Este condominio con aire acondicionado central está equipado con una cama king-size y un sofá cama queen, para acomodar cómodamente hasta cuatro personas. La cocina está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos que pueda necesitar: refrigerador, microondas, estufa, cafetera, etc. (sin horno, lo siento, tuvimos una experiencia casi mala en el pasado). Tiene su propio televisor inteligente HD con Roku integrado. Tendrás acceso a entretenimiento único como Netflix, HBO GO, Showtime Anytime, Starz, etc. ¡Todo gratis para tu tiempo libre! Nuestro balcón del piso superior cuenta con una impresionante vista panorámica del océano. Se le proporcionarán toallas, jabón, champú, acondicionador, secador de cabello y plancha. Las comodidades de la propiedad incluyen: playa, alquileres (sillas y sombrillas), piscina, bar, sala de juegos, gimnasio, conserje turístico y cafetería, entre otros.

Estarás ubicado en el centro. La mayor parte de lo que hará que su estadía sea placentera está a poca distancia: supermercados las 24 horas, casinos, una amplia variedad de restaurantes, tiendas locales, tiendas de recuerdos, discotecas, transporte público, etc. Sin mencionar que la ruta está aproximadamente a 5 minutos del aeropuerto y sin tráfico en las horas pico. Location on the water makes it.

The location was great, but it could have been a little more user friendly. One coffee mug! Nowhere to set your beer,coffee or anything on the porch. It was clearly advertised as "pool open". Judging by the state of disrepair, it hasn't been open in years. Which made to property dead,dead,dead! I've stayed there many times. The small restaurant, deli, little convenience store, all gone. The place was a ghost town.

Great space/location- lacking property amentities

The thing that makes this property is 100% the view. The view that you see in the pictures is the view you get, but 10 times better. It is a gorgeous spot. A clean, modern, updated room. Cold AC. A very responsive and polite host. However, the one thing we were disappointed with during our stay was the property amenities. Nothing was open in the lobby- no bar, restaurant, game room, tourism concierge, etc... The hotel next door does have a casino and a couple of bars open to people to use from the public. The pool was not open either. This was made known to us, but we were told we could use another hotel's pool that was within walking distance. The pool was about a 12 minute walk away. They did agree to pay for parking if we decided to drive to that pool. That was nice to have that agreement, but it is inconvenient. I do not think that this is an error on the host, but it does make it tough to just relax. Besides that, the location is great. It is a 7 minute drive from the airport. If you are just staying, just to stay, it is a great spot. The beach access was nice- although you do have to pay for umbrella and chair rentals daily- and cash only. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

We had an absolutely amazing time, this place is pure paradise!

Everything about our stay was perfect, all the accommodations and the location made it so we felt so comfortable, we did not want to leave! The views, the ocean, the pool, it was everything we excepted and more!

Phenomenal!

I just want to say WOW! This property is everything that is shown in the picture. The apartment was clean, very cool from the AC, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I loved how the curtains were kept closed until we arrived, opening the curtains for the first time and seeing the beach and pool was stunning. We were on the 14th floor and we saw everything! Definitely romantic and brought us peace. The host was so amazing from the very beginning. They made my booking process easy and made me feel comfortable. They even texted me wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday, it was so thoughtful! They were so personable and kind! I feel like we’re family lol. Check in process was a breeze! Bed was comfy, shower was relaxing, we had all the amenities we needed, and the scenery was beautiful. Im so happy I celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday here, it was his first time in PR and he loved it; he definitely wants to return and gives props to the hosts for the gorgeous apartment. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Loved it!

We had friends that stayed in the same building and they had to wait to get a key to check in and when we arrived the front desk was about to close, it was a mess, for them! For us we walked right into the building and into our room as if it was our home. The view is perfect! My boyfriend had to work the first day and it was awesome to be working remotely on the balcony with such a great view!!!! We plan on returning soon!

Enchanted week

Our host constantly checked in with us to ensure that we were having a great time free of issues.. Even sent someone to show us how to use the televsion remotes... Super attentive. We had a great stay. The view was breathtaking and the room was updated. Best of all a new washer and dryer..definately a home away from home.. M.S Howard Beach New York

Stunning view

We absolutely loved this unit. It was spotless with modern decor and high end finishes. We were less impressed with the hallway carpeting and the exterior. It appears the St. Clair is undergoing some renovations. The absolute best part is the view from the balcony. The owner was responsive and came over and got the TV set up when we could not use Netflix and HBO. We spent most of our time on the beach. Umbrella/chair rental is costly. It is $10 for the umbrella and the chair rental is $4 . You can only rent until 5 p.m.

Beautiful Sunsets!

My family and I had a blast. This property is located in a centralized location in Isla Verde easy to drive to places like San Juan, Piñones, Luquillo, El Yunque, Fajardo; there are many good restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance from the property as well. We were very impressed with the property, the pictures in HomeAway website/app don’t do it justice; it is very modern, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It has a huge TV with many movie and show apps. The view to the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking… it is facing west were the sun sets. One little thing is that the shower in the bathroom is open so the floor by the toilet gets wet, but the floors are not slippery at all. The bed is a king size bed and the sofa bed fits two people comfortably. The check-in process was smooth and organized from the beginning to the end. The property manager, HOSTPR, was very helpful, welcoming and responded to my text messages right away. The entrance to the hotel was a little confusing for a second, but we were able to locate it with the instructions given to us by HOSTPR. The parking spot is in the first level which is great. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and definitely would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at a gorgeous property with beautiful sunset views hands down.

Fantastic

We found Creme de la Creme to be just as described in the listing. Upon booking we were a little nervous that there weren't any reviews of the property yet, but we hoped that the pictures told the whole story. They do. The renovations done in this unit are fantastic. The view is amazing. You are on the 14th floor with the vista of the ocean and beach beneath you. You are also able to see the pool, but far enough from it that you don't get the noise. The rest of the building is in the midst of a transformation/updating process and there is some work going on, but we did not find it to be intrusive or loud. The only downside that we found while enjoying our stay in the unit was that the nicely redone shower doesn't have a full glass door, and this means that it is impossible to keep the floor from getting pretty wet while showering. We found the common areas of the building to be nicely appointed as they have obviously been redone. Also, the pool area was great. There were plenty of seating areas and the outdoor bar area was staffed well. You can rent beach chairs from the staff at the beach for $4/day and umbrellas for $10 day. This was a nice spot to enjoy this side of the island and a great way to celebrate our 15th anniversary.
