"Royal Palms 503 está ubicado en 561 East Beach Boulevard en la hermosa Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Creemos que necesita un poco de vitamina mar y este condominio frente al mar de una habitación y dos baños es la respuesta. Con una cama queen size en la suite principal, literas en el pasillo y un sofá cama en la sala de estar, hay mucho espacio para acomodar hasta 6 personas. Una cocina totalmente equipada hace que disfrutar de las comidas en una brisa. ¡Sentirá una relajación total cuando pase un momento de calidad en su balcón privado sumergiéndose en todas las vistas y sonidos del Golfo de México! Hay 2 televisores, un reproductor de DVD y WiFi de alta velocidad para mantenerlo conectado durante sus vacaciones. Una lavadora y secadora y se encuentra en la unidad para su comodidad.

Royal Palms es una hermosa propiedad con muchas excelentes comodidades. Con su ubicación frente al golfo, tendrás fácil acceso a las playas de arena blanca de Gulf Shores todos los días. Hay una piscina interior y otra exterior, sala de ejercicios, sala de vapor y sauna. Esta propiedad se encuentra cerca de los 1540 pies. Love it!

This is our 3rd time staying in the Royal Palms and each time has been wonderful! This condo was clean, and the view from that balcony was beautiful. The only thing I think they should upgrade is the king sized bed- a little lumpy, but other than that, great condo for that price point! Will stay here again.

Perfect location

This is a the perfect location for an incredible view and beach access! We really loved the fact that the Royal Palms property is on the "end" of a long line of condos and hotels. We just walked diwn the boardwalk and turned left and enjoyed a long stretch of beach between Royal Palms and The Gulf State Park Pier! We relaxed on the beach, looked for shells(my favorite activity), and walked in the sand with the ocean washing up on our feet! The condo is well stocked and comfortable and very beautifully decorated! I will definitely book at Royal Palms again!

Overall, it was great!

Check-in & out process was easy. Other guests/residents at the condo were friendly. Location & view from balcony were amazing. The unit could be a little cleaner though. Our son found a used dry shampoo bottle in one of the bunk beds (which makes me wonder if the sheets were even washed), and there was pink soap scum in the shower.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our time at Gulf Shores in Royal Palms 503. We had six people in this condo which was a bit tight, but worked for the small amounts of time we were in it. Ocean view was beautiful...saw dolphins every morning and evening.

Enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms

I stayed with my husband and children for 4 nights. My boys had a blast and enjoyed the views from the balcony. We loved the convenience of the beach access. We also enjoyed our time at the pool. The kids liked that they had the option of the indoor or out door pool. My only suggestion would be since covered parking was an amenity it would be nice to have a larger covered parking area as there was not always a spot available for covered parking with as many guest was occupying the facilitiy. Overall great stay and we would love to stay again in the future.

Love the location

The location was perfect. It is on the less crowded side of the beach with plenty of room. There was a nice beach vendor that rented chairs and umbrellas. We loved that it was next door to the state park. We brought our bikes and rode many miles on the trails. we also rode to everything else like dinner. The condo was clean and very cozy for my husband and I. The only reason I didn't give the cleanliness 5 stars was that I don't think they regularly mop the floors. My feet were black from walking barefoot.

Wonderful Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms. The unit in which we stayed was clean and well-maintained and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We also were impressed by the indoor pool and spa both of which we used each day. The property is the last one before the pier and that makes for some beautiful photos in the morning and evening. The proximity to numerous restaurants in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is a plus. We only had one issue (a malfunctioning lock on the door) but within twenty minutes of reporting it the issue was fixed. We are already planning on returning at a future date.

Last minute find

Being that we already had a trip booked and paid for through Flipkey that we were told at the last minute we didn’t have and would need to make other arrangements, this place was a lifesaver. First of all, HUGE shout out to the ladies of Bender Realty because the were HELPFUL & AMAZING!! We traveled over ten hours to be told our first condo was no longer available (did get refunded) and we found this place. Secondly, new condo was in a great area. It’s at the east end of Gulf Shores closest to the state park which was nice because not as many people. The ladies let us go ahead and check in a little early because they knew what trouble we had been through. Our family had a wonderful time in the condo, the check in was easy, the location was awesome and even the clean up and check out was convenient. Will definitely use Bender for future trips and highly recommend these folks!!

Simple but yet great for our needs!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute trip for us, so we had very little expectations and preparation to the trip. I took my 3 kids (16,11,2) for a "get out of the cold" vacation. We stayed for 4 nights between Christmas through New Years & were pleasantly surprised by the weather. The best thing about this cute little condo for us was the location. We loved having easy access to the pier and the low crowds due to the state park made it very peaceful. No obstructed views here & that part was lovely. The indoor pool and hot tub (VERY hot and almost unable to get in it) made a nice addition to our wind down routine each night. The layout worked perfectly for us as well. I feel like the kitchen could have had a few more basics available (like a salt shaker and a few coffee filters) mainly for that first day. We didn't overly pack for this trip like most, but I would have loved to have had the ability to make a pot of coffee that first morning before running to the store. I'm not sure I have ever stayed somewhere that didn't have at least the few basic items, but we made due. We expected the unit to be a bit dated due to the pictures, so that part didn't bother us. The beds were very comfy and the shower/water pressure was a plus for the girls :) It could use a good deep clean to target the tile and floors/corners, but again that is something that is to be expected for an older unit. Overall, we would stay here again for a quick getaway! The property manager was wonderful and texted to always make sure we were ok and provided helpful tips for checking and check out, but didn't blow us up :) The trip was simple, stress free, and easily coordinated- so we couldn't ask for much more than that!

Great location. This specific property needs some updates.

We chose this property for the location. Adjacent to the state park but still in Gulf Shores made it convenient but not too crowded. Comparing this property with others in the building and at the same price point, this specific unit is behind in furnishings. The bed was not uncomfortable, but was older. Furniture in the living area was in a similar condition, functional but very worn and dated. Most disappointing was the balcony furniture. It was standard plastic yard furniture. Not very comfortable, stained from mildew, and did not work well in the limited space. The overall property itself was undergoing repairs from the hurricane last fall. This is absolutely understandable, however, the property is advertised with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and steam room. None of those were available during our stay and the property manager should have updated the description to make that clear. Overall, it is a great property and we would definitely stay there again.
