Su balcón privado de gran tamaño ofrece una exposición occidental directa sobre la playa South Marco. Amazing!

We had one of the best times staying at this perfect location. We tried to pack light, but still over packed since theirs is a washer and dryer in the unit. We saw dolphins, manatees, star fish, crabs and many other amazing things. The view from the condo is amazing. You are on the beach in a few steps from walking out the condo. The unit was clean, updated, and very comfortable. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit!

Great location

Love this property. It has a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets each night. Nice pool. W/D in the unit is great. Plenty of room for couple. We loved that soap, detergent, spices, plenty of towels all in the unit. No complaints. We never heard neighbors at all. Common areas need updating and some visible repairs. Would stay again.

wonderful week!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It is very clean and has everything we needed. I think its perfect for two people, we really enjoyed having two bathrooms. It was just my husband and I, so we each had our stuff in our own bath. Bed was comfy. Look forward to staying here again!

Perfect getaway

The beach access was great and the view was absolutely stunning! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning which was well equipped with plenty of seating. The condo was clean and offered everything we needed to make the trip unforgettable! Everything was as advertised. We had a small plumbing issue but management took care of it promptly. The beach chairs and umbrella were so appreciated. We had an awesome trip and would definitely return!

On the Beach

Didn’t realize how small the condo was, but quickly made it our own. The balcony made it appear larger. We spent all of February here. The view was stunning watching the beach and ocean all day and beautiful sunsets without leaving the condo. The pool was wonderful the beach too. Everything you would need to go to the beach, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, wagon and towels. We are coming back next year!

Amazing Vacation

Everything was perfect. The view, spectacular! The condo was very updated and had plenty of bath towels, kitchen utensils/pans. The beach towels, 4 chairs, beach cart, and umbrella were all in great shape and were much appreciated. Many great places to eat. We will be back!

This condo is right on the beach in a great location. Perfect for the two of us, would have been tight with four adults. Everything was nice and as advertised.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed in Sea Winds 504 back in June 2022 with my two middle-school-aged children and overall we really enjoyed this condo although I do have a few suggestions. One thing to know is that this is a fairly small condo, but they did a nice job updating it and the decor is very pretty. It was fun that there was a restaurant located in the building next door. Here's what I liked: Great view, great location, nice modern decor, unit seemed very clean and was fairly well stocked. Also, I was VERY, very happy that they provided multiple luggage racks in the closets (this was so helpful)! Here are a few ideas for improvement:One important thing to know is that the bedrooms are very small- so small that there is not space for a dresser in either bedroom. This means that the closet becomes extra important as the only place to really store your clothes, etc. I would suggest removing the closet doors entirely because the closet doors bump into the furniture and just get in the way with the bedrooms being so tiny. Same with the laundry area- the closet door there gets in the way as well and could be replaced with a curtain.**The main thing that could use improvement was the mattress in the master bedroom, and the sheets- the king size bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on because the mattress was WAY too soft, plus the sheets were 100% polyester which gets SO hot and uncomfortable at night, especially in the summer. I did not sleep well while we were here because of all this. I would suggest replacing the synthetic sheets with 100% cotton sheets. They don't have to be fancy high-thread-count ones, just anything cotton would be an improvement. And a firmer mattress would help a lot too. I am a small, lightweight person and it was crazy how deeply I sank into that mattress when I was trying to sleep. Overall it's a nice condo and those are just a few thoughts on how to make the small s

Wonderful Marco property made our vacation even better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had an awesome stay at Sea Winds 504. When we arrived, the shade in the family room was broken but they came and fied it the first day. We also were without wifi/internet/cable for the first 4 days but that was fixed eventually. The beds are comfortable. Pleas enote that the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, not a twin and queen. I originally reached out and was told it was a queen and twin. However, the pull out couch was pretty comfortable according to my kids. Overall, we were super happy with our stay in 504. The decor is nice, had anything you needed for a kitchen, the views were beautiful. Plus, by being at the south end of the beach, it is less crowded. We loved it! The sun sets were divine from the patio everynight. We loved watching the dolphins swim in the ocean daily. Would hav eloved a table in the kitchen to utilize the space more but really- it was awesome! The beach chairs aren't in the best shape so just know there are not 4 Tommy Bahama chairs. There is only 1. There were 6 beach towels in the condo as well. We also loved that is had a starter amount of soaps, toilet paper- nice and helpful. The property cmanangement company was resonsive and super helpful. We will be renting again - loved the location and all that Sea View had to offer. Well maintained. Our only wish is that there were grills down by the pool- cooking fish in the kitchedn condo is risky considering if the fire alarms go off its a $500 fine from Marco if they have to come out, lol. Grills would defintely attract more people to stay there. 504 is is great for 4-5 people at the most. We had 5 people and it was enough space but there needs to be more smart storage in closets for guests. I would recommend this condo- has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and comforatable:) Thank you for the meomorabel family vacation!!!! It was fantastic!

Awesome View

Beautiful full view of ocean and beach. Lanai has shade in morning but sun in the afternoon and evening for sunset watching. Management was responsive to issues and provided some initial supplies. Master bath is a nice size. Washer and dryer in condo are a big plus (washer is top load wringer style). As noted on check in instructions, building management leaves at 4pm so if you cannot arrive between 3pm and 4pm make arrangements in advance for building access. Instructions for Wifi are not in condo so be sure to download the hospitality app so you can access Wifi instructions. Instructions for operating appliances such as coffee maker and heater on lanai were found on YouTube.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo! Great views! Very clean, beds were very comfortable. Had enough supplies in the kitchen. Only issue was one of the elevators broke down day of arrival which was not good when everyone is bringing all of their belongings in at the same time. It was eventually fixed by end of day. We did have another issue with the key for our storage unit but it was quickly resolved by the Management company.

Beautiful as pictured!

The condo is gorgeous! The waterfront balcony is amazing hearing the waves day and night and the sunsets are a show every evening. Must stay on the water if you go to Marco! The pool is small but clean with plenty of seats. Kids loved the beach more! The beach is very clean. Lots of extra toys and chairs in the storage closet that were unexpected but appreciated! The little cooler is nice too! Would be nice if the bedrooms had clocks to know what time it is. We did not rent a car but worked out fine. We used shipt to have groceries delivered and it was easy. We walked to dinner at night a few nights and uber the others. We had a small issue with the internet and TV and the property manager came out right away and fixed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved this unit

We had a great stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. We have stayed at Sea Winds before and much prefer this unit to the previous unit. It was very clean and had an updated feel. Pros: Great views (dolphins playing at sunset), master bed access to the patio, very clean, south end location of the island is less busy (and preferable for us), pool and hot tub areas always had seats and weren’t too crowded, elevators were never busy but the unit is also only in the 5th floor so stairs can be used pretty easily, great property managers that respond quickly, easy check in and check out, laundry in unit, super comfy beds Con: not much storage for clothes regarding dressers (but there were decent sized closets that some organizes could be used to help), the beach storage unit for chairs/umbrella was pretty crowded with some broken items (it could definitely use a declutter). As an FYI, The property managers addressed a couple broken items very promptly after being reported to them though and offered to reimburse us. They probably were not aware or the people before us broke them and didn’t report. The cons were very minimal and would not deter us in staying again.

It's a small space with just a little room to walk around the beds in the bedrooms. Unfortunately the deck furniture is the cheapest and most uncomfortable possible which is significant because this is where we spent most of our time while in the condo. After booking through VRBO, we received another charge of $191 from The Holiday Life which was an unadvertised and unexpected charge. Everything in the condo worked properly and it was super clean when we arrived.
