Dos habitaciones con altillo. Casa rural completamente rehecha. Dos baños uno arriba uno abajo. Nuevos paneles de yeso, pisos, plomería, electricidad, todo ello en conformidad con el código. Amplio dormitorio con cama King de California, televisor de 32 pulgadas. Área de loft con reina privada y semi privada doble. Reina en el dormitorio del primer piso con TV de 32 pulgadas.

Lavamos toda la ropa de cama después de cada estancia. Nos enorgullecemos de nuestra limpieza.

Televisor de 40 pulgadas en salón. Cable e internet inalámbrico.

Sólo 3 millas o 5 minutos. a las dunas de arena de Silver Lake !!

We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was very nice with lots of room, everything in the house was clean and in good condition Good wifi and lots of yard space for playing and parking.

Perfect house for a Michigan Beach get-away!

We enjoyed staying at this house during our trip to Michigan. It was in a perfect location for visiting the dunes, beach, and shopping.

Weekend get away..

A Great place to stay close to Silver lakes Sand Dunes. Super clean and comfy beds. Lots of room and a Large yard with grill and fire pit. Would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect spot!!

Absolutely perfect spot being not too far from the dunes, Luddington, and even Pentwater! The property manager was very communicative and nice, and we absolutely enjoyed the stay!! Will deffinately consider staying here again.

Weekend stay

If you plan on cooking and eating in, the kitchen could be better supplied. Location to Silver Lake area was really nice.

House is very clean and updated. We had an amazing fire woth firewood going at all tumes,.

Went for trail riding. Nice parking room and getting in and out with trailer. Home was nice, clean and beds were comfortable. Nice location.

Perfect for a visit to the dunes!

Property was perfect for a Dunes visit with my son and nephew. Location is great, house was very clean and had everything we needed. Property owner’s were great! We’d stay here again next time back up this way if it is available.

Great summer excursion !

Great location, quiet neighborhood, Ken is a great host. Pentwater for brown Bear and the antler for food and drinks Mac woods dune ride tours , sand box for sand boarding rentals, wave club for waverunner rentals, fish boil at the cherry point farm and market, big hart brewery , fun fun fun !!

Mears location

Mr. Ladd was an amazing host who made sure our stay was enjoyable! The house is amazing and we plan to book it again! Plenty of space for 6. Inside and outside seating. Large yard for dune "toys" and vehicles.

Pleasant rental experience, close to attractions. Would be plenty of room for two couples and some kids. Large yard and parking area.

Dunes Vacation

Ken’s place was clean, beds were comfy. Enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood and being able to walk to a breakfast place. Great communication with Ken. Quick 12 minute drive to Silver Lake. The Dunes were amazing and mesmerizing. Enjoyed our tour of the Dunes. The Lighthouse Climb was worth it! Great views.
