Hermosa casa de campo frente al lago ubicada en el corazón de Carrollwood, FL.

Cuando se hospeda en Lake Mag Farms, tiene acceso a una propiedad de 6 acres, que incluye un granero con un área de patio completamente amueblada debajo de las luces del bistro, una hoguera a gas y una parrilla para cenas al aire libre con familiares y amigos. Acceso al lago a uno de los pocos lagos alimentados por manantiales en el área de Tampa Bay. Perfecto para la pesca, surf de remo, kayak, wake-surf o esquí acuático.
La casa consta de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos y 1 medio baño, una cocina totalmente equipada. comedor, sala familiar con vistas al lago, un área de patio al aire libre con un bar y sala de estar, y un porche con una mesa de café con vistas al campo.

We stayed at Adriana’s place while our home was undergoing renovations, and it turned out to be the perfect retreat. Adriana was a fantastic host, quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home.What really stood out was the setting. The property is so private and peaceful that it’s hard to believe you’re still in the middle of Tampa. The views of the lake are beautiful, and the many windows throughout the home make it feel bright and open. We loved the charming touches - like the café lights, long driveway, and even the chickens roaming around - that give the property its authentic “farmhouse” feel.It was exactly what we needed to escape the chaos of renovations. Even though we live less than 1/2 mile away, we could absolutely see ourselves coming back for another stay.

Nightmare host

Host listing is a lie, host kept showing up unannounced/ while we weren’t there. After checkout host tried to blame a broken window on us. Great house not worth the headaches. And Vrbo doesn’t do support the customer.

Always a Wonderful Stay!

This property is so good that we can't stop coming back. The house is always spotless and ready upon arrival. Owners are a pleasure to communicate with and take care of everything and anything that could come up. Property itself is a true gem. Highest recommendation.

Beautiful property - Very private & quiet

This was a wonderful house to rent for a few days during our time in Tampa. It sits right on Lake Magdalene & has a large property that is extremely private. It even has a chicken coop, and the care-takers were so kind & left us a few fresh eggs to enjoy during our stay. Communication with the property manager was great - very prompt! A few suggestions to improve a guest's stay: 'Guest Help' binder - instructions to turn on the fireplace, restaurant suggestions, things to do in the area, other instructions pertaining to the house etc. Washer/Dryer in the main house for families with children It would've been great to have had the check-in process instructions sent to me without my having to reach out to the property manager. Also, a simple small map that shows the entrance of the house could be included in the check-in instructions, especially for those coming in after sundown.But overall, great property! We had a wonderful time!

Lake Magdalen

Had a wonderful, quiet, private stay with our family on Lake Magdalene. Owners were as always great hosts. This was our third stay with them and hopefully not our last. Would highly recommend if you enjoy privacy and nature.

So pretty!

The house and the view are great!! We enjoyed our stay and all the wildlife that the location offered was amazin! Waking up to the sun rising over the lake was gorgeous! My husband also loved fishing from the peir. The house was clean and the decor was beautiful. There were a few things that we didn't particularly care for - there were others staying in the guest house on property which was fine but all windows in this house are open and there are no window coverings. Therefore no privacy. Another thing was the shower in the master bath seemed to only have two settings: ice cold or scolding hot. Lastly, check in was a little unorganized as we did not receive the checkin code until asking for it (and calling VRBO) several times and it was finally received while on our flight there. Lastly, there is no washer and dryer as listed in the description. Again, we did love our stay and the house was beautiful just a few things to consider before arriving!!

Another amazing stay!

This was a return visit, and just as wonderful as we remembered. The property is a such a gem- gorgeous, peaceful, and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The owner is super responsive and great to work with. Truly an excellent experience and highly recommend!

Relaxing break with family.

Beautiful rustic home with a view

We stayed here for Christmas 2023. It was such a gorgeous home. Right on the lake, huge property, and a chicken coop with free eggs. The hosts were extremely responsive and so kind. Kitchen fully stocked and location close to everything.

Hidden gem

The Farmhouse is a wonderful place to land in the middle of Tampa. A rare find….. it is so desirable with plenty of space, plus the lake with everything provided for fishing to kayaking. The house is wonderfully furnished and clean. I give an overall 5 stars and would love to stay there again. Just wish it had a washer/dryer and easier stair access. Still loved it! Lake Getaway Tampa

Really enjoyed our stay. It’s not as private as I thought. Lots of visitors/traffic to this secluded property, including guests (strangers to us), staying in the barn even though the listing indicates that isn’t an option. We were not aware of this until after we checked in and were already on the property. Aside from that, amazing location. Close to everything we needed in Tampa but were able to get the lake house feel. No window coverings on first floor. Host was very responsive to questions.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay at his beautiful lakeside farmhouse very much. Location was great and the views were beautiful. Enjoyed the sunset by the lake each night. We had everything we needed. Wonderful peaceful location away from the hustle bustle.

Wonderful!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this amazing home! The property was spotless and welcoming upon arrival. Everything was as expected or better. The home is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy. The outdoor grounds are gorgeous and the kids loved exploring and running around. Owner was totally available and responsive to questions before and during our trip. This is one of the nicest properties I've stayed at and I hope to return. Highly, highly recommend!

Loved being on the lake!

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Mag Farms! The house is welcoming and comfortable, and you can’t beat the sunset views of the lake! The property was perfect for letting the kids run around too. We hope to stay again soon :)

A great stay with the beautiful view

We had a great time here. The house has lots of light, the view of the lake is great and it's very charming at night with all the hanging lights outside. The owners were very helpful and courteous. There were some minor hiccups but they fixed them quickly. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hidden treasure in Tampa

I can't say enough about this charming property. The house was perfect and fully stocked with everything we needed and the location couldn't have been more perfect for us (only 4 miles from my daughter's apartment). The house lies on a couple of acres, so it's very private. My kids had a blast with the paddleboards and kayaks. The owners were so nice and easy to work with. Definitely staying here again on future trips to Tampa.

Two Thumbs Up!

Perfect setting for a tranquil vacation. We stayed during the week before the 4th of July and we enjoyed fireworks over the water! The kitchen table is in a perfect location - you can fully see the outdoors while being in the comfort of the air conditioning! I wish we lived here!

Relax & Unwind and still close to attractions

This property is amazing! The host is very attentive and very friendly. We enjoyed watching sunsets each night just across the lake. Our kids couldn’t wait to fish on the dock each morning. We really loved our first family trip after my husband returned from his latest deployment.
