• Outside walkway and balcony overlooking the private pool
• Large heated pool and patio area with extra-large grill, fit for hosting a large family or gathering of friends, exclusive for guests of this unit.
• Complete laundry room with washer/dryer
All of this is on one floor of the three-floor house, making entertaining simple and easy, with over 3,000 square feet of private space.
Located just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
This unit is managed by a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with the business to finalize booking.
