantage of the awesome outdoor shower to wash the sand off before venturing inside. Also we killed half a dozen medium sized cockroaches in the four days we were there. But....We will be rebooking for sure. Five stars!

Relaxed beach holiday
