Thank you for your feedback, Eddie. We were disappointed by the suggestion that we were difficult to reach. This reservation was made July 28 for an August 2 arrival, and we worked to accommodate the short-notice booking. On your final day, when you requested to stay an additional night, we responded within a couple of hours and coordinated changes with our cleaning team and access arrangements to make the additional night possible—after which you ultimately decided not to extend. Regarding the additional vehicle pass, guests are provided a registration link through which additional vehicle passes can be added directly. This self-service process has been successfully utilized by our guests for several years, and the registration link was provided prior to arrival. We were temporarily outside cellular service when that message was sent; however, guests are provided an emergency contact number at the home should an urgent issue arise. After welcoming guests to our home for over a decade, this is the first complaint we have received regarding its natural light. The homes along this area of Carillon share a similar architectural design, with covered porches and mature palms and magnolias lining the promenade—features that provide the beauty and privacy many of our guests appreciate. The home also offers two additional levels of indoor and outdoor living space and nearly 1,000 square feet of outdoor porch space, along with a third-floor wet bar with mini refrigerator for added convenience. We appreciate your positive comments about the space, upper level and decks, and we’re happy your family was able to celebrate together at Carillon Beach. We wish you and your family safe travels home.

You'll be pleased to know the air conditioning company was able to troubleshoot in detail after y'all left, and they were able to find a pinhole leak in the line under the house. The line was replaced that day and it has been fully operational ever since! Thank you again for the wonderful review, and we hope to see you again soon!

We do supply 4 beach chairs and umbrellas that are set up daily and marked with the house name for the exclusive use of our guests. We have been working through some communication challenges with our property management company, and I sincerely apologize this wasn't communicated to your party correctly. Similarly with parking, more vehicles are welcome, they just need to be parked in the neighborhood parking lots, as only 2 vehicles fit in the designated parking area for our home.
