Great Location, Amazing Home

This was our second year here and it never disappoints. The team was super accommodating and very welcoming. Great location and great spot for our group!

The best view in the desert

We travelled to Palm Springs for my husband’s 40th birthday. There were 6 of us staying at the home. We had bicycles delivered for an easy 20 minute ride to Coachella. We woke up every morning to the most spectacular view of the golf course and mountains. Everyday was a bluebird day. The pool was extremely clean and the hot tub was the exact luxury we needed after being on our feet for 12 hours a day. The rooms are spacious and ALL come with on-suites. The kitchen was superb for entertaining and the community was so clean/well kept. I went for a run or bike ride everyday and never seen such beautiful and quiet streets. We really enjoyed it being a gated community since it was super quiet. My husband and I even walked to the nearby PGA course for a round I’ll never forget. All and all it was a magical weekend. Yvonne was a pristine communicator. We will absolutely return!!

Perfect for 4 golfing couplies

This property is perfect for 4 couples. Everyone had their own space and ensuite bathrooms. We used the pool and hot tub every day! The neighborhood is very nice and great for morning or evening walks. Only complaint was the Wi-Fi needs to be updated - once connected didn't work very well so we didn't even use. Reported to property manager so hopefully is better for next renters!

Wonderful property, stellar location and views. Came for the BNP Tennis tournament but Palm Springs has so much more to offer. We will come again!

Best house in PGA West

This is the third time we’ve stayed in PGA West (La Quinta, CA). This house is the best of the three. Beautiful warm pool included in the rental, excellent hot-tub/spa. We did not have any need to contact the owner’s concierge at any point in time (everything we needed was provided, nothing went wrong). And, of course, beautiful views facing west (for the sunsets) across the golf course to the nearby mountains.

Friends getaway

The house is perfect for four couples. All have king size beds with en-suite bathrooms. Beautiful, quiet, clean, well equipes kitchen. We cannot figured out how to connect the Sonos system, but we brought our own Bose speaker. The code to the door did not work, but Diane was available to give us another code to get in right away. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Another Wonderful Stay

Another wonderful stay at Medinah. Back to back years with our adult children and grandchildren. The home worked beautifully and you can't beat the mountain views. Yvonne is always responsive and addresses any issues that arise. Given the heat this year the first night in the primary room was warmer then our liking but the room cooled down the remainder of the stay (all the other rooms were fine). Only other issue was the wifi was very slow. This really only affected our grandkids videos, but they got over it. Again Yvonne is always responsive and looks to ensure we are having a wonderful time. We look forward to returning soon!

Hot weather vacay

We wanted heat and a pool and we got it. Excellent rental spot for 4 friends, we enjoyed the pool, and the house was super comfortable and clean.

Lives up to expectations

Dougs property is everything we could have hoped for. Each room had kings perfect for all of the four couples during the weekend which is just rare to find. The pool was perfect and the location was spot on! Overall a wonderful place for us!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this house. We were 6 adults with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, which was a nice plus. The beds were all comfortable. We appreciated the TV's in most of the bedrooms, although would have liked the option to use the main TV as a smart tv so that we could watch a sporting event that wasn't available in the area. But that was a minor thing. Overall, the house is great, the view is wonderful, the pool was lovely and warm. And everything was terrific. Location is great, especially for the golfers in our group, and the development was well kept. Highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again. 5 STARS!

Family Desert Getaway

Great trip and beautiful home! From start to finish, Concierge Yvonne was fantastic and responsive: From signing the contract to entering the home and answering questions along the way. The home is beautiful and clean and accurate to the online listing. Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms worked perfectly for us and our 3 adult children and 2 toddler grandchildren. The living areas are spacious and functional with not too many low level decorations for the little ones to knock over. The pool was perfect and we really enjoyed the beautiful Mountain View. Overall the house functioned perfectly: no issues with the kitchen, tvs, appliances, pool, garage door, looks etc. All easy to use with clear instructions in the binder provided. PGA West is a beautiful community with very strict noise and driving restrictions. But this is all made very clear before signing the contract. Overall the security guards at the gates were very nice. No issues with food deliveries. Departure requirements were easy: just pull sheets off beds; pile up towels, remove all food from fridge; and take out all trash from the inside of the home to the external trash cans. Again a beautiful home with great service from Yvonne made this a fantastic trip. We hope to be able to enjoy it again in the future.

Very Nice PGA West Home

This home was great for our group of 4 couples. Very spacious and overlooked the golf course. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed. Every bedroom had a king size bed that was quite comfortable. Only negative was that the home is located on a street that is used by the golf course maintenance vehicles. Between 5 and 5:30 every morning there was a parade of loud maintenance vehicles passing by the front of the house which was loud enough to wake us up.

Perfect for a Multi-generational Family Gatherin

We had a delightful time at this property! Nicely located with plenty of room for adults and grandkids and visitors for Thanksgiving. We loved the pool and spa, the privacy of the MBR (for the grandparents). The place is VERY WELL STOCKED for cooking and serving. Plenty of private conversation areas. Plenty of toys and games, too. Hope to return.
