Family getaway of 4. Pros: * excellent location!! Easy short walk to restaurants, stores and bars and the beach! Market was 2 blocks away if you forget anything. * house was spacious with 4 of us, plenty of room * allowed pets so we were able to bring our dog on vacay with us!* everything in the house was clean* good size beds in the house. 2 king beds and 4 full beds * small balcony and shared space in the back to sit outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air* helped a lot to have a washer and dryer available * plenty of beach towels and chairs!! Less things to packCons:* construction going on in the unit next door all week* house is really a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. One room upstairs is in a loft that they added doors but lacked privacy. The sound carries throughout the house and we heard every peep including our dog snoring at night. * the house can sleep 12 but there wasn’t enough silverware and bowls for the 4 of us. We had to wash dishes every day. * the house came with dish soap but no other basic cleaning products for us to clean up after ourselves. I had to go buy Clorox wipes I’ve stayed in a number of VRBOs over the years and this is gets 5 stars for location and communication with the owner. Checked in on us and gave clear check in and check out (basically nothing to be done!) instructions. But overall the house lacked a number of basic essentials that would’ve made our stay much better.
