¡La hermosa UNIDAD DE NIVEL SUPERIOR de un dúplex con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra directamente en la playa en Oceanside, CA! Hay un tramo de escaleras (13 pasos) que deben tomarse para llegar a la ubicación de la unidad. Sala y comedor abiertos y cocina, con techos altos y hermosas vistas al mar. Fuera de la sala de estar, hay un gran balcón privado con vista al mar. También tiene un área de playa semiprivada (compartida con otras 2 unidades en el edificio).

Really amazing place

I really don’t have a complaint. I did 4* just to show they are a little rigid on the checkin time unless you pay more. 5-15 min early would be minor but helpful. Forget it though because if you can come here do it. Really nice place and once in a lifetime views. Waves singing you to sleep. Just do it.

This unit is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. Our teenagers had some beach during low tide to dig and hang out. We body surfed and used our boogie boards as this area had good waves for that. It is generally quiet and was relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves until the train sounds its horn. The train tracks are very close. We definately want to return!

Nice location and view

We had a great time at this property as it's a perfect location in Oceanside. The view is exceptional as it feels like you're on a cruise in how you hover over the ocean. The kitchen is huge and well equipped, the living room spacious with huge flat screen TV, and bedrooms both beyond spacious. There's nice light emanating from the windows in the vaulted ceilings. If you open the glass doors to the large balcony, it becomes an open air space that makes it so relaxing. We were beyond pleased with the location as you can surf right out front if you want and it's not crowded. So we had a great stay. We will be back!

Quaint, private unit with spectacular view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at three beach rentals and Oceanside and I think 1111 Pacific might be my favorite. This part of Pacific is a lot quieter and right on the water so the views are breathtaking. We enjoyed how it wasn’t a party scene nearby and during low tide, the beach is perfection. Although small, the two rooms are spacious and cozy. The parking is plentiful as well. I hope to stay here again!

Birthday Trip

We loved the location and amenities of the condo. Location gave us perfect access to towns up and down the coast. Our only complaint was that the ac runs on a timer. Even set on 4 hrs(the maximum time) the condo was very when we returned in the afternoon. Blinds cover the windows, but not the door which allows the bright afternoon sun to heat up the condo. Granted the weather was unusually warm the week we visited. All in all, we had a good time and would rent the condo again.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Balcony is nice, comfortable furniture and the grill was either new or someone gave it an incredible deep clean! We’ve rented through Beach Front in the past and will do so again. We appreciate the cleanliness and their attention to detail!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We greatly enjoyed our 5 day, 4 night stay at this ocean front rental. There was so much space to spread out and had large bedrooms. All supplies such as cooking utensils, dishes, and cookware to bedding were supplied. Everything was very open and clean with large windows and huge balcony overlooking the ocean. We had an issue with the TV and the fire pit outside and they sent maintenance over in a very timely manner to fix it. Customer service was very friendly and easy to work with.

The only thing wrong is the kitchen cabinets need major upgrading and they should put in some Cali Bamboo flooring. Oh! The slider windows came off the track so they had to put them back for us. These three upgrades would make the house absolutely perfect! Still a great place :) we will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ascending the stairway you get your first glimpse of the Pacific Ocean stretched out as far as the eye can see. The view from the dining room and living room is only surpassed by the view from the expansive outdoor deck. You won't want to go back inside after standing on the deck. Luckily there is ample seating with a sofa, chair and a dining table 9with umbrella). A fire pit and a BBQ grill are also available. Inside, the kitchen and bedrooms are immense and comfortable. I highly recommend this property for a few days or a few weeks.

Spectacular Get-Away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love this rental! Very spacious and clean. The 3rd floor deck gave us a beautiful view of the ocean and evening sunset. The personal beach was a great area to play Corn Hole, Ladder Ball and Horse Shoes. The only downfall is that the panoramic doors wouldn't open, which is part of the reason we selected this unit. We called maintenance to fix them, but they unfortunately weren't unable to do so. Other than that, everything was wonderful! We'll definitely stay in this rental again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What better way to spend a vacation...or a quarantine than a private place right on the beach, surrounded by waves and sun. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the scenery as well as the comfy home. It was fully stocked with anything we could have needed and we took advantage of the bbq and fire pit as well as our own private sandy suntanning area. My sons brought their beach toys and played in the sand privately with no one exposing them to anything. It was nice to be at a home away from home and we even booked another trip while on our trip. We cannot wait to go back. I highly recommend staying here just please take good care of this adorable place if you do, its very special.

We couldn't walk bare foot or socks because they turned black. Seems it had not been mopped ever. Same goes for the patio that needs to be power washed and scrubbed. This was our only disappointment

Our annual rental

The only complaints are that the steps to the beach this year had a large drop with rocks below making it slightly difficult to get to beach with small children. Secondly, every time we arrive the house is sweltering hot and takes hours to cool down. Lastly the floors have grooves in them that the sand settles in so The first day your feet are filthy. I have heavily mopped both times after arriving and then the floors are fine. The house is close to pier, lots of parking, and lots of amenities. The couch could also stand a good cleaning.

Breathtaking Condo and Views

This place was the perfect beach getaway. The condo we stayed in was the top floor (out of 2 or 3 units) of the property and sits on the beach. The view was incredible especially during sunset. It’s close (maybe a mile) to all the Oceanside restaurants, shops and the pier but far enough away from the crowds. South (approximately 2 miles) of the property is the town of Carlsbad which also has a ton of restaurants and shops. Before check-in the staff was very communicative. Check-in was a breeze, got a whole garage to ourselves and during our stay there honestly were no issues or reasons to contact management. We had everything we needed for our two night stay. Note that the beach at the property is rocky with a little patch of sand which is very clear in the photos. Just a 10 minute walk north you’ll hit the beach strand path and wide open beaches. The condo was very clean. I brought a friend with me and we each took a bedroom. Each bedroom has two built-in day beds so can fit 4 people per bedroom. I rented this place in April and the weather was perfect. 70’s and sunny. Each morning we sat on our balcony and watched birds and dolphins with our morning coffee. I would definitely rent this condo again.

They were actually taking out the dinnerware & silverware and hand washing everything, before putting it all back in place! We had a small window issue that was repaired within an hour. Because we had a small issue with the large window, the manager of the glass company came out and made the repair. He also suggested the other two large living/dining room windows were leaking, (moisture building up) that they have a ten year full warranty - that the owner/management company) should call and they will replace both windows at no charge. The management company was extremely accommodating and attentive to any of our requests/questions.. Great condo - great view - and we had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing.

Good location, property needs help

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental company was very nice and responsive but the property is in disrepair. For $1000 per night you’d expect more than broken, damaged, and stained furniture. The house is in bad need of touch up paint. The cabinet drawers and doors are broken. The dishwasher is literally falling apart but remarkably, still works. I could write a list of 100 things that need to be done. One of us was bitten by a spider while sleeping so regular pest controlIs clearly needed. The unit below us was rented to a group of young men who were loud, disruptive, and inconsiderate. When I called to report this, nothing was done.
