We love the location and we’ve had a lovely time, but the lack of effort put into the coordination of the decor is a little hard on the eyes. The living room chairs have a lovely fabric, and match the sofa nicely but the pillows and the drapes clash with it all. Even something so simple and inexpensive as placemats- 3 are one design the fourth is an entirely different pattern.

Amazing oceanfront property

The accommodations were wonderful. Exactly as listed. Easy access to shopping and restaurants on Ocean Blvd. Grocery store within walking distance. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were just the right touch. We spent most of our time on the Beach. Definitely recommend this property

Labor Day Vacation

I needed a two bedroom unit and found this one online that looked good. Overall it suited our needs but there are some areas for improvement I want to note. Here goes: the Queen bedroom ensuite bath sink had a serious faucet leak. I reported it to rental management they said they would put a work order on it. This unit said to sleep 6 and I would not agree. The couch when pulled out to show bed area surprised me. There was what seemed only a mattress cover and when laying down on it you were laying on metal springs. The balcony plastic tables were dirty. I realize this is the beach and there is moisture but the tables could have shown some measure of trying to clean or replace with other cheap ones from a big box store. I agree the dark carpet in bedrooms was not very nice. The tile in other areas was very nice why not replace carpet with tile. Parking was across the street. you could unload at building and then cross traffic to parking lot. I may have missed that in the rental agreement. Fortunately there were 4 handicapped parking spots on a first come/first serve basis on the unit property. We were able to park there when we could. When checking in the person was talking very fast and it wasn't easy to grasp all the info. Had to ask to go slower so I could understand. Some positives to note: location was excellent. family facility, Kitchen & living room very nice. amazing views.

Once we arrived there, it was so hot in the room and it smelled so bad when we walked in. The water pressure was really bad for it to be a beach front condo….. the bed is another story, it was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on a rock…. I will never come back to this condo….

Great view but it ends there

If you are driving to Myrtle Beach or planning to buy everything you need to stay here it is a good option. We only stayed 2 nights. Things not provided: coffee, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, beach towels, kitchen towels. We checked in at 5 pm and were told the unit would be ready soon. At 6:15, it still was not ready. When I sent an email, it was responded to with “we apologize for the inconvenience.” I asked for a later checkout instead of 10 am and was told no. Then there was no water on the morning of our checkout and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anyway with no working showers or toilets. I did not receive any communication from Elliott Rentals as to why there was no water. Disappointing management property.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation here. This property was as advertised. It had been cleaned well. The building is nicely maintained. We enjoyed the area, it was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and things to do. We have zero complaints. Only 2 small recommendations: I'd would ask for a broom and dustpan to be left on site to keep sand cleaned up (we tried to keep it clean by vacuuming). The other recommendation would be to skip the check-in at the management office. The check-in location was very close to the condo, but after a day of travel with kids you really don't want the extra stop. Maybe you could consider sending all the great info we received at the check-in via email or the VRBO app.

Semi-clean, great location and pools

Not as clean and updated as I would have liked. Bedrooms are very dark with dark carpets. The kitchen, living room, and balcony were very good. The location is great. Check-in is a bit of a drag, having to get the keys and information a few blocks away (while rolling your suitcase with you) at the rental company. But they are very communicative and helpful via texts.
