Es muy hermoso y tranquilo kayak en el río Swan a finales de verano y principios de otoño. Tenemos dos kayaks que puede lanzar desde nuestra propiedad frente al río. Grandes restaurantes, hermosas caminatas y senderos para bicicletas están menos concurridos para que disfrutes. West Dennis es una excelente ubicación central en el Cabo.

¡Recientemente renovado! Frente al agua, kayaks, paddleboard, cocina nueva, gabinetes blancos, mostradores de granito con vista al agua. El piso abierto se conecta a la habitación familiar. TV de 55 pulgadas, pisos nuevos en todas partes.

Esta casa de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, recientemente renovada al aire libre, Waterfront Cape Cod está situada en el río Swan con vistas espectaculares. Acceda al río Swan y las marismas desde el patio trasero. Está al sur de la Ruta 28. Está a 15 minutos a pie de la playa de South Village y a dos millas de la pintoresca playa de West Dennis. La casa cuenta con terraza, terraza solárium, ducha al aire libre, lavadora y secadora y vistas tranquilas. Justo en el río Swan y a pasos de la puerta trasera, puedes pescar, hacer kayak, cangrejo, tabla de remo, dar un corto paseo a la playa o simplemente sentarte, relajarte y quedarte fascinado por la vista. Disfrute de una gran cantidad de aves costeras desde el patio, porche o cubierta.

Lance nuestros kayaks o pasos de paddleboard desde la puerta de atrás. Bájese hasta la playa de South Village o suba hasta Swan Pond.

La casa está ubicada en una calle tranquila en el río y está convenientemente ubicada cerca de tiendas, playas, senderos para bicicletas de Cape Cod y restaurantes. West Dennis es una buena ubicación central en Cape Cod.

La suite del dormitorio principal con vistas al agua tiene una cama King y un baño principal completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y una cama Twin y el tercer dormitorio tiene una litera completa y dos camas individuales.

Cocina completa y una parrilla en la cubierta trasera con vistas al espectacular río y pantanos.

Después de un día de diversión en Cape Cod, relájese junto a la hoguera, tueste malvaviscos o haga s’mores.

Hay un porche con asientos para disfrutar de su café de la mañana, una bebida fría, jugar uno de nuestros juegos de mesa o relajarse con un libro y admirar las hermosas vistas del río y la vida silvestre.

Great spot for a reunion and to explore the Cape

From morning coffee on the deck, kayaking and s’mores at the fire pit to having a home base to easily explore Hyannis, Harwich and Chatham, this was a great stay!

Family Get Away

Absolutely beautiful setting. Location was perfect for kayaking which my family took total advantage. Corn hole was also provided which led to some exciting family competitions (men vs. women, women won of course). House was comfortable, particularly like screen in porch. Most nights my son built a fire in the fire pit and we also barbequed. Sophie, our dog who accompanied us, also enjoyed her vacation in West Dennis. Location was very convenient, a short car ride away from beach, super market, coffee shop, bakery, etc. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful home with great location for our girls’s weekend- plenty of seating and loved outdoor shower! Owner very prompt responses to our questions and able to walk to local beach. Definitely would want to stay again!

Loved it - Great weekend getaway

Everything was wonderful -- close to beach, close to stores, quiet, kayaks, plenty of room for my wife and I and our two adult children and partner to kick back and relax and enjoy the Cape. Host was great to work with and communicated everything we needed to know and more!

Property was fantastic and as advertised. Despite a not so great beach week, the location of the house and the amenities made it an amazing week. Far and and away the bear house we have ever rented at the Cape.

Great find!

This was a last-minute vacation for us. Kerri (the owner) was very responsive to our questions. The home was just as advertised well equipped and right on the Swan River salt-marsh with easy kayak and paddleboard access. Discovering West Dennis Beach was great – easy parking (with non-resident pass) and short walk to the water. We had a great time.

Absolutely beautiful!

After a very stressful week at home, coming to this home situated right on Swan River was the break from reality that we needed! The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. There was more than enough room for our family of 7 to spread out and not feel crowded. The back deck was our favorite place to have a cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the beautiful view of the Swan River. My youngest had a blast identifying the many types of birds we saw -thanks to the coffee table book with pictures and facts about all of the birds on Cape Cod! My sons brought their fishing poles and nets, and caught more crabs than ever! Thank you for the use of the kayaks and paddle board -what a great addition to our vacation to be able to kayak down the river to the beach. The fire pit was a fun evening activity after a long day at the beach, and we discovered a few new games that we had never played before- I am the family champion of Skittle-Scatter! :) And the outdoor shower… the kids never complained about having to take a shower once! We also appreciate your home being dog friendly- we were so relieved to be able to bring our 13+ year old Jack Russell Terrier on this year’s family vacation- now that he’s getting on in years he doesn’t like to be boarded- so thank you for that memory as well. We brought our bikes and spent one day biking the rail trail to Chatham for lunch and back- it is so close to the house. Actually there isn’t much that you have to travel far for, there are some great restaurants, ice cream, and shopping all right around the corner. We took pizza to Mayflower beach to watch the sunset as was suggested in the “house book” and it did not disappoint! The host of this property has really taken a lot of time and effort to put this book together and it covers EVERYTHING! Communication with the host is fabulous! She and her husband bent over backward to help us retrieve an item I left behind. I would HIGHLY recommend this property for your Cape Cod getaway!

Nice place on the cape that allows your dogs

A nice, quaint, clean place with exceptional communication with the owner. Location was excellent for accessing the river and kayaking to the beach We brought our own inflatable paddleboarding but they had kayaks available. And our mini schnauzers were welcome to boot with a quiet neighborhood and space to walk them Thanks to Kerri for a great week.

Great stay!

We had 3 generations staying in this property (grandparents, parents and 2 teen boys). It was a very hot and humid week and we loved being able to sit on the back porch under the awning with the breeze looking out at the beautiful view of Swan River. The kayaks and paddle board were a great addition to our stay. Beaches were also very close. A great property!

Stunning and spacious

The pictures don't do the views justice. The property is beautiful and has multiple river viewing spots. The house is in great shape, with a beautiful new kitchen and updated bathrooms. Hosted 2 dinners for 12 people and had ample room to eat and socialize. Also used the kitchen to cook a pot of chowder, enough for 30, and had everything I needed for prep and space. Each room was clean, organized, and had their own a/c as well. Finally, the hostess was easy to talk with and accessible and accommodating and an overall pleasure. 10/10 would recommend.

Can't beat the view

We enjoyed all of the features of the home. While half of our vacation was cool and sometimes wet, the back porch, sunroom, firepit and access to the river and kayaks were always a hit. Tons of chairs/tables to spread out outdoors. Kerri was always super quick to respond leading up to our stay, and we never needed to contact her while we were there.

Amazing location for relaxing and family fun

We did an extra long weekend in April at this beautiful property and wished we stayed longer and want to return! The kids loved their rooms, and their parents loved the sunrise view from the master. Beautiful deck for games and dining and we took advantage of the great fire pit. Amazing kayaking right off the yard and close to so many cool beaches. We love a house that has everything you need and feels newly done so it’s fun to stay inside when you have to. And appreciative of any place so nice that will host our big ding-dong of a dog. One morning I sat with coffee on the deck with Wilbur the dog and we watched multiple deer walking through the marsh across the way. Amazing. So two paws up from Wilbur, too!

Just OK...

Definitely not a five star rated property. Exterior of this property needs a lot of work, don’t think it’s ready to be rented. But we went by the reviews, which is the best you can do when renting a property. So we were expecting to spend lots of time outside enjoying the beautiful view, which was actually better from the neighbors yard. No real place to launch boats or kayaks, except a tiny 2 foot wide path through the reeds, not ideal. Definitely some trimming of bushes needed to be done if you wanted to actually enjoy this view from the back deck of this property. Back deck slider and screen slider were very difficult to maneuver in and out of the house became quite a hassle for us. The back deck itself was splintering old wood not good for barefoot feet. Inside of the house was OK, except for the very musty smells in all the closets in the house, not sure how to correct that, and please, the front screened in porch, get rid of the disgusting stained carpet which is the first thing you see upon entering the property. I suggest taking some of that 4K plus money we spent this week and investing it in some exterior improvements. Hope this helps other renters, and property owners to make some improvements for their next renters.

Perfect Stay!

This is the perfect rental for families - located on a quiet residential street with a large yard and it's centrally located; offering plenty of things to do. The home is also within walking distance to the beach, and is located on the Swan river that's perfect for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The home includes a fire pit for toasting marshmallows, life jackets, a paddle board, 2 kayaks and some yard toys and inside games. The owners are great to work with and we'll be sure to come back!

Great memories! Wonderful house!

What a sweet, sweet house! It was immaculate when we arrived, and we’ve left with wonderful memories of a lovely time spent at Kerri’s comfortable house. The view is spectacular and the owners are very responsive and responsible. Kerri’s book of instructions and recommendations was very helpful. Our days were spent at the nearby beach or kayaking along the beautiful Swan River. Nights were spent gathered around the lovely firepit and enjoying the view from the porch and deck. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

This place is a hidden gem! Close to beaches, CCRT, amazing views, clean and perfect for families with kids that like to be outdoors! The house also offers plenty of room for larger families and/or friends!

Clean updated home with amazing views!

The best we have rented so far on the cape! The owner was in constant communication and very friendly. (We stayed when the tornado went through the neighborhood!) The home is recently updated, huge brand new outdoor shower, the bedrooms are maximized for sleeping, the kitchen and living room is all open space, a great enclosed porch which became the teenager hangout, large porch and table with the best view of the Swan River. We loved using the 2 one person kayaks and paddle board on the river. The home is located on a quiet dirt road with lovely neighbors. Less than a mile to the beach.

This property is ideal because it centrally located on the Cape in West Dennis. It is a waterfront property with private access on the Swan River to kayak, paddle board, swim, fish or just enjoy the spectacular view. The closest beach is South Village Beach, .08 mile walk from the house. You can also kayak downstream to the beach or upstream to Swan Pond. The house has been newly renovated and is professionally cleaned. It has three bedrooms, sleeps 9, two full bathrooms, and a spacious outdoor shower.Itt has a large deck and an enclosed porch. It also has A/C.
