Casa aislada: amplio apartamento con vistas a la piscina y al jardín.

Alquiler mensual, hace que la vida en la isla sea fácil. Es una unidad de una habitación espaciosa, cálida y acogedora en un edificio de cuatro unidades, mucho más grande que muchas otras casas de una habitación en Key West. La casa está ubicada en el distrito de Casa Marina, cerca de la playa de Higgs en el Atlántico, el punto más meridional y la calle Duval. Es una excelente ubicación, conveniente para cualquier actividad en Old Town Key West.

La entrada principal a la unidad de condominio es a través de puertas francesas en la parte posterior de la propiedad, en un patio tropical con piscina climatizada. Sube a la terraza recientemente renovada a solo unos metros de la piscina, a través de las puertas y entra en una sala de estar, comedor y cocina de concepto abierto. Los pisos están cubiertos con cálidas alfombras de fibra natural sobre madera dura. La sala de estar es acogedora con un sofá cama desplegable de tamaño completo, sillas y un televisor de alta definición que se puede ver desde la cocina, el comedor y las salas de estar. Dos ventiladores de techo circulan por encima, lo que aumenta la sensación de isla.

La cocina es blanca con encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita para cocinar una excelente comida durante su estadía. Mientras uno de ustedes cocina, el otro puede sentarse en el mostrador de la cocina y compartir una copa de vino. El comedor, con una mesa de vidrio, tiene cuatro sillas para acomodarlo a usted y a sus invitados.

El dormitorio es grande con una cama queen size y dos vestidores, uno con un espejo grande. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana para esas películas nocturnas en la cama.

Todas las habitaciones tienen muchas ventanas que dan a la piscina y los jardines y aportan mucha luz natural. Las ventanas tienen persianas para mayor privacidad.

El área de la piscina es grande y está cubierta con adoquines de Chicago que rodean la piscina climatizada con una relajante cascada. Buganvillas y palmeras altas cubren la valla trasera proporcionando la privacidad que esperarías. Siéntese en la terraza del apartamento o aventúrese en el patio para encontrarse con amigos u otros huéspedes del condominio para tomar una copa de vino o martini. Hay un par de tumbonas disponibles para relajarse y leer un libro o tomar el sol. La propiedad también tiene un portabicicletas para estacionar sus bicicletas si elige traerlas o alquilarlas. ¡Caminar y andar en bicicleta son la mejor manera de explorar Key West!

El condominio está a solo unos metros de El Siboney, que es el restaurante cubano más popular en Key West. Es ideal para una comida de último minuto si no tiene ganas de cocinar y no ha hecho otros planes. ¡Recomendamos encarecidamente el asado de cerdo # 1 en el menú!

Fabulous Casa!

I absolutely loved staying at Secluded Casa for a month. Would have stayed longer if I could have. The place is small, but the owners have made it so easy to live in, with little details like plenty of hooks, hangers and drawers. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked for a small space. The Weber grill was a great bonus, and the auto ignite worked (unlike many I have stayed in). The location was perfect for me - biking distance to just about everything, with Duval, beaches and Southernmost Point blocks away, yet for the most part quiet and peaceful at night. Highly recommend!

Lovely little place far enough from Duvall to be quiet but close enough to bike easily. Very nice neighbors to share pool with and the cat that lives under the porch

Top Notch Place to stay in Key West

Absolutely loved staying at this location. It was very clean and updated. The pool was fantastic as we would wake up and walk out on the deck and hop right in for a refreshing dip. Close to all the great things Key West has to offer and we plan on going back again next year. You will love it!

Summer Retreat

This is now our 4th year renting and the space is perfect in every way. Upgrades for bedding and washer and dryer were great this year. The house apartment is really calming and so comfortable. Everything is so well stocked. We love cooking and relaxing inside as well as in the beautiful pool footsteps from our deck. The waterfall keeps it nice, cool and refreshing. We really can not say enough about this place. It’s our beautiful home away from home now every July.

Relaxing and Fun

Thanks Beth and Vic! I would definitely book this property again! First thing I noticed when I entered the unit was how clean and nicely decorated the it was. It was just me but def enough room for 2 with a nice open layout. The bed was sooooo comfortable! The back yard was private and I loved how the deck was only a few steps from the pool. Loved the little shower to rinse off and the side yard with bike rack. Location was perfect for me on a “main” road but a little neighborhood down the corner street- food and coffee/breakfast and grocery walking distance way. I was able to bike and walk everywhere! Higgs beach (and Salute restaurant, sister to Blue Heaven) was a quick walk- unfortunately the southern beaches can smell a bit in June when I rented. So I biked to Fort Zachary Taylor for the beach and ate inside at Salute- yum! Also really good is El Siboney a minute walk from the unit- for home cooked Cuban good. The unit is close to Duval but not enough to hear the noise at night. I thought it was the perfect location and I felt safe walking back at night. I don’t like having a car in Key West but there was off road parking spot for the u it if you do. And a Lyft car was always nearby when I needed. Vic and Beth were easy to reach with a couple questions I had. Thanks so much for sharing your great property!

Beautiful Secluded Casa

This was a wonderful apartment with everything needed for a month long stay. The pool right outside the front door was beautiful. Empty nest-moon!

We had an incredible time, this condo was perfect ! The neighbors were also great! My favorite part was the pool, and its close proximity to El Siboney (best Cuban food on the island) the BBQ was very convienient as well. Owners were very responsive anytime we needed them. Will definitly be back!

Great place, as advertised. Apartment is well-appointed and decorated. On a busy street but the apartment is oriented to the pool so not a major issue. Pool and back patio is beautiful and relaxing. Just keep in mind that there are 4 apartments, but our interactions with the neighbors were positive. I’d definitely stay there again.

Fantastic in Every Way!

I honestly can't say enough positive things about this property and my experience interacting with Vic and Beth. Working from home since March, I realized I needed a break and opportunity to work in a different location for a while. They were very quick to respond to my questions. The photos are spot on. It was super easy to retrieve the keys when I arrived and the place was spotless! It was actually much more spacious than I had hoped. The location was ideal and provided an excellent home base for morning and evening walks around the neighborhood. I very much appreciated the off street parking option. Working from there meant I really needed solid internet connection and I didn't have one single problem the entire month there. The space is very comfortable and had everything I could possibly have wanted. Having a pool literally 15 steps away from the door was very welcomed. Vic and Beth's place feels less like a vacation rental and much more like you are fortunate enough to have friends who have a house in Key West who let you share it. Again, I can't speak highly enough of this property and my experience!

Key West July 19

From the moment we checked in, this property exceeded our expectations! The condo was immaculately clean and perfect. Furnishings are modern, design and colors are pretty and cozy. Artwork is nicely spaced with pieces are beautiful. The queen sofa and king size bed are amazing and provided a really a comfortable feeling of high end luxury to the space. Lots of windows with natural light with views of the beautiful garden. Bathroom was perfect with roomy updated shower and good pressure. The space is perfect for cooking meals with lots of nice cookware. This really was a nice calming peaceful retreat. The large pool with soothing sound of the waterfall is right off the back deck is amazing and refreshing. The grounds are full of flowering trees and bushes. We can’t say enough about this property. Fully stocked with everything you need and the entertainment system has WiFi so you can play your music easily from your phone apps. The sound is amazing! We are regular Key West travelers and have stayed at many properties, small hotels, larger resorts, many Inns/ BB and by far this is hands down the best property we have found and would give it 6 stars if we could. Location on the south side of old town is perfect on Margaret Street right down the street from our favorite Cuban restaurant! The property owners were attentive, always available and took really good care of us! The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the space inside and out. Highly recommend this for a true Key West experience. Did I mention convenient off street parking too! We will be back!

Key West Paradise

Secluded Casa condo in Key West was wonderful! Beautiful condo with everything you would ever need to spend a month or more. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing full meals and then relax out by the gorgeous pool right next to the front door. Highly recommend this rental and the owners are very accommodating.

Great location. Everything is a short bike ride away. Lots of private, outdoor space. Really enjoyed having a pool in the backyard. And a great Cuban restaurant one short block away. The owners are very good to work with. Would return again.

Fantastic!

The property was EXACTLY as Vic and Beth said it was. I have been in the hospitality industry for 50+ years. I know quality and cleanliness! The location and the amenities were excellent. 2 blocks from Duval street where all the action is and very accessible to anything you want to do. We travel alot and this has been our best experience yet. We spent 2 months in Key West and loved it so much we're going to come back and stay at Secluded Casa again next year!

Excellent Property!

We were very fortunate to find Secluded Casa on VRBO, where we enjoyed a month-long stay in March. The owners are wonderful people to work with--very responsive and accommodating. The condo is one of four (only two of which are rentals) within a beautiful compound that is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood of Key West. Much of the island, including the Atlantic beaches, is within easy walking or biking distance. The property is extremely clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The thoughtful amenities (including a lighted make-up mirror in the bedroom!) contributed to our comfortable stay. We plan to return next year to this idyllic spot!

The perfect home away from home!

Lived here for a month and loved it, loved it, loved it. Secluded Casa is a beautiful place in a great location. It is fully equipped and has everything you might need. The pool is great and the view of the pool from the house is beautiful, day and night. When I arrived, I found that the place was perfectly clean. Location: easy walk to just about everywhere. 8 minutes to Fausto’s grocery store, 8 minutes to Duval St, 10 minutes to CVS pharmacy, 12 minutes to the free community lap-swimming pool. Bottom line, a very comfortable place in a beautiful setting and a great location! I look forward to returning some day soon!

Beautiful place

Wonderful Place. Rent it. No Hesitations.

Spent most of the month of May here. The condo exceeded my expectations. The space is well designed and feels even larger than it is. The unit is also well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has all the cooking apparatus you need or want. The bedroom is spacious, the bed is comfortable and there is plenty of bureau space for clothes (like most Old Town rentals, not a lot of closet space, but you probably don't need it). The central AC works very well as do the ceiling fans -- this can be important in Key West so I wanted to mention it. The living room has a set of french doors that look out to the garden and pool area. Lovely view and the pool is very well maintained. Every Monday morning the pool service was there to do their thing. In fact the whole building as well as the unit is scrupulously maintained. The location is a short walk or bike to Higgs beach, a block to El Siboney a popular local Key West Cuban restaurant (great inexpensive food) and a short bike ride to Duval St. In fact you can walk to the "quiet end" of Duval very easily. Nice thing about the location is that you are not in the hustle and bustle but close to it. Best of both worlds. Finally, just want to say the owners are very easy to deal with and very responsive. We took care of the rental contract and payment with a couple of text messages and a couple of emails. They couldn't be nicer or the process simpler. I have done a number of rentals in Key West and I enthusiastically recommend this rental.

My wife and I had been enjoying Key West for well over 15 years when we decided to buy a property. What drew us to this property was the garden and pool area, which we saw first. Once inside, the rooms are large and we knew immediately that this was the property for us. The location is very convenient to everything, especially to Higgs Beach, where we enjoy spending afternoons under a palm, enjoying a beverage, talking, reading, or just people watchin.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The back of the house, which has been transformed into the living/dining room and kitchen, opens onto the deck and pool area. The French doors onto the deck bring the outside in, creating an extension of the indoor living space. You have great views of the backyard space from the living area and kitchen. The bedroom is in the front of the house, where the living room used to be at one time. There is a door from the bedroom out to the front of the house, but you'll never need to use it. Entering through the back of the house is much more convenient and inviting!
