Loved our stay at this property and within walking distance to Oakwood's amenities. We have stayed with this host before and they are wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any problems that need addressed. The house has a great floor plan and all the necessities one would need for an extended stay. Look forward to staying with again in the future!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Sun Lakes. The house was very clean and spacious. It accommodated our family of 3 perfectly. This was a great location to stay and visit my mother who lives in the neighborhood. The backyard was really cute with the putting green. Peggy checked in with us a few times and was very responsive.

Enjoyed staying so much we extended our stay!

The home was comfortable and homey along with a well prepped kitchen. We were close to all the amenities and could easily walk. The grocery stores, banks and restaurants were just a golf cart ride away...

Chandler Trip 4/22

Overall we had a great stay at this house. It was spacious and open, bright and clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with cookware and the backyard was quiet. Located in a friendly neighborhood with easy access to everything we needed and lots of golf courses within 30 minute drive. Our only negative would be that the living room furniture and carpet had some stains and wear. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Sun Lakes

We had a wonderful 1-month stay in this house. The neighborhood is amazing with easy access to the clubhouse and all its amenities that are included in the rental, including a golf cart. It is safe and secure in a gated community. The kitchen and the pantry are well stocked for all your needs. It was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Peggy is responsive and cares about her guests. Her husband took care of an issue with the TV quickly.

Wonderful Oakwood vacation home!

We had a wonderful 2 month long stay at this home. It was a very clean, well-stocked home in a very quiet neighborhood. Peggy handled all communications quickly and professionally. It is obvious that she wants all of her guests to feel comfortable and welcome. We did not choose to swim at the community pool, but we did enjoy using the nearby pickleball courts during open play time in the afternoon/evenings. We hope to be able to return and stay at this location again!

January 2021 stay

This house and property was everything as advertised. We stayed here for five weeks and had a great time. The house is equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and cutlery. The golf cart worked great and is a nice addition to have to move about the various country clubs, golf courses and activities in the area. We didn't have much contact with the owner because we didn't need anything once we got here. We would definitely stay here again.

Great 2Bdrm + office den in Sun Lakes AZ. The owner is great & easy to get along with.

Everything you need for an extended stay (just bring your clothes). Nicely groomed and pleasant back yard. Great patio for breakfast / evening dining & relaxing. Well furnished with a "show house" look. Pleasant and quiet. Very highly recommend this house.

Our stay at Sun Lakes at the Paulson home

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Sun Lakes Oakwood. The home met our expectations and the homeowner made sure we were comfortable and there were no problems during our stay. She checked in with us several times during the 12 day stay. The oranges and grapefruit trees with their abundant fruit were a big plus! We would definitely check this home's availability in the future and stay again!

Just perfect

Stayed at this property in Sun Lakes in September 2018. Everything you would ever need is supplied at this house. Full kitchen with ample dishes and cookware and even recipe books. King bed in master bedroom with large ensuite and walk-in closet. Second BR with queen bed and a second bathroom, also a den with pullout sofa with a curtain that can be drawn for privacy. LR has large sectional and easy chair with large screen tv. Home was impeccably clean - even met my standards which is something only a very select few have ever done. Back yard has a putting green and ample patio area with lots of tables and chairs.

Great Stay on Sunridge Drive

We had a great two month stay during March and April! The home is lovely - very clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms located on each side of the great room make it nice for guests. The large great room was very comfortable and there is a den with a TV as well. The owner was great to work with and very responsive to our needs. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need! There is also a large table and two other seating areas in kitchen to accommodate many guests. The location is great too - just off Robson and very close to the pool and golf course. The backyard is very private and comfortable with lots of furniture AND a putting green! The owner has added a small bistro table for the patio in the front of the house. Great place to relax! We will be back in 2018!
