Este es el lugar perfecto para que una familia o un grupo de amigos disfruten de sus vacaciones llenas de diversión bajo el sol, aventuras y disfrutando de todas las bellezas que el estilo de vida de la isla tiene para ofrecer. Hay dos grandes patios que ofrecen diferentes vistas, uno es del impresionante Mar Caribe que tiene hermosos amaneceres y el otro es con vistas a la laguna para disfrutar de impresionantes puestas de sol.

El condominio cuenta con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños completos, vestidores, un sofá cama que ofrece otra opción para dormir más allá de las 2 habitaciones, ¡así que traiga a toda la pandilla y disfrute de la diversión tropical! La sala de estar, comedor y cocina de concepto abierto es espaciosa y acogedora, invitando a todos a relajarse y descansar. Te encantará preparar una taza de café recién hecho o disfrutar de una copa fría de ron en el patio disfrutando de las vistas frente al mar.

Great location and space

The condo was a perfect distance from town. We could walk to restaurants along the shore. It was clean and well maintained. Lori was very helpful from airport pickup and return and any needs at the condo. We would highly recommend.

Spacious unit in a quiet location

Located approximately 1km north of The Truck Stop. The unit is very spacious with a large dining and living room. Nice deck for watching the sun and moon rise.Nice pool quiet pool with plenty of deck chairs and the neighbouring condo has done a nice job of clearing the beach for wading in or swimming off the dock.

Nice quiet location but close to all amentities!

It was a nice enjoyable place! The condo was nice and it was a big benefit to have a pool that you could relax in at the end of the day. It is just a minute north of the Grand Caribe resort so close to many of the restaurants and bars. The staff were accommodating and friendly!

Beautiful Belize

We had an amazing time in Belize and our condo was perfect. We loved the views of the ocean and pool from our balcony. The condo was very clean and comfortable and Lori and Jim were so helpful. Lots of nice places to eat near the condo, some within walking distance along the beach. We highly recommend this condo and enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay at a beautiful home footsteps from the beach

We couldn't have wished for a better vacation. Everything was super easy and well planned, communication a breeze before and during our stay with Lori and we felt right at home at Kelly's beautiful condo. Everything we needed was at hand and the place is stunning with the beach just footsteps away. Kelly and Lori helped us book trips that exceeded our expectations. We couldn't recommend a stay at Kelly's condo more and hope to return soon - a week was too short! Thanks for everything! :)

Wonderful safe relaxing condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We may have missed it was 3rd floor stairs but we were still ok. Beautiful view from our balcony. Condo manager was very efficient and on hand with information, friendly helpful. My only concern was I didn't always get a response so I wasn't sure if she got my texts - even though she did and handled everything. Would rent from them again for sure.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at this condo! Its definitely everything the photos show and more. Super clean, very comfy with great A/C and you'll never want to leave the patio view. Pool is perfect, and Lori and Seleni were fabulous hosts making the whole process very easy. We highly recommend it, you wont be disappointed!

Fantastic

From beginning to end, this was a wonderful trip. The property was beautiful with fabulous views. Lori and Jim were wonderful hosts from picking us up at the airport, booking out golf cart and tropic air flight, answering our many questions, and getting us and our luggage back to the airport. The pool was wonderful too, never busy. Usually just us. We loved this place and will be back.

We chose this location based on reviews, and everything about it was perfect for us. Extremely clean inside and outside, very safe a guard walked around at night, great pool, 15 min golf cart ride to town, great lil bar/food right next door, quiet at night, patio looks out at ocean with amazing sunrise. We're definitely coming back. Lori spent alot of time w me on call, so easy to communicate with, so grateful for their help getting to and from airport, setting up golf cart and helping us with excursions. Perfect hosts. Trust whatever they say, they were spot on.

Lori was a great hostess, we loved San Pedro and the condo was great. Lori booked our Tropic air flights to and from Belize city, booked the golf cart rental and greeted us when we arrived to the condo. Her husband picked us up at the airport. The condo had shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, spices, water, and so much more. It was reassuring having Lori nearby for the week in case we needed anything.Lori recommended a fantastic tour guide. We spent two days with Captain Jodi‘s Tours. We had an amazing snorkel experience and swam with the friendly nurse sharks. Another day we went fishing and had a beach barbecue, where Jodi prepared the fresh fish, ceviche, potatoes, rice and beans on the beach. We spent a lot of time touring the island on our golf cart rental. We ate local food and chatted a lot with the locals. We drove to Secret Beach twice where we enjoyed drinks, swimming and music. San Pedro felt very safe. 😊

Beautiful and relaxing!

My friend and I enjoyed 10 days here. Lori and Jim were so helpful. (I had read reviews that talked about how great the hosts were, and that was one of the main reasons I chose Oceanaire... I'm happy to say the review were not misleading!) Lori helped us with restaurant selections, tour suggestions, and came to our rescue when our golf cart broke down. She was quick to answer all of our questions. The condo was beautiful, and the views were awesome. I spent almost every waking minute either at the beach or sitting on the balcony, enjoying the views of the ocean. We did go down to the pool a couple times, which we had all to ourselves. We didn't spend much time in the town of San Pedro itself (the condo is a little north of town). But there were plenty of places to eat nearby, so we didn't feel we missed anything by not going into town. When we return to Ambergris Caye, we'll definitely book at Oceanaire again!

Well-appointed condo, good location

We had a great week at OceanAire! This unit was very clean and well-appointed, just as pictured. It is a 3rd floor condo (stairs only) but that also meant good views, especially from the large balcony. The beds were comfortable. The (small) complex is in a quiet area and has a nice private pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Lori was always helpful and very responsive; definitely take advantage of her help booking (and re-booking, as was the case for us due to travel delays) TropicAir flights and golf cart (Jim meeting us at the airport and helping with getting luggage to/from the condo was also very convenient and a great help). Early on, we had some issues with the AC and Lori was able to get repairmen onsite and help source/replace the needed part as quickly as possible. We were kept well-informed throughout that process, as well as in advance of/preparation for an island-wide power outage (which just made for a great day to ferry over to Caye Caulker) and what places would still be open in San Pedro. Would definitely recommend!

Slice of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Oceanaire #6. It was our first (and definitely now our last) trip to Belize. Lori and Selena were phenomenal and made everything about this trip go smoothly. Definitely take them up on booking your golf cart and arranging excursions. They know the best services to use and coordinate drop off and pick up. The condo itself is immaculate and has all the essentials needed for an enjoyable stay. We fell in love immediately when we walked in and saw the the amazing view. The online pictures don't do it justice. It's perfectly located to experience all of Ambergris Caye via golf cart. You will feel like home in no time. The only minor thing I'd add is light block curtains in the master bedroom...again...minor but for those who like to sleep late they'd help. Must do's: Secret Beach, as much snorkeling as you can, parasailing, dining at Ahi, Rain, and Aqua. And when you come home hot and exhausted...jump in the pool which is super clean and refreshing. I truly can't say enough about this location. We look forward to returning.

Wow - great place

First - Lori and Jim are so wonderful to work with! He met us at the airport, checked us in, even dropped us off. They also arranged a golf cart for us. Lori was immediate in all communication. Wonderful - kind - people! The unit is simply excellent for 2 couples. Well appointed with cooking supplies, linens, towels etc. (So we did a lot of our own cooking in the evenings.) Nice mattress beds, everything clean and neat. Pool and grounds very clean and neat by maint. Don't be afraid of the location! It is 2.5 miles north (if I remember right) of San Pedro airport. But this places you exactly where you want to be. Any farther north, its too sparse of of things like good restraunts and 'golf cart commuting' is a hassle. The south end down by the Marriott; this area is way-way too far south, making it difficult to even go out to dinner or go to Secret Beach. So their location is perfect, and out of the busy noises of the city. Our best advice....don't rent a place 'in' the city, its very noisy and dirty. Our next advice - go down to the boats by the gas station around 9 am. You can buy fresh fish and (in season) lobster, directly from them. (and they will clean them for you) Its a great break from the restaurants. Next - you CAN arrange for tour excursions to pick you up on this dock. It saves a lot of running around. Restaurants: Ali - very good, expensive, handy; PUR - great tacos and the best key lime pie; Secret beach - the wings are smoked; El Fogon - great for local food tasting and family; Bon Appetite - don't waste your money; Truck Stop- expensive for what you get- but is good for the first day or two until you get familar with things; Farm House - best rotessiere chicken and veggies- and fresh crossiants.

Super condo

Très beau condo, propreté impeccable et vue magnifique sur la mer. Lori est une hôtesse dévouée et disponible, elle contribue à rendre notre séjour des plus agréable. Cependant, cet endroit N'EST PAS pour les nageurs, ni dans la piscine qui est petite, ni dans la mer où il n'y a pas d'accès. Le snorkeling ou la plongée se font via des expéditions par bateaux qui sont coûteuses.
