Million dollar views! Located on the tip of Little Hickory Island, Sea Isles is a luxury complex that gives you unmatched relaxation and a great private paradise to enjoy your much deserved vacation from it all! The 2 bedroom, 2 bath property is very special since it is surrounded by water with deeded access to the Gulf on the west side, and a beautiful bay on the east. There is zero drive-by traffic! A white sand beach lays directly across Hickory Blvd. and stretches to the south for five miles. The water in the large heated pool over looking the bay and the marina is always kept warm and it has a shallow and deep section for your added enjoyment! The islands immediately to the north are state park and recreational areas, and they include Lovers Key, recently rated by Costal Living magazine to have one of the ten most romantic beaches in the U.S.
Our oversized 2 bedroom condo has an envious “million dollar” view of the bay, the private fishing pier, the marina and the beautiful pool area. This is a recently remodeled OVERSIZED unit with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood floors. We have a very large screened in lanai with full screens and upgraded hurricane proof sliding glass; and, our elevated waterfront location assures that no one will be able to walk between you and your million dollar view! The sunsets will amaze you! Plus there is lanai access right off the master bedroom for you to enjoy! This is a great place to come to just to relax, but if you like activity, then without getting in your car and leaving the complex you can enjoy the large recreation room, heated pool, sandy beach, tennis, shuffle board, marina, fishing pier, shelling, plus bird and dolphin watching.
Nearby you will find many excellent restaurants of all types and settings, including an inexpensive restaurant/bar right next door with private gated access for Sea Isle residents. World class shopping and dining in adjacent Naples is only minutes away. Also VERY CL
