Thanks so much for your review. We’re happy to hear you had a great time overall. We know bringing your own sheets and towels may not be what you’ve experienced at other rentals, which is why we make sure to share that detail multiple times during the booking process — in the listing, in the rental agreement, and in the pre-arrival info — so guests can make an informed booking decision and plan ahead. As indicated in the listing, we provide mattress protection, pillows, and blankets/comforters, but many of our regular visitors actually prefer to provide their own sheets and towels for comfort and familiarity. We also provide our exact location before booking so guests can see the distance and decide if it works for their trip. Our cancellation policy is outlined and agreed to when reserving, which is why we aren’t able to refund outside those terms. Thanks for letting us know about the door locks — we’ve passed that along to maintenance. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you have wonderful travels ahead.
