Sé el primero en disfrutar de esta nueva casa de alta gama ubicada en el hoyo 16 del campo de golf Robert Trent Jones. Todo en esta casa es nuevo e incluye todos los muebles que provienen de Haverty's. La cocina consta de gabinetes totalmente personalizados, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Una gran isla cuenta con asientos de bar para tres. El comedor adyacente tiene capacidad para ocho. La sala de estar cuenta con un televisor SMART grande, controles deslizantes dobles hacia el balcón y escaleras hacia la piscina, artesonados de doce pies y todos los muebles nuevos de Haverty. Justo al lado de la sala de estar se encuentra la oficina y la sala de relajación. Esta sala cuenta con un bar de tamaño completo y otras comodidades para que pueda examinarlas. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el lado izquierdo de la casa y tiene una cama King, Smart TV, vestidores enormes y un baño principal en suite. El baño principal tiene dos tocadores de granito separados, una cabina de ducha con azulejos y dos vestidores muy grandes para él y para ella. En el lado derecho de la casa hay dos habitaciones de invitados. El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama King mientras que el segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama Queen. Ambas habitaciones comparten un baño de Jack y Jill entre ellas. Este baño para invitados Jack and Jill contiene un tocador doble de granito y una combinación de bañera y ducha con azulejos. Arriba está el tercer dormitorio de invitados muy grande. Esta habitación sería ideal para niños y adultos jóvenes por igual con sus dos literas, dobles en la parte superior y completas en la parte inferior. Hay otra TV INTELIGENTE en esta sala junto con muchos asientos, por lo que es un lugar ideal para mirar televisión o jugar. El baño de visitas de arriba tiene un tocador de granito y ducha de azulejos. Afuera encontrará muchos asientos para toda la familia, que incluyen asientos con sombra, opciones de bronceado, así como una mesa y una sombrilla para cenar al aire libre. Una parrilla de gas está disponible para uso de los huéspedes.

spring break/easter 2025

we had 3 adults and 3 11 year olds. the house was beyond perfect. you won’t want for anything. beautiful pool and yard with privacy. kitchen is great to cook and entertain in. we rented bikes and went everywhere on them. thank you for renting out such a magnificent home. we were so relaxed!!!

Awkward Process

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and well kept meeting our needs, except the lock passcodes did not work. After calling the rental center was given a new passcode which also did not work. Said I would get 1 key for our stay! Agent dropped off 2 keys and stated everyone knew the door lock passcode did not work! If so, why did I go through all of that trouble to begin with? Just tell me to come and get the keys to the home at the welcome center. Returned keys to the welcome center as on contract at 9:40 AM and received several phone calls about not "returning the keys, whom did I give the keys to and how I did not return them to the proper place!. Again the property was fantastic, management by the rental company with the door lock pass code and returning the keys did not meet my needs as the customer/renter.

House was better than it showed on the Internet.Check in personnel were rude, not helpful and didn’t make us feel welcome. Felt like we were bothering them. Customer service training badly needed.Gate attendant at North Gate was also very rude as we tried to navigate the resort before we had all our check in materials.Liked the area but would probably try Sea Pines on future visit.

It was very nice to have our own pool since beach access was not as easy. (Bikes are a must.) The kitchen is very well stocked so it was easy to grill and eat there.

It was really dirty when we got there on Saturday and we called but were told pool cleaners wouldn’t be out until Tuesday. After cleaning the pool, it was cloudy all week. Aside from the master mattress, the rest were rough to sleep on. The upstairs mattresses had springs pop in them often. Also, all the blankets need washed. They all had stains on them. Lastly, we had an issue the last day with housekeeping. My father was staying until check time at 10 to then catch his flight. At 730, housekeeping opens his door while he’s still asleep. They thought the house was empty. He told them he planned on being there until check out at 10. At 9:05, they were back ringing the door bell wanting to come in! He let them in that point while he ate and watched tv but that shouldn’t have happened, twice. Something needs to be done about that. Please follow up with me.

Great location!

This was a beautiful house with plenty of room for our 2 families. The upstairs room with the bunk beds worked out great for the 4 kids. We did not even need to use the 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor as there were only 8 of us. The house is situated in Palmetto Dunes which has beautiful grounds and easily accessible once you get to the island. Although the house is not on the beach, it was just a short walk to the nearest beach access which was nice. We definitely recommend renting bikes for the duration of your stay as riding bikes on the beach was one of the highlights of the trip! The only negatives were 1) the master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable! Very hard and the pillows were terrible so I did not get a great nights sleep the entire week we were there and 2) the pool patio furniture as well as the furniture on the enclosed patio were dirty and moldy and really need to be replaced. We emailed pictures to the front desk because they were so bad. Luckily we had brought our own beach chairs so used those the entire time.

Great family vacation!

House was perfect for our group of 8 with an extra bedroom that was not used. The house was equipped with everything including linens and towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. My only complaint was that I had emailed the property manager before our trip about linens and had no response. So yes, we over packed! Beautiful pool, and resort!
