Con la cálida brisa caribeña, las impresionantes vistas del arrecife sin fin, has llegado al paraíso.

El condominio está aislado, ubicado justo al sur de la ciudad en un complejo boutique de 10 unidades. Aproximadamente 1. 5 millas al sur de la ciudad de San Pedro o un corto carrito de golf o en bicicleta. También tiene acceso a dos restaurantes y una tienda de conveniencia con el bloque.

La amplia sala de estar tiene el techo de la catedral, lo que brinda una sensación de amplitud, amplitud y amplitud. La vista al mar sin obstáculos desde nuestra unidad del piso superior no tiene paralelo.

Lovely stay

We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Ezequiel was very helpful during our stay. Great communication all around. We loved the peacefulness of the area and the comfortable apartment. Well maintained property. For some reason the mosquitos are particularly brutal here and they like to hang out at the top of the stairwell. Bring bug spray!

Wonderful Condo - Wonderful Caye!

We had a wonderful nearly two-week stay at this beautiful condo. Situated south of the hustle and bustle of San Pedro, it was still close to everything but peacefully quiet. Most of the time, all you can hear is the surf and the palm fronds blowing in the breeze. There is a palapa (tiki hut) at the end of the dock that is a PERFECT location to read. Or sun bathe, if you're into that sort of thing. The condo was very well appointed and was perfect for two couples. It's a thirty-second walk to the Black Orchid, one of the best restaurants on the Caye. And about the same distance to the Lone Star Grill. And don't miss Robin's Kitchen - a short golf cart ride to the north - for AMAZING jerk chicken. We had a wonderful stay and can't recommend this place highly enough!

We loved the condo it had everything we needed was clean the management was great. We had so much fun in San Pedro loved the people and the food. The Lone Star restaurant was outstanding highly recommend. Only problem we had is our golf cart we rented, the headlights stop working and they were suppose to come and fix them but they didn’t show up . So we couldn’t us it at night time.

Amazing property and five star management

My wife, 10-year-old-son and I stayed in unit 5 for 11 nights. The place is clean, modern and spacious with spectacular views of the water. The A/C went down one morning and they had a guy there to fix it in just a few hours. My son and I had a cold the first few days but being cooped up in unit 5 made recovery comfortable, plenty of lounge space and good TV service. Also the kitchen is very well fitted with all the creature comforts and utensils needed to cook any meal or blend a cocktail. I left behind a drawer full of clothes when we checked out.The management company collected those and shipped them on a local flight so they were waiting for me at the Airport in belize. No charge! Plus, Michelle was in contact xmas eve and xmas day (our travel day) to be sure everything was taken care of. Can't say enough about the 'local' management. Location, about 2 miles south of san pedro, you will need a golf cart which puts you 10 min or so from downtown. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and groceries between the condo and downtown. Also within walking distance there are 3 restaurants, a small grocery and some beachside bars, very convenient and a safe area.

Awesome Vacation. We'll be back!!

What a wonderful place to stay. We truly enjoyed our stay here at Miramar. We had two couples and there was plenty of privacy and space for all. We enjoyed time at the end of the pier as well as coffee on the deck in the mornings. The onshore breeze was delightful and kept us cool and comfortable. We had a great time on various excursions to Hol Chan, Mexican Rocks, Caye Caulker, Secret Beach and finding lots of places to eat and drink in town. We will be back!

San Pedro Visit

Very nice condo with amenities of pool and oceanfront. Owners were very responsive and we appreciated them coordinating golf cart and taxi service for us. The island was a bit different than expected, as there is not really much of a beach front as we are used to to go into the water. There is a private dock and you can go in through the dock, but not as clear as one would expect. This area is a haven for divers though.......lots of great restaurants to choose from and we felt very safe everywhere we went. Neighbors in this condo unit were very friendly and made us feel so welcome.

Couldn't have asked for a better place.

Stayed at this condo with 3 girl friends and we were very comfortable. Although the weather was cloudy during most of our stay, we had a nice view and took advantage of the dock where we did morning yoga. We did a snorkeling excursion with Lil Alphonse (who was great btw. Very informative) and he picked us up at our dock, which was super convenient. I was worried at first that we would be super far from the city center but it turned out to be just fine on golf cart. We had a lot of fun driving around at night time. On our last day, it rained all day so it was nice that there were highly rated restaurants right behind our Villa. We meant to try The Lone Star but ended up at the Black Orchid by mistake- and their food was amazing! David, Susan, and Michele were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and requests. They made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. If I ever come back to San Pedro, I would book this villa again in a heartbeat. My only note is that the bed in the guest bedroom was noisy and moved when I adjusted my sleeping position. Otherwise, I would've gotten dibs on the master bedroom that seems to have had memory foam mattress.

Incredible stay!

My husband and I stayed at the spacious Miramar villa and were thoroughly impressed from the second we walked in! The size and condition of the villa was perfect for us and could have easily fit more people with the second bedroom and pullout couch. We spent most mornings at the pool and were the only guests using the pool the entire time which was incredible. The balcony provided a stunning view as well. We rented a golf cart and couldn't imagine not having one during our stay. We enjoyed having the villa south of town in a quieter area and the golf cart made for easy access to town. The owners were incredibly responsive leading up to the trip and while we were down there, we were so thankful for them! Overall, it's an incredible property and a great place to stay on the island. We will definitely be back!

The view and general condition of the facility was topnotch!

We decided to come to Belize because our son was having a Destination Wedding Celebration. This facility was close to the area where the remainder of our party was staying.The facility and grounds were meticulously kept, even down to raking the sand each day! We didn't know much about Belize, prior to arrival, but found but found the locals to be very friendly and helpful. I would say the the only drawback was the condition of the main traveled roads as they were very rough. Our recommendation to future visitor's would be to rent a Golf Cart, so you can explore the island and move around it on your time. We had a group of 24 people here for the wedding and no complaints were uttered by anyone. We shall return!

Waited too long!

I waited too long to come down and experience San Pedro Belize. The condo was well above my expectations. The rooms were bigger than mine at home and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was picturesque and the sunrises were great to see from that level. If the weather gets hots you can be assured the central air conditioning, and 3 ceiling fans will cool you down. Additionally the master bedroom has its own air conditioning unit that operates with a remote so you don't even have to get up to cool down in the middle of the night. We actually had to turn off the cold regularly because it was so efficient. The private dock and palapa are a great place to relax and have a nice drink while watching the sunset or the boats going by. We were lucky enough to meet a local spear fisherman who brought fresh lobster, stone crabs, snapper and conch right to the dock. We were able to cook both indoors and on a community grill right next to the pool. The onsite property maintenance man was able to secure us sea kayaks to paddle around inside the reef. And having the fishing and scuba companies pick us up at the dock made it quite convenient. Getting into town is a breeze as well, local taxis, rented golf carts and even bicycles all make the short trip easy. I suggest renting a golf cart to explore the island on your own pace. I just got home early this morning and I'm already checking availability for this unit for my next trip soon!

Excellent view, value, and fun!

Hello, I rented the 3rd floor villa during the month of July. There are so many activities nearby. One of my favorite was snorkeling. The private dock was perfect for them to pick us up on. I really enjoyed the property. A golf cart is needed to get around town and fun to drive. The property looks just like the pictures, is comfortable, has wifi and cable, excellent views, and a working AC. We will be back, soon.

This place was absolutely breathtaking! Has your own balcony to enjoy the sunrises and scenic view of your own beach, dock and palapa! A very beautiful, updates 2 bedroom condo with everything you may need, including washer and dryer! Very clean and maintained! The neighbors are very friendly and helpful for any questions you may have, including everyone else in the beautiful town!!! I will definitely be back and stay at Miramar! What an amazing experience!

This condo was nothing but perfect! Beautiful views and living space! You have your own beach and dock and not to mention a beautiful infinity pool!!! The view from your balcony is unforgettable! We just recently traveled to Belize for the first time and just had the best experience!! Starting with our unbelievable condo at Miramar Villas!! We had our own pool, beach, dock, and so much space to comfortably hold 6 people. Such friendly neighbors that are more then helpful if you have any questions on the area. I would highly recommend this condo for any type of vacation!!! Beautiful!!!

Awesome spot!!

I stayed at the The Miramar for a week and had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was beautiful, clean and had all accommodations needed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the pool was awesome. The condo fit 7 of us very comfortably. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo on Ambergris Cay!

We just stayed at Miramar 5 for 5 days and it was awesome. The place was very well appointed and comfortable. It was out of the main town just enough to be close but have our quiet. There is a great dock to hang out on and if you book diving or snorkeling trips they will pick you up there. They had satelite TV, AC and the place was very well stocked to get us started. There is also a beautiful infinity pool to relax in. Rent a golf cart so you can travel around the island easily. We will definitely be back!

Amazing is the only word to describe this!

The condo is amazing and is set right on the beach with a pier just steps away. The view is breathtaking. There is also an amazing pool that is literally in the sand on the beach. As gorgeous and nice as I was expecting Miramar to be, it was even better. The condo is roomy and easily accommodated our stay. I liked having a full kitchen with every utensil you could possibly need. It really helped cut our cost down when we were able to cook meals. The only negative part was having to leave! I can't wait to plan my next trip to Belize and to Miramar! All of the neighbors at Miramar were also great! Very friendly!

Amazing Getaway!

I recently went to Belize for the very first time & I must say that staying at Miramar made my experience phenomenal. The condo is very spacious and cozy. Not only is the property right on the beach (with an amazing view) there is also a pool, a small parking lot for the golf carts (which I highly recommend renting), and a wonderful deck. There is nothing like going home to air conditioning, a spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and extremely comfortable beds. Miramar is just a golf cart ride away from the town center and close to grocery stores, bars/ restaurants, and a yoga studio. I highly recommend staying here for a family getaway, girls trip, and families with children. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Vacay!

I had such a great experience during my stay here. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and great for preparing food so you don't have to eat out for every meal (but the local fare is delicious too!!). The beds are all super comfy, so I was able to get a good night's sleep each night. The location is just south of town, so it's nice and peaceful and a short golf cart ride away from restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The dock and palapa are perfect for watching the sunset or getting picked up directly to go snorkeling. Belize is absolutely beautiful, and this location was perfect for enjoying all it has to offer. I'll be back for sure.

We had a beautiful week!

My husband and I stayed the week of February 4th through the 11th. Aside from the fact that the oven did not work all week and there was no hot water on several different occasions, we had a great vacation. The condo is everything that is advertised. A few suggestions to the owners would be to get some large plastic cups for the pool area, trudging up all the stairs to refresh a beverage was inconvenient to say the least and the pillows on the bed need to be replaced. This was our third trip to San Pedro and we will definitely be back again. Met some very nice people living in the building.

Nice Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Miramar Villas. The unit was clean and provided us almost everything we needed, except for dishwasher soap...I sure didn't want to hand wash dishes on my vacation! Great to have a washer and dryer. The gal from the property management company was responsive and quickly addressed our questions and needs! The unit was only about a 10-15 minute golf cart ride into San Pedro. The bad thing was that for at least a mile or so the road is unpaved and VERY bumpy, which made for a slower ride. The unit is also close to Banyan Bay Villas which is where the Belize Pro Dive Shop has their office so that was very convenient for us. Overall, very good experience!

WOW !

We came to visit Belize for the first time and stayed at this property. We could not have been more pleased. The property is well maintained, air conditioned, pool on-site accompanied by ocean-side views and access. The property is on 3rd floor where there in an incredible view and since there are no other condos above this one it is quite private and quiet. It is like a home away from home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and drier, a full kitchen and full amenities. The pull-out couch was very comfortable with a memory-foam mattress for guests to sleep on as well. Would recommend renting a golf-cart or bicycles to arrive at the property, it is a small distance out of town and either of these would make transport easier. Would highly recommend this spot for families, friends or travelers staying in the area!

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!! What an incredible place! We have stayed in several places on San Pedro and this is by far the best. We arrived a little later than expected with no worries. The keys were on the counter along with a pre-paid cell phone if needed. And the A/C was on also. (Nice) The condo was very spacious and roomy with full kitchen w/dishwasher AND full size washer and dryer (A must have with kids) The master suite has it own bathroom also. There are two restaurants with in 30-40 yards of the villas also. One was a little expensive for what was offered the other very reasonable. It is located south of town, which for us was nice. It is very peaceful,quiet and private with beachfront views which are spectacular from the balcony with sunrise coffee. There is no daily maid service which is also a plus because you don't have to be rushed to be up and around for the cleaning service. The unit is on the third floor with no elevator but this is a good thing, the higher up you go the better the breeze!!!!! The pool and pier were very refreshing and shaded to get away from the sun and just relaxing after a day of shopping,fishing and or diving. We didn't have to worry about the street vendors and hustlers while sitting at the pool like we have at other places closer to town. The Fishing Guides and Dive companies will pick you up and drop you off at the pier!!! We saw several Sting Rays one evening while enjoying adult beverages on the pier also. We are already planning our trip for next year and will definitely plan our dates around availability for this place. I simply cannot say enough about it! Excellent location!

We arrived in San Pedro for the first time not knowing what to expect, however when we were introduced to Miramar we knew that it would be a wonderful trip! Not far from the center of town, Miramar is right on the beach with beautiful reef view. The condo was clean, cosy, and had all of the amenities needed or wanted for a trip. It was a great home base after days of adventuring around the island. We hope to return to San Pedro soon and will definitely strive to stay at Miramar once again!

We found our paradise! The warm water, the consistent gentle breezes, the incredible diving and fishing combined with the generosity of the Belizian people convinced us that this is the place for us.
Gary and Susan have been married for 34 years and enjoy extensive outdoor activities including skiing, rafting, sailing, scuba diving and mountain climbing. We've traveled extensively throughout our lives. If you want to see a great slice of the Caribean, you should go to Ambergris Caye.

We felt Miramar Villas was the perfect distance from town to give us that secluded feeling, yet we are still close to everything San Pedro has to offer. The building is well kept up, the ocean views unparalled. We enjoy being picked up at the end of our dock when going diving, fishing and snorkeling.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love looking out at the incredible views while making coffee in the morning, then enjoying the locally grown coffee on the balcony while listening to the songbirds and feeling the gentle Caribean breeze. This is the perfect place to balance between being active and relaxing.
