Ubicado en el West End de la isla Sanibel, este complejo de condominios frente a la playa tropical es perfecto para el romance y la relajación o unas divertidas vacaciones familiares. Esta unidad puede alojar cómodamente hasta 6 personas entre el amplio dormitorio principal con una cama king size, la habitación con dos camas individuales y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. El propietario ofrece televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación y un reproductor de DVD. Desde su lanai con mosquitero en el tercer piso, puede disfrutar de las brisas del golfo y ver la laguna tropical, la piscina climatizada, el jacuzzi y la casa club. La casa club ofrece baños para su comodidad y hay una sala de recreación donde se realizan actividades diarias para niños. Disfruta de un picnic informal con las parrillas a gas en la laguna, comienza un partido de tenis en las canchas de tenis o prueba tu suerte en un juego de tejo. They called me at Noon and said come on down .... 👍 Check in was easy D-31 was fabulous clean comfortable . The outdoor area was screened in and a pleasure to hang out and relax the night kites in the outlets was so nice. The breeze that ran through the condo was awesome we very rarely used the AC. Grounds were terrific we will return soon!

Weather - really hot in August resulting in laziness2. Condo - exactly as described by the owner. It offered all we needed and there were various instructions (e.g. how to use the TV, washer & dryer,...). Very helpful!3. Location - great beach location and very well-maintained property by the staff. Our daughter loved the kids activities offered in the club house. Mandy (the person in charge) did a great job and tears were running upon departure.Personally I loved the dolphins and the pelicans. Hated the insects, which ate me up alive. Running on the beach with the sunrise around 6:30 was my favorite routine. I could have stayed even longer...

When we arrived the kitchen floor was dirty with a lqrge spot in front on the refrigerator - my daughter cleaned 🧹 t with h chlorox wipes. There are a couple large stains in the living room carpet and, obeying request to remove shoes at the front door, our feet were black by the end of the day. Not to mention long black hairs on master bathroom floor and tub. It’s a great location and close to the beach. Thank goodness cause you don’t want ti sit on the sofa. Sorry this is so negative but have stayed in this unit before but disappointed! BTW says sleeps 6 but only linens for 4.

Reviewer Comments: The resort it self was very nice we will more than likely go back but the unit we rented D31 is kinda run down and needs a lot of maintenance to bring it up to the price we were paying Furniture,carpet and heating and cooling system are in rough shape we expected better for the price we payed. I’m pretty sure the owners wouldn’t live that very long without fixing a few things first.

The complex was in a great location on the beach and just down the street from Baileys. The Unit could have been cleaner (tub and shower and kitchen) but the furniture and bedding was pretty tired which made it seem dirty even if it had been cleaned. It was actually 5 flights up and the elevator was out for a time.

The location is wonderful and the property overall has the beach, pool, tennis, etc. that you would want anywhere. But it is NOT modern in appearance or decor. Don't let that stop you from staying here; it is perfectly clean and acceptable. But nothing about it is modern, so don't complain. Property management company is very responsive and available; friendly.
