Anniversary week

Absolutely loved this place! It was hard to leave here. Over looking the oven and close to everything you’d like to go to. Will definitely come back but will stay longer next time.

Lovely condo, great view & amenities

Senior couple stayed for 2 weeks in December. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Condo is well furnished and comfortable. Loved the balcony table and chairs, watched dolphins, Blue Angels. Location is very convenient to town activities and the park.

We totally enjoyed our We were able to see dolphins on muktiple occasions from our balcony. It was walkable to the poer and State Park and to shops. stay in 1104

Relaxing week away

The property was clean and well maintained. We most certainly enjoyed our time at the beach. This condo is one of my favorites because of beach location. We will definitely rent again in the future. Thanks!

Spring Break

Unit was very clean. Had everything we needed. It was very convenient to grocery, souvenir shopping and restaurants. Steps from the beach!! Kids loved the indoor pool, as weather was a little chilly. Will definitely be back!!

Everything we expected!

This place was absolutely perfect for my wife and my 2 kids. Beach view was awesome every night and morning. Beach was at clean and great! We had a few nights cut short with some storms but were able to watch the light show on the balcony which was my favorite part. From shell collecting on the beach to crab hunting at night we definitely enjoyed our break from reality and look forward to coming back in the near future. Thank you for the much needed getaway!

Enjoyed the space and the view. Kitchen was lacking a frying pan for making breakfast. Recommend cleaning crew clean the living room ceiling fan blades. We did not use due allergies. Enjoyed and will recommend this for small groups of friends.

Nice place for a family vacation

Overall, nice place to stay and great/clean complex. The owner was great to work with and provided everything we needed to check in. I would recommend this place! Nice outdoor pool, which is fully shaded starting at about 2pm if you want shade. Did not use indoor pool, strong chlorine smell. Nice location within walking distance to the Gulf State Park Pier. As of this post, the Pier is still closed but will be convenient when reopened. Found some great shells on beach in front of complex too! For our family of four, kids 10 and 15, the bunks were a bit small so ended up using the fold out futon instead. A recommendation for the owner would be to consider updating the decor and dishes.

Secluded

Unit was as advertised in the pics and description. Communication from owner and response was very prompt & detailed. The location of the building is at the far east end of Gulf Shores which has its advantages primarily with regards to having space to spread out on the beach. Walking into the shop areas is 3/4 of mile but has sidewalks the entire way so you feel safe. The only downfall we saw with the unit was the fact that the screen on the patio screen door was missing therefore it limited our availability to take in the ocean breezes in lieu of AC.

Amazing location

The location of this property are amazing. ON the beach, near the fun, and not very crowded because of the state park next door. I would recommend this location, hands down. I will say this unit is a little tired. You get 6 worn out and thin towels for showers and the beach. I recommend bringing your own towels. Also, the sheets are pilling but we made it work. The bunk beds and pull out couch were perfect for our kids. And having two bathrooms was also a perk. For the price, I give it 5 stars, I just wish I put more thought into bringing our own towels. I also wish we took sand removal BEFORE walking into the unit more seriously, but isn’t that sign of a great family get away? We will be back :)

The location and pictures are exactly as shown. The condo was clean with most needed items the kitchen. We couldnt have been happier with that. My interaction with tge host more than 5 stars The only small negative is the bed n furnature are showning their age.

Great place to stay for a couple or small family!

We really enjoyed our stay here. You can't go wrong with a beach view from the balcony. The host was also great and made the whole process a breeze. The overall facility was also fantastic, with an indoor and outdoor pool, a short walk to the beach, and covered parking if you were lucky. We definitely recommend if you're looking for a couple's beach getaway or vacation for the family!

This property is very enjoyable for viewing & eating on the balcony, and also viewing the dolphins & seabirds. You can also see the state fishing pier from the balcony. The counter height table & chairs make viewing much more enjoyable.
