The wifi was strong and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We had plenty of room to enjoy family time and the view from the balcony was amazing. The management company stayed in touch throughout the stay and made us feel very welcomed. Beach access was perfect and the pool was large enough and the kids enjoyed. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Family 4th

It was a great size for us, a great beach and setup, lots of fun beach time. Only downside was horrible traffic, which was not their fault.

I called as the ceiling above the King bed had the popcorn pieces peeling off and dripping on the bed throughout the stay. I have not heard anything from the company once I let them know about it. Hopefully no one else will experience this. Otherwise, the unit was clean and welcoming, with minimal amenities. Wonderful view of the Gulf and great balcony!

Easter break

We parked our truck and immediately headed to the beach where we beheld a beach with the whitest sand I'd ever seen. Parking was simple, Brooks and Shorey provided us with the door code via email along with a handy app with instructions. The property was as described with a lovely balcony overlooking the Gulf. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and adequate. It was very handy to have washer and dryer in the apartment with little kids in tow. Kitchen was new and appliances worked well. I've stayed in many VRBOs and must say this one is a little understocked in cooking supplies. We managed. The television in the Master bdr did not work. Appears someone before us attempted some "percussive maintenance" on it. Didn't report it only because I just now remembered. The tv in the living room also had ease of use issues. Not a big deal except we had a few days of inclement weather. The pool (to be heated through the end of our week) was PRETTY chilly and the kids were popsicles.. until Friday when it was heated to perfection and the kids didn't want to get out. All in all, though, I'd be more than happy to stay here again.

The condo was very clean. It definitely met my expectations in cleanliness. Everything in the condo worked properly. We have stayed in other condos where the upkeep/ maintenance has not been attended to. But, this condo has been taken care of. We were so happy with every thing! We will be renting from Brooks and Shorey again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Incredible experience!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! We had plenty of space and enjoyed everything! The beds were very comfortable, the balcony was wonderful and the view was spectacular! Aside from not having dish towels or hot pads in the kitchen I can’t think of a single recommendation I would make to improve our experience!

Great place, but slightly disappointing for cost

The view is beautiful and the condo is obviously very nice. But for the price, I was a little disappointed with some of the details. Usually when staying in beach-front condos at this price range, everything is perfect and delightful. This place had dirt/water stains on the ceilings in the main bedroom and bathroom, rust on the trash can in the main bathroom, the blinds were broken in the main bedroom, etc. And only the bare minimum in terms of comfort/luxuries were provided, I.e one pillow per person, and only one extra in the whole condo.

Excellent location - Would come again

You can't beat the location. It was perfect for our family of 5. Easy access to pool and beach. Only real downside was the lack of cleanliness. There was mold in the water tank of the Keurig and there was lipstick on the rim of the glasses as well as dirty utensils. Every dish had a film of dust on it. It was easy enough to clean everything but we expect these items to be clean upon arrival. Also, the room is ready for a refresh. The pillows need to be replaced. We would stay here again based on location and overall condition of the resort.

Great getaway and condo

Check in was very easy. The condo was ready earlier than check in time. That would have been a bonus if we had gotten stuck in traffic. Opened the door to a clean beautiful place. You could tell it has been remodeled some what recently. Appliances were all new. Sheets and towels were all new! Location was fabulous! The only cons I had were kitchen could use a few more baking pans. Next was the carpet in living area and bedrooms. Carpet looked new! I’m just not a carpet person especially at the beach. Would I stay here again ABSOLUTELY!
