Perfect for a family reunion. Great location with many amenities.

Everything was provided. We were next door to a main house for our reunion.We never used the Jacuzzi or outside firepit, but we were close to the beach and had a great view.The garage had a ping pong table and a Wii that we used our last night. Even though chilly outside, the garage was comfortable and had a bathroom.

Property was great except when lawn people showed up next door and one guy decided to pee in the bushes and bared all of his body parts. Gross kind of ruined time spent on patio

Quick getaway

This house was perfect and had everything that we needed. The layout of it is great! The only thing I would change is have someone look at the hot tub. It wouldn’t heat more than 99. Other than that it was perfect. I would love to stay here again

Great Views In Lincoln City

WOW, open front door to 4 Lrg windows overlooking the Oregon coast, same windows don't open. Sun protectors were effective on these same Lrg windows. We were 4 adults & 4 children: Grandparents-us, parents-30's & 4 children; 9,7,5 & 1. Ping pong table was a huge hit in the game room, converted garage. We purchased two new paddles (left them)for the p.p. table ones provided didn't work well. Game room was spacious w/cozy Lg couches. The Wii didn't work, 2 of the controllers missing as the rubber protectors were there. 1 device-could not get it to work-DVD movies worked fine. The cornhole boards were not usable, & only 2 bags. The home has LOTS of rooms w/a wonderfully welcoming family room. Lots of games & puzzles; nice while adults prep meals. Lrg dining table much apprciatd. Kitchen well furnished w/Lrg walk-in pantry & plenty of cabinets. The refrigerator a bit small but worked well. This property sits on a Lrg cliff w/ the only fencing as ropes as seen in photos. Access to beach: 135 VERY steep stairs off of 21st str, so-go other direction, small path between homes. Lots of sm towels provided for beach use. All of the bath towels were EXCEPTIONAL & all bathrooms were clean. Fire pit was fun & lots of blankets avail for sunsets. Above ground spa was enjoyed. Things we had to provide. Propane for the grill (rough w/check in 4pm), wood for the fire pit. We would stay again but might look for less expensive property first. Thank you, we made great memories.

Very Nice, Needs some detailed cleaning and Maintenance work. Will Return Again.

This home is a very nice and accommodating. Lots of room to spread out. We had a total of 7 staying in the home w/ 3 extra for dinners and games. The house DEFINITELY needs better cleaning. I spent over an hour scrubbing kitchen cabinet doors and handles, door knobs and door frames around the handles because of buildup dirt/grease. With a little elbow grease and soap and water they came out very clean but for what we paid I shouldn't have had to do that. There ABSOLUTELY needs to be more paper products/soap/trash bags. We ran out of all! If a family is renting a house for a week the paper products need to be multiplied to accommodate for each day that you would normally offer for a one night stay X Each day rented. The outdoor areas were very clean and kept up. (But lots of gopher holes) Beautiful view and surroundings. The television situation was inconvenience w/ no cable access and no smart TV. The clutter of cables and cords is visibly ugly and messy. The rec room is a bit cold in the winter months but doable and a nice extra space to hang out. The laundry room is convenient but the washer and dryer do not wash or dry well at all. Makes you wonder if the linens are clean. The refrigerator in the laundry room is outdated and old but works ok. The refrigerator in the kitchen is old and tacky and missing the glass above the crisper drawers so we had to use cutting boards to be able to stack groceries in that area of the refrigerator. There was pet odor smells In the living room but as a pet friendly home, that is to be somewhat expected. There is a need for detailed cleaning/maintenance. There were many light bulbs out w/ mixed and matched warm/white light which aesthetically is unappealing and sends an "I don't care" message. There were plenty of linens and pillows and beds were comfortable but sheets need to be updated with more comfortable fiber. /scratchy and mismatched). The furniture in the living room is much nicer than VRBO pics display. There are extra chairs for the kitchen table so nice for everyone to have a seat at the table for meals and games. The kitchen cabinets were stocked with many useful items w/ plenty of appliances, cooking utensils, etc. (Some spices, cooking ingredients, etc) Overall we had a Nice Experience. Aloha 🌸 PS..... The stairs to the beach were very safe and easy to use.

Views views views.

The highlight of Oceanus is the view. All across the front of the house. Beds were all clean and comfortable. Linens and pillows nice. Plenty of seating for all. Home could have been cleaner, although was OK.

Comfortable home with great view!

This house had room for everyone! King beds, 3 bathrooms each having a shower, and a game room with a half bath in the garage. And pet friendly! Plenty of grassy space outside for the pets, in a quiet neighborhood but easy drive to the outlet stores and restuarants. A great stay!

Family Getaway at the Beach

This house accommodated our family and gave everyone the space to spreadout and relax. Great views and a convenient location on the coast. It was a great home base for all of our adventures.

Good place beautiful views

It was good still wondering if I am getting reimbursed for hot tub fees because that was are main reason for renting Mothers day weekend. Because the mothers wanted to sit in the hot tub. Was quite dissapointed when they said hot tub was out of service. And I have not heard back from anybody about the situation. I would still like this resolved. If somebody could get back to me ASAP.. Thanks, other than that issue house was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at the Inlet house. It was well stocked, very comfortable, and had a quaint charm. We all agreed (children and adults alike), that we will be back.

Property is nice. Not very clean. Great views of ocean.

On arrival. Hot tub top ripped up and lock ripped out. Looked like it was dragged through the mud. No screen on master bedroom window, Lots of bugs. Hinge on bathroom door not screwed in had to be fixed after a day. Could not close door. Disposal in kitchen making unusual noises. Did not use very inconvenient. Hot water heater dies for half the house on the weekend, which included hot water for the master bedroom and kitchen and washing machine. Was unable to be fixed until after we left. Dirty under counter, peices of food. Dishes chipped. Freezer smelled like fish, disgusting. Staff very nice and pleasant. Tried to make things better but they knew after several days it was hopeless.

AMAZINGLY Relaxing

We stayed when Covid had just hit, I was working from home 16-18 hour days - 7 days a week. I was exhausted!! I needed to get away where there was more space and a change of atmosphere! I walked into this home and was in AWW! I was able to sit at the table and outside to work... The BEAUTIFUL oceanfront home made working more bearable. So very BLESSED for the opportunity to stay in this AMAZING home! Thank you for giving peace when everything in the world was so out of control. Teresa

Clean house, beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at Oceanus. House was very clean, very cute and a great layout for our 3 families. Kids loved the bunk beds. Hot tub was clean and hot when we arrived. Living room was cozy and we had a fire every night, they even left wood to get us started the first night. Short walk to beach (5 min) about 5 flights of stairs to get to the beach. We would love to stay here again!

What a great place! We loved being right on the beach.

The house is really well set for a big family or friend vacation. Lots of beds and tons of room and comfy furniture. (My pet-peeve is when I get a rental, and they have uncomfortable furniture. I’m old and want to relax!) Fun game room and well furnished kitchen. I really liked it.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house and location. Very well kept up and plenty of room for our group of ten women. Only downside was the lack of dishes in the kitchen. If a house sleeps 12 there should be plenty of dishes and silverware for that number. Overall we loved the house and will stay there again.

Loved our week long stay

This house fit the needs for our group. We had two families staying for the week. The bedroom set up was perfect for 3 boys and 3 girls. We loved the open kitchen, dining and living room set up. Having everything on one level was nice. The yard out back was perfect for the kids to play volleyball and yard games. Our group of 10 enjoyed the breathtaking views of the ocean every night for dinner, as we all sat in the backyard in chairs. This was also the perfect way to enjoy our morning coffee as well. The hot tub was awesome for all to enjoy, especially after playing in the ocean. The kids loved it. The beach was just a short walk ( with many stairs) away from the house. We loved our stay at this property and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice beachfront getaway.
