Casa adosada de 2 pisos completamente amueblada en una comunidad cerrada pequeña (6 unidades) con piscina ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida. A solo 5 minutos a pie de la calle principal en el centro de Jaco y 8 a la playa. No se moleste en alquilar un automóvil, en lugar de eso, camine o monte en bicicleta en cualquier lugar de la ciudad o, si necesita un viaje más largo, llame a un taxi, que es barato, abundante y está al alcance de la mano. Duermen un máximo de 3 individuales, o parejas o grupos familiares de hasta 7.

Este apartamento vacacional muy bien ubicado tiene dos dormitorios en la planta superior y uno en la planta baja, con los baños correspondientes. Las habitaciones de arriba tienen cada una camas Queen con colchones de calidad, TV, closet, vestidores, balcones con asientos y baño privado con ducha. El balcón en el dormitorio principal tiene vistas de la zona de la piscina y las verdes montañas boscosas como telón de fondo. El dormitorio de abajo tiene una bonita litera de madera (completa abajo y doble arriba) y un baño con ducha en el pasillo.

El salón tiene cómodos sofás tapizados, TV y una mesa de comedor de madera para 6 personas (más grande que la que se muestra en las fotos). Incluye TV por cable y WiFi gratis. Al aire libre, en la terraza que da a la piscina, hay una mesa de aluminio y vidrio con 4 sillas cómodas y una sombrilla, así como una parrilla de carbón y 2 sillones.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con estufa / horno, extractor de aire, microondas, nevera grande y todos los utensilios.

Hay un garaje cubierto para un automóvil y hay aparcamiento gratuito en la calle alrededor del callejón sin salida.

La comunidad tiene un cuidador en las instalaciones y seguridad del anochecer al amanecer.

We'd stay again

Our host Gabriel and Tito the maintenence guy were both helpful during our stay. The check in was easy, the place was clean and there's lots of room. Everything you need is there. There were a few things that we were in need of and Gabriel was very attentive and thoughtful in the process. And it's down a cul-de-sac, so it's quiet and yet so close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us😊

Real decent hideaway

The location is perfect seated near Central strip, but far enough back to clear the noise. The condo is clean and roomy enough for a family with amenities to match. All expenses were spared when selecting mattresses and bedding and you may want to wash everything first as the first rooms bedding seemed high in allergens (dust, mites) and the second contained insect caucuses when inspected. Fortunately, there is a washer dryer on site. You may also want to bring your own toilet paper. If you drink the tap water, you will need plenty and ultimately prefer a brand that does not expose your finger on the first pass.

My only concern was that it seemed like some kind of rodent was in the home. We kept hearing noises inside the house like if a rodent was scratching on the ceiling, we also found dust fallen on the floor. I am thinking maybe an iguana was stuck in the roof or something. Other then that no complains.

Yes, iguanas like to climb to rooftops everywhere in Costa Rica and make that scratching noise. They also cause some dust to fall from the ceiling on the floor. It's part of the environment and are not dangerous at all so we learn to live with them. Thank you for your comments. Gabriel Rocha.

Very nice place close to everything

Both bedrooms upstairs have balcony's very nice! leather rocking chairs on balcony were very comfortable with morning coffee. Individual AC was very nice. The pool was very nice, lots of use everyday. The pool was very clean. Neighbours were very friendly and welcoming. All Jaco has to offer is only a short walk away. Our vacation rental was with less then 24 hours notice and Gabriel was very accomidating and quick to reply with all our concerns. We required a couple minor things fixed and they were fixed in a very short time. For us 3 adults the size was perfect, I would not suggest 6. 2 couples would be max. Only 2 lounge chairs by the pool. We were able to use the neighbours chairs. They were very nice. The living room furniture requires to be replaced. The bed in bedroom at the pool side was very squeaky. I mean very squeaky. The vanity in bathroom requires minor updating. Overall the place is a very good rental at a reasonable price.

Sin embargo, pensábamos que la parte de abajo era más grande, y falta un aire acondicionado en el cuarto de la planta baja, así como mantenimiento a algunas partes de la casa y un mejor acceso al Internet, ya que la velocidad es demasiado baja. No obstante, para una estadía corta es un bonito lugar, pues además es silencioso.

La casa está muy bien equipada, las habitaciones muy acogedoras. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario. El condominio en general es un sitio muy tranquilo para descansar y pasarla bien. La ubicación es excelente, a walking distance de cualquier sitio en el centro de Jacó pero sin sufrir el ruido y movimiento que tiene.

Reviewer Comments: Estuvimos hospedados en el condominio, el cual está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila a dos cuadras de la avenida principal de Jacó y a tres o cuatro cuadras de la playa. La casa es muy confortable, con dos cuartos en suit y balcón,uno de ellos con una agradable vista al jardin y a un campo de cultivos, ambos muy cómodos. En la planta baja hay otro cuarto también agradable. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para para preparar el desayuno y las demás comidas, cuenta también con una pequeña barbacoa, lavarropas y secadora, lo único que me parece haría falta un tendedero para la ropa ya que todos no acostumbramos a secar la ropa con calor. Después todo estuvo muy bien, desde la gente de Seguridad del condominio que es muy agradable y atenta hasta las personas de la inmobiliaria. Con gusto recomendamos esta casa.

Really Nice Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this place! The condo is the very best "equipped" rental we've ever seen, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms! We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen because we really didn't need to bring ANYTHING to be able to prepare meals for a group. Exceptionally clean throughout the unit and feels like a neighborhood with permanent residents right next door. Very friendly folks! The management were very cordial and helpful, even went before us and turned the A/C on to cool it down prior to our arrival. Nice!

The mattresses were uncomfortable, the kitchen equipment was not sufficient , ex one frying pan for 6 persons, and 4 chairs for 6 also.

Thank you for the feedback. We checked the mattresses and found them to be fine. They are excellent quality, firm mattresses with pillow-top padding. There are 2 frying pans! It is a pity you did not mention before you needed an extra frying pan or other utensils. We could have brought them right away. I even asked you the next day after arrival if everything was OK and the answer was yes. There are 8 chairs, 4 inside and 4 outside, the photos don't lie. 6 chairs inside would be too crowded. If you are looking for a place with a pool, kid pool close to the beach and center of town this is perfect. I was on a fishing trip with the guys and it was perfect. close to center of town and a short less than 10 minute cab ride to Los Suenos.
