Esta es una increíble unidad de dos dormitorios, en un triplex, que se encuentra directamente en la playa. Hay una sala de estar grande y espaciosa con una chimenea para calentarse y un área de medios para reunirse con su familia. Where do I even start? The first walk on right side to get down to our ground floor beach front dream! Breathtaking views! Sandy front and panoramic ocean waves with surfers almost all day to watch! Then the unit with windows open to ocean breeze entire front of living space and bedrooms! Just wow! The sunsets are amazing while bbq ing ocean front! Fire pit and chairs “BYO wood” but they also have a gas fire table which is perfect. This unit has everything you need as if at own house cooking. Even a crock pot if want to be simple’ the staff was extremely responsive! Best ever! Already told several friends asking after seeing pics! We will be back every year! If not more!

Great spot, kids loved it, parents loved it

Kids loved the sand in backyard, beachfront was super cool and we enjoyed the water every day. Saw dolphins from the back. I will mention there are a lot of stairs for the entrance to the unit. It wouldn't work for people who struggle with stairs. We loved it

Wonderful location all around

From the minute you get here, it’s perfect. The view, the location, and the restraunts are fabulous. We had plenty of room inside and out. The path down to the beach is a little steep but what an amazing private beach. We plan to come back and stay here again.

Spring beach for Graduation

Daughter graduated mid week in April. Looking for a place to help relax while also celebrating the event. Was perfect listening to the waves and watching the ocean even though we couldn’t go into the water at this location, at least this time of year. Check ahead for beach conditions as the beach is not always accessible here. Wasn’t an issue for us and we found the place very comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were quick to address our two requests for more chairs and a minor repair item. Couldn’t have been happier with their communication and promptness.

Beach Front Unit 3

The host was responsive and continued to check in with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The unit was clean and very well stocked. All appliances that we used, worked. The bedrooms are clean and neat. The best part of this unit is, it is beach level and you are literally right along the coastline. The sunsets are amazing, the sounds of the crashing waves nuturing. There is a small fire pit outside and cozy lounge chairs. The place is quiet. No street noise or loud neighbors. The only problem we had was with the wifi. It is sketchy and weak and you cannot always text or receive/send phone calls. Other than that this place is A+ and I highly recommend

Amazing

The property was amazing and exactly as advertised. The stairs were a bit more than expected, but doable. I think that some motion detection lighting on the stairs would be helpful. It was quite dark trying to come down at night. We had upstairs neighbors and at no time could we hear them. Can't say that for hotels. The location was perfect. Just close enough to everything.

Beautiful views

The views are absolutely gorgeous at this property! We have stayed in oceanside for over a decade and we will be back here! The house and kitchen were well stocked and supplied enough for a family of five to stay there comfortably. We loved the open layout and could hear the waves at night from every room. The backyard has plenty of shade and seating. We used the bbq several nights it worked great. Just a heads up the stairs dont go all the way down to the water. And the rocks are not safe to navigate down for littles in most cases. But there is a safe pathway down less than a block down. Also if you are planning to go in the water with the kids you can view the tide charts online.

Property condition not as appeared on VRBO

Great location but the property is run down. Beach area looked neglected, construction debris on the side of the building, weeds, dirty stained cushions. The cleanliness of the floors and windows were poor, no screens on the windows, the mattress in the small bedroom is not sleep able for an adult! Called the management company and said would send a cleaning crew the day we left. Not returning to this property...

Great Vacation Spot

The view and the backyard beach can't be beat. The property is cozy and as pictured (although the furniture was moved around a bit and now looking at the picture, which I would have moved it to match while we were there.) They DO have a washer and dryer which I did not see listed in amenities which we were very thankful for and they DO have beach towels there for you so you don't have to pack them. My girls loved it and wanted to stay. There were some maintenance issues which we received responses right away for although not necessarily fixed but they were not a huge deal. Would definitely consider renting again!

Nice place to stay. It was clean

Great experience. It was nice and clean. First code given did not work but they responded right away and gave another code. Down side is you get very little cell service so if you are comfortable using the wifi then you are good to go. They need to update their pictures on the website the outside furniture and inside furniture didn't match what was really there. I wish they provided fire wood as well. But overall it was great and would do it again.

A wonderful place to stay. A private beach is right outside your door, and from there it's only a few steps to the ocean.

Deferred Maintenance

The beachfront location was superb, but the unit was not as depicted in the photos-they must have been several years old. The primary reason we chose this property was its proximity to the ocean so we could enjoy not only the view, but also the ocean breezes, the sound of the crashing waves and the ocean’s fragrance. Unfortunately, only one of the front room windows had a screen. Therefore, our choice was to choose flies, of which there were numerous, if we wanted to open 2 of the 3 picture windows depicted in the photo.. There were no screens on the bedroom windows either-so much for the cooling nighttime breezes and the relaxing sounds of the crashing waves. We were relegated to an air conditioner so loud that it made sleep difficult. When the lack of screens was brought to the attention Beachfront Only Rentals, our complaint was ignored. The lay out was fine and the kitchen was well equipped. The sole bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain which was uncomfortable for our guests. Two of the outdoor chaise lounges were broken. The interior paint was tired and the drywall finish was a patchwork in many areas particularly the bathroom. There are steep stairs from the street level to the beachfront unit we rented. The entrance to the stairs is through a rickety and ill fitting gate with a digital lock. An average size 12 year old could lean a shoulder into the gate and force it open. As you enter you are greeted with the smells of and the sight of circling flies from trash cans that are not enclosed. The descent to Unit#3 is not only steep but unsightly. A notice on the garage reveals that the owner(s) have a pending project on this site to build a 3 story over a basement 4 condo building. I suspect this explains the deferred maintenance. We will not return to this property, or rent a property managed by Beachfront Only Rentals.

a+ best stay ever

Absolutely fantastic I can’t say enough good things. Place was spotless which is hard to do on the beach, check in and out was a breeze. One thing for future guests to note: get the Wifi password and codes written down, there is zero signal there haha! Absolutely best vacation we’ve had in a long time and we will come back!

Relaxing and private sand

We loved having so many options from indoor, patio, private sand and beach access! Something for everyone and ocean views from every angle. The bottom floor is stair access only and the beach access is also stairs. The house is clean and kitchen is well equipped

Beautiful spot

It’s a great location, right on the sand. Stunning views! The floors hadn’t been cleaned when I checked in, sand everywhere, but the management company sent someone out in 30 min to clean them, very responsive. Overall, highly recommend.

Oceanside Oceanfront stay

This was a 25th anniversary stay and the accommodations were amazing. Right on the water with our own private beach. Communication was good, the entire place was sanitary and clean and the parking just can’t be beat. I can’t wait to return.

Can't get better than this location

Wow! The pictures don't do justice to this property. I booked this for a short family "vacation", and we were all in love with this place. There were pots and pans, utensils, seasonings, and more which is everything we needed to cook a few meals. The location is superb. Never stayed on the beach before, and this property has set the bar quite high. Check-in and check-out were smooth and communication with the manager was simple and fast. I would come back again if we have the chance to.
