Great townhouse! Spacious and homey at the same time. Excellent location within a close walk to Fulton Market and its restaurants/bars. Close to CTA station at Grand. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place and great location

The place is located very close to the Fulton Market area and all its restaurants. It is an excellent size for a large group like we had, and the place was super comfortable. Great skyline view from the rooftop deck.

Amazing Stay!

We had such a great time celebrating my friend's bachelor party at this property. It fit all 13 of us comfortably. The house was very clean, the location was amazing, and communication with Sarah was great. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean home in a great area.

Marathon Weekend

This property was absolutely beautiful!!! It was so clean and so well decorated. The beds and bedding were very luxurious. The linens were amazing. The owner was wonderful she reached out a few days before just to check in with us. There was 8 of us staying there and we had plenty of space.

40th Girls Weekend Getaway

We absolutely had the best time! There was enough space for all 12 of us and we really enjoyed the space and location. Thank you so much! Communication was wonderful with the owner and we really had the greatest time because this house was exceptional!

Great space

Loved our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The only complaint is the first image of the balcony view is outdated - there's now a new high rise under construction that blocks that whole view of downtown. But the interior of the space was lovely and just what we expected.

Superb!

The best stay ever! We had our daughter’s wedding this weekend, and Sarah did everything to make it amazing for us. Helping is with check in and check out timings, a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast and spices. Multiple levels giving privacy and space. And such esthetic decor, that we enjoyed it all! Thank you and we hope to be back!

Great family times

We were in Chicago for a family wedding — three couples and our two grandchildren under 2. The place was perfect for our needs and the location was ideal. Having the garage was an extra bonus and not common. The towels and bedding were luxurious, the kitchen well stocked, and our host Sarah was so kind and accommodating of our arrival/ departure times. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

The property was immaculate and luxurious. The art was great, kitchen stocked well, had all the extras you could think of (including water and chocolates by each bed), location fantastic and the property manager very responsive. She gave us great restaurant suggestions and responded quickly to any questions or needs. We loved the rooftop deck with view! There are lots of stairs but there is a room on the ground floor for anyone who struggles. We had a great girls weekend with 8 people and never felt cramped.

The host was absolutely wonderful! She made sure we were well-informed and she communicated with us when needed. We were incredibly thankful to have a clean, secure place to stay during our trip. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the lights didn't work everywhere. The bulbs were burnt out in quite a few rooms, stairways (this made it challenging to see at night), and the outdoor spaces. We LOVED having the garage, but would have benefited from a garage door opener available. Also, the rental description should note that parking directly in front of the property is permit-only. Overall, the property is lovely, and the host was terrific.

Very good property and located in walking distance to many area establishments. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick with response. We only had 4 of us but house is capable of hosting larger groups. It is close to train tracks so bring a sound machine if your a light sleeper. Expected for any city travel. The garage parking was great so we didn't have to leave vehicle on the street.

The Great Thanksgiving

The house and surrounding area was fantastic. We had a wonderful thanksgiving and enjoyed several amenities in the area including the Kris Kringle Market, the Bean, and many restaurants. The house accommodations were great and very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again.
